Wow they have alot of fake reviews to keep stars up WOW. of course they are overpriced, slow to complete tasks asked from customers.thats how majority of shops keep the doors open. They are really quick to try to violate your rights and lie to cops ,about why they are calling

I went there to have an alignment for my motorhome I specifically told Larry Davis that the steering wheel was off center and can you center it sure he said but I will double check well 2 hrs. later he comes out and says you're ready after I paid $194.00 then he says oh we couldn't center the steering wheel you will have to take it somewhere else I asked why he said that because the steering wheel has an airbag mind you that when he went to the vehicle to get the mileage he saw that it had an airbag. Very disappointed it seems like people are taking advantage of you just because they can. Now they makes you wonder about the other departments of White's International.I guess I should have read the reviews first

Took them a brand new truck for a color change. One year later after 3 complete repaints I still have issues that were never resolved an have new issues now as before..huge blisters with peeling paint. Trim was damaged,turn signals hooked up wrong,door panels left unpainted with final coat,buffer damages to certain plastic that wasn't removed,continued arguing with the staff about it being incomplete ended in me just washing my hands of them with several items damaged an unpainted...only to keep having more issues.

Went in to get 1! Battery changed out under warranty and was told that it would be a while that they couldn't take a tech off of a job for the 10 minutes it took me to do it on my own without the "proper" tools... This is why even though this shop is only a 15 minute drive from my house... I drive 1 3/4 hours to have work done on my truck.

Overpriced, and took way, way longer than expected to get an engine rebuild for my 466E. Poor rebuild too: loose bolts, 'new' turbo not really new (replaced internals at 15 months), failed to check injectors. I expected better for my $14,000+

Don't go to the place! Believe the bad reviews. They are all true!Charged for a part that was under warranty. Would not give me a statement of work done and charges. Refused like they were to busy and sent it to my company about a week later.Went in for a 72 point inspection and full service. Well let's just say my oil got changed.My antenna for my Sirius XM radio quit working. They cracked my dash on the driver's side of the truck by the steering wheel. There fix to them cracking my dash. Stick an extremely long screw in the dash and hope it stays in place.That's the reason you should believe every bad review. Only wish I had done a little more research before going there. When you put over 130,000 into a brand new truck and this is the place it was purchased brand new you would expect much better service. Stay far far away!!!

Overpriced services. Was told that my bus was worked on from 2 to 4 yet I was charge 3.75 hours of labor. Figure that one out?

Over priced and they had my truck for over 20 days. Since they didnt answer The phone i Went to see what was happening and my truck was parked where i left it and they had done absolutly nothing. They wasted my time and money. Do not recommend Going there.NO le recomiendo a nadie este lugar, luego de tener mi cami�n por m�s de 15 d�as, tuve que llevarmelo igual, perd� mucho tiempo y dinero
