I tired to get two tires put on yesterday 12/28. We were told to come back that afternoon after 1pm. We weren t able to come back until today 12/29. Well today we were told they only change tires in the morning. We traveled from Nashville to have them done. A waste of time and gas yesterday and today!

I took my car to have the front rotors and brake pads replaced. They only turned the rotors. He did not resurface the rotors or put the pads on. I took the car back because I was still hearing the same noise. The mechanic did nothing. He lied and said the noise was coming from my engine. Save your money do not trust these people.

Had a transmission for my truck replaced here. Way overpriced at $7500, but was too risky to drive to a cheaper place so I accepted it. Took them nearly two weeks to do it, including the time it took to get a refurbished transmission - twice as long as they said it would. The new transmission failed within three hours of driving on it, so I took it to a GMC mechanic who determined Whites twisted up the transmission fluid coolant lines. It was also leaking in places it shouldn't. So Whites honored their warranty, and I had a transmission shop in VA do the work again. Both shops used a third party for the transmission refurbishment which was slow to do the job - and they caused the original leaks. Took another two weeks because of a holiday weekend and the third party being slow. Everyone involved was polite to me, but they were all pointing fingers and I had to constantly call them to make sure the job was done. One month to fix a transmission in total, don't recommend!

Do not recommend this location for truck alignment as after 3 tries I have to use another company. If the guy running the alignments could do his job it may be different but the secretary in the front office has every bit of his attention. Drove my truck before the alignment but not after...to busy inside making eyes with his favorite set of back pockets.

I took my truck in for a front end alinement and it was worth it my truck rides and drives better than it did when I took it in there. I am very pleased with the service I will tell anyone to go there and plus they didnt tell me something I didn't kwont to here about my truck. the atmosphere was pleasant as well. I am glad I took my truck there

From the girls at the counter to the guys in the shop, the mechanic and everyone in between Thank you for taking care of my car and treating us like family! I know my vehicle is in good hands & always a job well done. Trustworthy and friendly every time 10/10

Our car broke down near White s Tire s and they were so helpful. They came to our car, restarted our old dying battery enough to drive for a bit more and replaced our battery very quickly. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Amazing business staffed by amazing people!

Was passing through town on a road trip. Had to pull off with a flat. They got me back on the road within an hour. Very great service at a fair price.

I wish I could say the same as other reviewers who have commented about the speedy service here. We've had a very different experience far too often, taking our cars in, and they don't attend to them for several days, despite repeated queries. We think we'll be finding somewhere else to go after the current experience.

Went to White's for just a simple oil change for the van. The associates were nice, friendly and professional. The associate was nice but only told me it would be "a while" before they could get to it and unsure how long it would take. The waiting room is nice and warm and bathrooms were clean and not smelly. The estimated time although was uncertain, was not very long.I know it was just a simple oil change but to me, completing the job on time makes a difference to me. They are not the cheapest but not more expensive than the other guys either. Giving a good time estimate is very helpful.

Took my truck in to get some work done. Tookitback for something else to get looked at and they messed up what was done the first time, went back to ask about it and the girl at the counter was rude and had an attitude about it!!!

Went in for a simple 1 tire repair.Was initially told it would be an hour.When hour was up. I asked how long it would be and had not been set in rack.Asked how long said be another hour. Lost my business. Forever. Will always go somewhere else. Never again. All had to do was be honest. I Could have made arrangements to allow them to fix on there schedule. Shop waiting room is a reflection of there service. Poor!

Excellent ! By far the best maintenance and repair shop in Wilson. Dale and his crew are a pleasure to deal with . Fair pricing excellent workmanship and they get your car back to you in a timely fashion.

You may find it strange, but I highly recomend this shop, not because of a wonderful new set of tires for my car.I am sure they can do that quite nicely.I recommend them highly because of how they treated me as a customer with a couple of lawnmower tires.Every other place wouldn't consider helping, including a lawnmower repair shop, yet as soon as I walked in with these little tires in my hand, the tech said sure, We CAN do that. A confident certainty about the ability of his shop to help me with what I needed from them.That is a good sign when looking for a good service organization.I will look to them in the future for tires and all of the other services they provide.

We were traveling north to VA for a wedding and stopped in Wilson for the night. We woke up to a flat tire. We found White's Tires and they saved the day. They were able to repair the tire and get us back on the road in 30 minutes! The employees were so helpful and great and made a less than ideal situation bearable and into a fun part of the adventure. My 2 kids had fun in their play area and my 6 year old LOVED the vending machine. And my husband LOVED the coffee!

I stopped in White's Tire in Wilson a few days ago hoping on the off chance they could swap out a ball on my heavy weight distribution hitch. I needed to tow a trailer with a smaller ball than what's normally attached to my hitch. With cars in nearly every bay and no shortage of work, I was told to take my truck around back and they would see what they could do.The techs didn't have any tools large enough to remove the ball on the hitch, but that didn't stop them. They found a great work around and had the two balls switched in minutes. When I went inside to pay they were quick to say there wouldn't be any charge, even when I told them I didn't live there, but was just passing through. They said they were happy to help me.I highly recommend these great folks.

I am a regular customer - a Father with a family of four cars and no time. They handle all of my maintenance on each car. They always take care of me quickly, they are honest and the prices are great. By the way, you might be able to find cheaper tires elsewhere, but I have found their prices to be competitive, and when you figure in the money you save on tire rotations (if you buy tires from them, tire rotations are free for the life of the tire), it makes their tire prices a lot cheaper than anyone else. You can't go wrong with these guys - and they are open all day on Saturday, if you are too busy during the week like I am.

Horrible! They made an adjustment to my Car without my knowledge that ruin the new tires I purchased. Then called themselves making good on it by prorating another set 175$. The tires don t look new to me. I chalk it up as bad BAD service. I think the tires were turned down. Ugh! Hating mechanics right now. The one star is for them at least admitting they made the unauthorized adjustment. (They took the CAM out-which my understanding is slightly toe in)

I recommend not to take your car to White s I got a 2006 Chevy Impala I got it check out for oil leaks I got the invoice it says I need oil pan gasket, transmissions pan gasket, engine motor mount right front. It may have other leaks total price 1,170 plus tax so I took it to other mechanic they clean the bottom and check for leaks so they call me to come and look at it the mechanic say the car being running for an hour no leaks.only thing I need was a motor mount they charge me 120 I m not going there no more I made the right choice to take my business elsewhere.I wish I can give them no stars.

Matt did an excellent job with my Skyline. He took his time and was VERY meticulous and detailed. My car is challenging due to its low ride height however Matt was very capable of the tast! Thank you a lot!

Had to get 2 back tires on the way back to VA. Decent price but VERY SLOW getting the work done. Said it'd be an hour and it took way longer. The staff was too busy running around playing like children in the lobby. Would have gone some where else if we could have, but it was an emergency. I use to work at Firestone doing tire and oil changes. If anyone would have taken this long for 2 tires they would have been fired. Go somewhere else if you don't want to waste an afternoon...

I wanted to share my experience with Dale Lamm and the Whites Tire staff. My boat trailer blew out a tire on highway 264. Since that had never happened to me before really I was in conundrum on what to do. So I unhitched the trailer and went to get the family something to eat at Chick fil a. I dropped them off and went 1 block to Whites Tire. Dale helped me with a great towing service Proctor's Towing. James Watkins met me out at the highway and after a lot of tricky (really dangerous) towing work to get the boat on his trailer he brought it to Dale's White tire. Within 1 hour tires were replaced and they also banged out the tire fender that was damaged. The whole operation took 3 hours which I thought and still think is remarkable. If I could choose more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Dale and all your guys and James Watkins for superior work! Much appreciated

Went to PTW 3 times they couldn't find the nail that was in my tire. These guys found it the first time and fixed now I'm going to shop for tires with them.

Only place in the area that was able to attend to us without any wait. Everyone here is very reassuring, and there s a cozy area to wait in while they fix up your car.

A huge shout out to White's Tires on Forest Hills Road in Wilson! It is rare these days to find a business with great customer service. Yes, they did make a mistake, but they went above and beyond to correct the mistake. Not only did they fix the mistake, but they also changed my oil and filled the air in my tires as an additional 'we're sorry'. They will have my business for many years to come! I just wish they had a facebook page to brag on, instead I'll thank them the old fashioned way with mailing a thank you card!

I used White tire service while I was visiting Wilson North Carolina. They repaired my flat tire professionaly and quickly. All the staff, from store manager to technicians are all very friendly. I am truly impressed with their service.
