Josh and Taylor are excellent! For once, as a woman I felt heard when it came to my car s care! I felt heard, was well taken care of, and it was all done in a timely and professional manner! Kudos to these two proficient young men!

The Mechanics took good care of my car. It cost more than expected, but that was ok. One mechanic was dressed unprofessionally I hesitated until someone else came out. MY OPINION IS , THEY ALL SHOULD BE IN UNIFORMS

It s been a few months since I ve been here, it s under new management. But the new management is top tier. I went for an oil change Josh was very quick & efficient with the oil change. And what really surprised me was when my car was vacuumed free of charge. You won t find that type of service anywhere else I ll tell you that. Definitely go check out Josh & Demetris you won t be disappointed .Service: Oil change

We went here for an inspection. We passed. A few days later we go to a place to get something else done unrelated to the inspection. BUT they pulled us to the side. Asked who did our inspection because they never should ve passed us, because our tires were so bad and that we needed to park it till the new ones came because it s not worth death. No warning. No nothing from this location. Had we not gotten it checked out somewhere else, who knows what could ve happened. My mother did not know what to look for and tbh this was very careless.

Always Snappy and pleasant. I went to have my breaks checked out because I heard some rubbing. After the checkup they found nothing wrong all was great. The young man told me if I keep hearing the sound on the back driver's side to bring it back. I like Snappy Lube I Always go there for my inspections.

Change management again!!!! and last guy Josh was awesome! and very respectful!...but he's not the manager anymore....to many different ppl CHANGING on a monthly basis KEEP YOUR GOOD employees that new crew is a NO GO!

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They have good pricing. They give quick service. They do oil changes, tune ups, and minor repairs. They have a TV in the waiting area and allow costumers to control the remote to watch what they want while they wait. There is also a bathroom in site.

their little checklist is a joke. day after my visit i tried to clean my windshield but the fluid was bone dry. they didn't vacuum the interior, they said my tires were at 35 psi, way over, but when i checked at home it was 30 psi on the nose. i checked and they did manage to change my oil so i guess that's something. they tried to upsell me on all kinds of extra services like fuel system flush and fuel injector cleaning.Service: Auto maintenance

Went for an oil change that costed $98, while waiting you could hear the employees making obscene moaning noises and remarks. Once they were finished and I got back in my car all my stuff in my glovebox was strown out from where they broke it trying to get to my air filter and then didn t even tell me that they had broke it. Never going again.Service: Oil change

They don't use care going in and out of a customer's vehicle. Tint meter used for inspection not properly calibrated. My window tint had been tested twice by 2 different meters and both showed at 35% and it passed in another inspection station. While their meter shows only 29%.Absolutely no protocol in place for customer's safety when it comes to covid.

Moving two vehicles to NC for business and was looking for a trustworthy place since I don't want to change my own oil here. Read on NCDMV that NC vehicles need safety inspection. Brought one vehicle and informed technician that I was moving here and needed inspection. He asked what county I was going to register it in and inspected car. Results I was given had big print across top that vehicle wasn't found in state database which I assumed was normal since I hadn't registered it yet. Brought next vehicle a couple of days later and informed a different technician that I again was getting a vehicle inspected. About 5 minutes later the technician and the original technician cheerfully told me that I didn't have to worry about the inspection because that will only be required when I go to re-register the vehicle so not needed the first time. When I asked why they inspected my first car then they couldn't offer an answer, nor an apology and said no refunds. Filing a complaint with NCDMV. Still looking for a reputable place.

Just left my truck here for an oil change. Went away to lunch and came back to pay and pickup. First thing I noticed is one of the guys had stolen my $35 phone adaptor so I can listen to music in my truck. I NEVER take it off my power cord. Ever. It's always in my truck cause it's the only place I need to use it.So I went back inside and complained to the manager. He acted like he didn't know what to say. I didn't have physical proof that one of his guys stole my adaptor, so I told him "I'm just wanting to make you aware because I'm not happy about this." Needless to say, he didn't offer to correct it but did offer an apology.Don't go here if you don't want things stolen out of your vehicle!!

Snappy Lune on Tarboro street is my go to shop when i need my car maintenanced. As a woman it's hard to find a place where you feel welcome and this place was no different until after a few visits then the crew became warm. Maybe they have seen a lot of jokers or something Idk but bottom line is the prices are great and they do good work. Oil changes are full service and they make u aware of any issues which is kinda nice considering the prices are so low. Very happy w Snappy and will actually be returning this week for regular maintenance

There is a reason this place has the shortest line around. The tint on my car is exactly how it was when i bought it new from the dealership. I have the inspection form from the dealer saying no tint fee. Never paid for tint before, but this place made me pay without providing evidence that it is required. They then told me that all cars with tint have to pay the fee. Every car I've had has had sone tint Mott added by me and moo other place has charged. Never going back again.

I always Take my Nissan Murano to snappy lube at Nash street Wilson NC. For full service oil changes checks and many other things and two other cars , Kevin and the other gentelmen who work there are honest and always do great timely work, I have never had items or money which are always in my car go missing unlike a few other places I have taken my cars to. And never Damaged or dirt and oil gotten into my car as i have had happen befor other places. Thank you Snappy Lube Wilson NC Nash street Location for your continued great service. Sincerley Tamara.

Nice guys just dropped in for a state inspection. They were quick and courteous. The inspection machine was down for 15 minutes or so but not their fault.

Dont get your car inspected here. They will tear the end of your wiper blade so they can sell you a overpriced new one. Rip Off !
