These guys were very helpful and got me right in to be seen only to an hour and they seemed to be busy so I'm assuming they're a pretty good place judging by the buisness they get but my personal experience was pleasant. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars because I literally watched my ticket that was done with service sat on the desk for 15+minutes and no one bothered to pick it up and complete it until I walked up grabbed the ticket and told the guy that this was my car and it's ready. But I wasn't upset I realize purple get side tracked but I'm definitely going back. I would recommend this place to anyone for good service.

Was recommended by my friend. Very friendly customer service reminds me of how customer service used to be. They are very fast and will get you in and out. I bought brand new tires from Public Tire Warehouse, and I am satisfied with the purchase and I didn't really break the bank on the tires either. Recommended and will do business with them again. Quick and wonderful service!Purchased a set of tires for my truck and the entire experience was pleasant. All the staff were nice, but Mr Wiley was my favorite!

I have spent about $700 on 1 visit and 3 months later car is still sounding like it needs master cylinders and wheel Barton s. I used the credit account and guess what I won t be paying any more on it. Send to credit bureau. Took my moms car down to get brakes and rotors turn now the wheel is popping like something is loose. I m done with them.

Went there today for a 4 new A/T tires. Saved about $400 compared to online prices. Took about 30 minutes. Awesome experience. Will definitely be back. Professional service from start to finish.

Had my first experience with Public Tire Warehouse today and it was great. James Odom took care of me and he did a great job. They have the best prices on tires, even less than Discount Tire and Wal Mart. And they do alignments, Discount Tire doesn't. They also do all types of auto repair and I will definitely give them some repair work in the future. Our car now drives and rides great.

On Thursday August 25th i brought my 2018 Yukon Denali into Public tire to change over the tires and the tire sensors on to some new rims. First mistake I made was choosing this shop . they replaced the tires and rims but the front passenger sensor didn t work afterwards. So I brought the vehicle back the next day they fixed the front passenger sensor or so i thought I proceeded to drive the vehicle home within 10 minutes the driver side sensor stopped working . Needless to say all sensor s we re working fine when i first brought the truck in. I had to drive the truck out of town for the weekend. Didn t have a front driver side sensor reading. Brought the vehicle back to public tire warehouse on 301 Monday and told them that the driver side sensor wasn t working.I left the vehicle there at 8 o clock in the morning when I got off at 3:30 to go pick it up they were just now pulling it into the shop. At 3:35. They were pulling it into the shop as i informed them it s been here for 7 hours for a tire sensor and that i had to go because I needed to pick my son up from school. Now I m driving the vehicle with no sensors not one sensor on the vehicle is working now. No idea of the pressure within the tires I don t know what they ve done but now I have no sensor readings on the vehicle at allI do not recommend you guys take anything to this shop unless you want the worst experience of your life

As a woman, this place is by far the best place for me to take my car and not get ripped out!!! Everyone is very generous and helpful and I appreciate them in many ways!! I am a lifetime customer!

This is the best all around place to get your car fixed. They have done everything for me from AC compressor, tune ups, drive train replacement, replaced gas tank that was punctured, oil changes. They can do anything. They work on domestic and foreign cars. Their prices are extremely fair . When you find an honest place with great pricing, there is no reason to go anywhere else. I am a customer for life.

Personnel are friendly and helpful. The service received is always top-notch! Sometimes you might have to wait a little while, but it's worth it for quality service! They special order the tires I use on my SUV. Highly recommend this service center for your vehicle's needs!

Service isn't all that, prices are good but you can't outweigh one without the other. Crowed, staff won't wear masks no social distancing in place. The floor is dirty, like it hasn't been swept since it opened. Not to mention the attitude you get from the staff along with the poor quality customer service, save your time go elsewhere and pay a little more for quick, good quality customer service.

Everyone seemed pretty friendly and service was fast but not sloppy. Now the reason I gave it four stars.. please don't assume everyone has been there before. I hadn't and didn't know where to go. Please communicate where to leave vehicles and where the office is for waiting. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

I love this business!! Ive gotten work done here for years! Today I got tires rotated and oil changed at such a reasonable price!!! (I even questioned the lady at the desk to be sure both things had been done! Lol) You won t regret coming here!

Wonderful service. I had tires put on by them and I had a ball joint break, not related to anything they did. The car is 13 years old. The Owner Mike personally made sure the issue was corrected. They bent over backwards to help out and get it fixed & straighten out. ( Please keep in mind they had nothing to do with the ball joint breaking)The employees are absolutely the most friendly and helpful, I have every seen at a repair shop. They have made a life long customer. If I could give them another star I would. I already had 3 other set of tires placed on other cars.

Service has gotten better here.Better organization now and ease of knowing you are getting great service for a great price. Bought two new tires and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely go back again!!

Great people. A place where everyone is willing to help. They have the best prices but don't trust me go out and shop around. I did and saved about $250, got a better product, as well as had nitrogen put into my tires. They still offered the same free tire rotations and to replace any nitrogen if needed. The main reason I will continue to return to them though is what I stated first. The incredibly friendly people there.

Great place to buy tires. When I went for the first time, I was a little uneasy about the way the shop looked. After all, it is an old tobacco warehouse. Within minutes, I was really glad that I stopped in. The staff was terrific and the owner was the nicest ever! Got a nice set of Michelins for a really good price. Won't buy tires anywhere else. They're moving to a new location in Wilson, and we will follow!

This place is my go to for getting repairs done to my car. My car doubles as my mail vehicle and Mike does his best to keep it functional for me. The used tires are quality and the staff is top notch. You can expect to have a little bit of a wait buts it s only because they re so busy... because they re really good at what they do.

I have been going to Public Tire for over 3 years for everything from tires to oil change and more. I cannot say enough about the honesty, prices and warmth of this business. They honor their prices and work from start to finish.I live in Raleigh and will continue to go here for all my car needs. No place in Raleigh matches it!.Thanks to Mike and family for always putting service and customers first.

First time here. Had a blowout and they had the tire I needed (2 other name brands didn't!) and took me in right away. Knowledgeable staff, friendly too, with a surprisingly low price. Will be back.

The kindest and most honest staff. Told me what was wrong with my vehicle, gave me options and looked up pricing (which is unbeatable!) Never once felt pressured or guilted. So rare in this day and age and I will forever use them for my vehicle and tire needs.

I bought 4 new tires from Public Tire on 28April2020 and they were mounted and balanced. As soon as I left their business I noticed my car vibrating at speeds of 70mph so I took my car back to get the tires rebalanced and once again they are still vibrating. They must not know how to balance a tire properly. I guess I will take it to my car dealer to correct the issue. I am not pleased with my experience at Public Tire Warehouse.

It could have been better. If I was given a discount for my wait time as the other customer. I was there before this person. After, I paid, still had a wait time more than the 5min., I was quoted by paying ahead.

If you want quick service go to the one in Goldsboro. Took two hours to get a single tire changed from the one here in Wilson. I would of been out the door no less than 30 minutes in Goldsboro. Update still waiting after 3 hours. This is ridiculous for one tire. I m about to go do it myself.

Honest, professional service is what I found here. I thought I needed four tires, they looked at it and said that I only needed two. They could have sold me four, I don't know tires! But,they were honest. I recommend this business anyone needing a fair price on a used tire.
