Horrible U-Haul dealer. Refused to give me my rental. Very rude to me and the U-Haul representative that I called. I will NEVER return to them for ANY TYPE OF WORK. and the prices on the car accessories are ridiculous. This place is an entire joke.

I bought some earthquakes subs from here...the owner seen my speakers rattling he wouldn't even change my speaker. He said that the amp need to be turnt down. Which it was but if I turned it down some more it was gone take more bass from my speakers. I will never spend my hard earned money here again if they keep this up they will run out of business

Very nice and friendly people, very eager to help out of towners like myself. Great atmosphere. Great owner, met and talked with him for over an hour, employees were just as great as the owner.

Bad bad bad business they cut my back camera wire then ale the owner of this wack place sold me a radio that didnt even fix my screen had to cut to fix because he told me i couldnt get my money back the lady who o spoke to had me come in with false info because once i got there nothin they said happened they told me they got a 10 inch screen for my dodge charger a lie said my back camera was cut a lie sold me a screen then changed the prices long story short dont go there he also racist he treated me so bad guess because im black and from ny this place sucks

Don t shop here.. I came here from out of town on 3 different occasions & they couldn t get it right & then tell me to come back again.. I spent $1043.00 & I asked for a simple written receipt for the money spent & they wouldn t do that.. I don t trust the work so now I have to go somewhere else & spend money to get it done right.. I don t recommend

I love this place!! Me and my husband always come here for our speakers and radio for our cars. These people do a really great job of installing & also informing customers on what to get or not to get. Let s just say they are not just in it for the money. They will hook you up and get you right!!

This is the best place to get your speakers & radio from hand down. I got speakers and full installation in less than an hour. I am very pleased & I will be coming back for my next vehicle! I wouldn't go anywhere else but here for best quality in a small amount of time. Wilson NC

After meeting with the owners (AL) sons (DJ) to buy a Tesla radio for my mustang. I waited about a month for the radio to come in. After the month passes by the son will not longer answer and of my calls or texts and the owner will not respond to any calls or emails. Wouldn t be an issue unless it was rectified but it wasn t and now I m out a good bit of money.

I walked out, no service, or rather bad service. I'm a nurse and staying in a hotel because of Covid-19, I have a stereo that the display can't be seen and blown speakers, so I decided to get a new system (mask in place), willing to spend up to $700. Walk in and in between playing on his cell phone, clerk asks if he could help, I say yes and explain about my current system and let him know I need a good system. I begin looking at the systems in front of me and immediately the clerk then proceeds to start taking care of some other people who stepped in to ask a question. Waiting and waiting, the clerk never said another word to me, finally almost ten minutes later and these guys are just talking shop so I walked out, not even a good bye. Wow, now that's the kind of place I want to put my hard earned money. Being very mechanically inclined, I will do it myself and save hundreds. So much for trying to help the locals.

Owner had Terrible business communication and tried to over charge. I love sound on my trucks but don t recommend this service.

The staff was super nice to me I was willing to go in spending $300 dollars and they showed me it was a minor issue and only cost me $10. They genuinely want to help people it s not all about the money or a sale with them I m super grateful because I needed that money that I was about to spend thank you street sounds give thanks.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They screwed up the wiring in my daughters car causing a hefty bill from the dealership to fix it. I gave them the chance to make it right and they would accept no responsibility. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THIER PRODUCTS!

Terrible experience walked in to see if I could get some speakers wired up, and because I got speakers from another local dealer an older gentleman says "Well take it back to him he'll give you a better deal" never using their services again.

Installer said speakers were working. I didn't think so , so I asked neighbor, he said no. Went back and found out I had a blown speaker. Installer should of let me know so I could of purchased a new speaker.

I went here to get my radio fixed and some new speakers put in, and they proceed to fix it and I got it back and A couple days later when I was riding down the road and the piece of dash they had to take off to fix the radio falls off, and I looked at it and they had broke the clips to hold it on and super glued it on there, and they said no refunds we can t do anything about it , so needles to say don t come here and save your money.

This place runs a father and son scam. They ask for deposits and then do not provide what was promised. I m in the process of filing a claim against them. Buyer Beware

I was told that a tow dolly was available. Then, I proceeded to make a reservation and drive 30 minutes out of my way to find out there is no tow dolly available
