Not bad I bring one of my vehicles here the customer service is great service is great they are very informative of other issues the price is worth the service and they always have you in and out prompt service and they do square business I will continue to bring my vehicle here

STAY AWAY, I am truly appalled, this has been by far the worst customer experience/service I have ever had the displeasure of being involved in. It is ironic that they advertise car care because expecting your car to leave in the same condition as it arrived is too much of an ask for this place. Would give a zero if possible. I am engineer by trade and I normally do all my own oil changes and took my wife s car there to get a standard oil change since I was in a time crunch. Pretty simple right, I thought so too. They for some reason(incompetence?) threw away the drain plug that was 100 percent functional and had no issues with previously every time I have changed the oil for the entire history I have owned the car. They DID NOT TELL HER that they changed this plug. Was not communicated verbally or in the comments on the receipt. The threaded plug they replaced it with was the incorrect thread size and ended up damaging the threads in the oil pan once torqued causing a leak path to form. After a week of the car sitting at there shop no claim had been filed or started. I had to call and make a claim. Upper management did nothing. The customer service department did nothing. I still haven t yet to receive a call from them. Every time there has been some communication it was initiated by me.I was told they would fix the threads in the pan. When I got there they put a pan saver rubber plug on the car as a fix for the damage THEY introduced to my car. So not only did they damage my car. They didn t provide a robust solution. As the rubber puck on the pan saver will degrade and leak again. And to top it off, I can t remove it without taking the oil pan off since there are now pan saver components in the oil pan that will fall off and be unsecured. Causing more work for me rather than if they hadn t touched it at all.Stay far away from this place. They do not protect or care about their customers. This place in my experience operates on predatory processes and a sweep-it-under-the-rug-mentality. My car went in there with a fully functional non leaking threaded drain plug connection and left thoroughly damaged with a temporary patchwork fix that is going to be more work for me to actually fix than if they had never touched it.If a Valvoline bot responds to this review. Please highlight to any future readers how empty and meaningless it is to say how disappointing it is or to ask me to follow up with customer service. I did. It was as fruitful as talking to a wall. I wasn t asking for much but apparently expecting your car to leave in the same condition and equipment as it arrived is too much these days.

I've been coming to Valvoline for my oil change because my experiences have always been top notch. I always enjoy when I see great team energy and collaboration. You can hear folks yelling and informing each other whats going on clearly. Today's experience was quite the opposite. Most of the team members were standing around, in particularly the person helping with my vehicle. Multiple folks were outside the bay talking and carrying on. It kind've seemed like they were all waiting on the one person underneath the cars changing the oil. Still no communication and updates were ever provided to me as a customer. At some point someone stopped by checked my screen and said 21 minutes and then turned and walked away. Very minimal checks were performed on my vehicle. It only looked like they checked my air filter. No liquid or No light checks were performed. I specifically asked for my tire pressure to be checked and that wasn't completed. My oil change maintenance light wasn't changed or even mentioned. This are all experiences I've come to expect. I will say overall the people were nice and friendly. It seems the issue here is management related. I usually wouldn't write such a negative review, I would prefer to just not offer the company my business anymore however I've always had a great experience at Valvoline and the bar was previously set pretty high and this was a disappointing experience. Unfortunately I wont be back to this specific location again.

This place use to be great, but the last 2 times I went for oil change they over fill it, first time it bubbled up all over my engine causing all the lights to turn on, but we gave them a 2nd chance but they did it again. Almost ruined my car twice never again.

I have been going to this place for years now. Miles ALWAYS helps me with what I need according to my planned trips! He's always been friendly, held conversations and I feel absolutely comfortable knowing that they aren't breaking things when working on my baby!

I asked for a full synthetic oil change and they said okay. Fully knowing that they were out of synthetic oil... They had me rearrange my car with some other person to pull me into the bay which was this whole thing. Then I get into them bay and they tell me they don't have any synthetic oil. Why did you waste my time like non synthetic oil was the same thing?

I find it wrong that only the woman are made to get out of their cars and have the guys drive the car in was in line behind five other cars evwry guy was allowed to drive their car in but the woman had to get out and have someone drive it in

Went in for an oil change and state inspection. Called up before to check and got a 10$ cupon. Total came to aprox 55$ in and out within 20 minutes.They really are chill and do their job very well. I would always go here from now on for everything. My tire and breaks were feeling weird, im sure they chrcked those and either inflated or tighted some screws. Car came out working out perfectly fine.No appointment required, upfront prices, fast service, AC waiting room, all paperwork clearly handed and explained.

I have been here a few times but this last time when I went for a routine oil change the tech told me I had a severe oil leak and transmission fluid leak in my daughters car. I went to precision tune to check it out no leaks at al. It costed me a diagnostics fee for nothing. . I dont know who are training these techs but do better.Service: Oil change

Never had a bad experience here.It's very convenient to get your oil changed while sitting in your car and just driving through.No appointment needed as well, the staff are helpful and they do the job correctly.The staff are also helpful by explaining other issues with your car and the best way to resolve those issues. They are also friendly and overall helpful in getting you in and out with fair prices and quick work.

I've been a customer of my local Valvoline for a long time. I've always been satisfied....except for this last time. I was having the oil changed in my 2008 Infiniti and the tech used an evacuation pump machine to remove the oil from my engine. Theyve never used that on any of my vehicles before. It was unsatisfactory. When the tech showed me the oil level after the new oil was put in...the level was perfect, but the oil color was already a dirty brown instead of the usual golden clean color. Very disappointing! Obviously a lot of dirty old oil remained in my motor. I feel like I can't drive as far on this oil and I'm currently putting 800 miles a week on this car. I will probably continue to use Valvoline, but I will insist that the evacuation process not be used. I'm surprised Valvoline allows the evacuation equipment to be used at all.

I am a 5 year customer. I am little disappointed. They DID NOT check my head lights, tail lights, turn signals, air filter, wiper blades or check my tires.This is suppose to be part of the service. They seemed to be more concerned about being on there phones or outside vapeing,then doing their job. Sorry guys, less than impressed. I will be looking elsewhere next time.Service: Oil change

They were very thorough. Work was fast and friendly. Pricing was good also. Oil change, wiper change and fuel system clean out. Very good price, as they checked my tires and lights too. They put air in a tire and replaced a bulb. They provided a discount also. I'd highly recommend. Drive up and stay in your car and drive straight through.

First of all I want to say thank you to the only 2 people who were respectful. To the other two Hispanic guys I want to say that they were unprofessional and rude. Laughed and joked about my car having a spare tire in my face. Not everyone has the same luck to have a good car. Never again using their services for bad customer service. Only giving two stars because the other employees were nice and professional. I thank you for the oil change but please do better!Service: Oil change

Everything seemed OK up to the battery test A-OK... I had just left autozone and the battery tested bad. Autozone refused to honor their warranty on their branded battery. If valvoline lied about testing the battery what else did they fudge?

Great place. Work seems thorough at this point. I'm a bit of a pain when it comes to my oil changes or any maintenance that's done in my truck.He offered to have me pick up my own oil and filter and charged what I think was a fair price for labor. I will be back!

They were very busy, so it did take a while but once they got to my car the inspection only took about 15 minutes. They let the gentlemen sit in their cars and do the controls for their inspections, but told the ladies to sit inside so I'm not sure what to make of that. They seemed very thorough. The sitting area was comfortable, air conditioned, had a TV and a bathroom and free coffee if you're interested.

One thing I hate that some mechanic shops is pressure you into a service you don't need. This one did not. Came in for a tire rotation left 15 -20 mins later with only a tire rotation. They were fast and friendly. Abided by the covid 19 mitigation guidelines. Overall pleasant experience.

The management and employees here are out of this world. I usually supply my own oil and have them change it for me, but this time I had something bad happen. I order oil from the same website every time I need an oil change, and this time I got sent the wrong oil. I didn't open the box to check the oil when it arrived since I've never had a problem. I get to Valvoline Instant Oil Change and, after they drained all of my oil, found out the wrong oil had been sent. The manager at this place, Jason, went above and beyond to help me out. He went to the parts store TWICE to get what I needed and he even allowed me to swap my incorrect oil for the right stuff at no additional charge!!! I couldn't believe it. They will always have my business for any future needs. You don't get customer service like this anymore, and I truly appreciate the respect and value they provided me!!
