If I could give more stars I would! I was traveling from SC to NY. Felt a vibration when I hit my breaks on I-95. I looked up "brake repair near me" and Quality Tire Alignment & Brakes came up.I showed up and and they took my car in minutes. They found the issue and fixed it right away, got me out for me to complete my trip.They are friendly, knowledgeable, and exactly what I needed for the situation I was in. I wish I lived in the area, because THEY WOULD BE MY GO-TO FOR ALL MY CAR NEEDS!I can't thank you enough for the great service and excellent repair!!!

Called after we saw nail in back tire! Had dr. Appt wed morning in rocky mount man said come on in husband took it and they took in it to be plugged! Nice folks!

Great place. Trustworthy and exceptional service. Great mechanics who are talented and have been there a long time. I have been a customer for 20 years or more and would trust no one else with my service needs. No spin selling for unnecessary work. Just solid advice and sound work. I have known the owner since 1976 and he is a Christian gentleman who will earn your trust. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Really nice people.

Had two tires go bad on the RV during a trip call quality tire had an appointment for the next morning replaced four tires and in and out in one hour able to get back on the road without delays fantastic service. also, dog friendly. Gave us a bowl of water for dogs and try to accommodate us in anyway. highly recommendedService: TiresService: Tires

Couldn t ask for a better customer service staff! From all the guys up front who keep you laughing, the service guys who take care of my car (i like when they act like it is their own) and all the way down to the sweetest lady ever in the back office. I don t trust my vehicle with many people but these folks have my trust and my business forever. Thanks for being so awesome. See y all again next time.

Quality Tire Alignment & Brakes repaired a Napa Peace of Mind Warranty that had been initially repaired at an out of town facility. They made the transaction easy and hassle free at no cost to me. They worked my daughter s Jeep in quickly and communication was excellent. I highly recommend their services and will plan to use them in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We were passing through the Wilson area and ran over something in the road that blew out the sidewall of our left rear tire. After putting the spare on, one of the helpful locals saw our predicament and recommended we go to Quality Tire. I thought for sure it was going to be an issue getting a matching replacement in a reasonable time & price. I met Leroy (manager) and he immediately checked the tire needed, located it and had it replaced in less than an hour. We will be forever grateful to Leroy and his crew for getting us back on the road to Myrtle Beach without significant delay.Service: Tires

I picked up my brothers truck and was waited on and ready to walk out the door in less than 5 minutes but I sit down and had a pleasant conversation with the owner first and still got my brothers truck back to him 30 minutes before he needed it. Friendly and efficient.

Took great care of my F-150. Oil change and went out of their way to let me know oil was very low and to watch for a leak. Didn't have to say anything, but glad they did. THAT is what good service means to me. They will get all my automotive business.

So I had to drive to Wilson with my brother to try and take care of some of my mom's stuff. I had my tires balanced and rotated in Wilmington about 2 months ago and it was driving terrible. So I went to Quality Tire in Wilson before our ride back. Let me tell ya, what a hometown feeling. Leroy came out and met me and asked how he could help me out. I told him the dilemma and they got right on it. Soon after we are sitting outside and he asks what my brother and I would like to drink. He came back with a couple of sodas and a couple packs of crackers. Then proceeded to talk to us for an extended period of time. It doesn't sound like much but that is how I have tried to carry myself with my work, go the extra mile. Kudos to you guys at Quality Tire in Wilson, highly recommended.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great place to get a proper alignment and get a minor issue fixed such as getting back your ice cold A/C! Great people, great service. Can't ask for much more.

They were great !! They told me what the problem was and that it was hard the get a good steering gear for my vehicle. I bought a redhead steering gear and they put it on and it worked perfectly.

I went in for them to inspect my car and they said I needed a new water pump. they finished the job in a little over a day which was good but when I got it I turned around and went back because of how bad it was driving. He said the work they did was fine and not the cause of the probs but they underlying issues were the reason for the noise and the rattling. Now after paying more than I should have for the age of my car I have a piece of junk which no one will buy and there is really no way to prove the work is the reason for it. At least my car isn't overheating but now it is an awful experience to drive! Update. I went to another mechanic after I got the car back and they confirmed I had 3 mounts busted. These are CRACKED down the middle! How did this place let that happen? Run don't walk from this place!!
