Sean has been such a great help with towing my car today!! Super easy to get in contact with as well!! I highly recommend this company they top other prices as well!! He was very elaborate on everything as well! Couldn't ask for someone better to have help me out!

Mr. Ronnie service was there when no other one wanted to help. He answered whenever I called got his driver to help me. Overall service a great one and would highly recomend others to try him first.

They absolutely saved me!!! Didn't try and break my pocket book at the same time Christmas time is here and my semi broke down on the way home I thank you so much your driver was amazing ( josh) God bless yawl

Best in NC HANDS DOWN... Got towed last week, the drivers are cool as can be and Mark is just as humble and courteous as they come! If you're ever broke down in this area please hit these folks up! I've been driving for a few years now, and they are the best tow service I've ever encountered. Their prices are reasonable for owner opps! No lies, and they respond quickly to your location!! 5 stars from me!

Make sure you get the price to tow in writing before they hookup your vehicle. Charged us $630 to tow a 16ft box truck 29 miles. We were quoted from 3 other companies in the $300-$350 range and we believe they were one of the three... the only reason we went with these guys is they were referred to us...and they were suppose to pick it up the same day, but called driver later towards the end of the day and stated they couldn't make it that day so they showed up this morning and called after they had it hooked up gave us the price that was totally taking advantage of the situation.. I called tow manager said this was normal charge...Just beware

I Took my rollback in for a mechanical issue. They Diagnosed it and fixed it in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place. Great people to deal with!

I've been doing business with Ronnie's for more then 15yrs and I've always found them to be honest and straight forward with their dealings and I would refer anyone in need of towing or repair to them. You really can't go wrong with a good honest local shop.

This morning in downtown Fayetteville, NC in VERY heavy traffic we encountered an out of control flatbed trailer hauling a brand new backhoe. The hauling rig belonged to Ronnie's Truck Service of Wilson, NC.The driver was driving close to double the posted 35 MPH speed limit and plowed through a very busy intersection after the light had turned red, almost hitting at least two other passenger vehicles. The driver was clearly in a hurry and was willing to put every other driver on the road AT RISK with his dangerous driving.I called the office at Ronnie's and spoke with the owner's daughter, who was not in the least bit interested in hearing me out. I called back a half dozen more times and she hung up on me each time.Ronnie's Trucking, HEAR THIS: I have a video and all ID information from that truck this morning. If one of your trucks EVER injures someone because of reckless, negligent driving, I PROMISE YOU I will be the first person to the district attorney's office to share our experience. If I need to take off work to testify against you, I am in the position to do that also.The only thing worse than the driver was trying to call and lodge a complaint so the company could take action. The owner's daughter was not interested.May sure your insurance premiums are paid up!
