My Dodge caravan needed some body work done to the front passenger door. From the time I walked through the shop's door I was met with professional and courteous service. They quickly identified the problem and went above and beyond to have it fixed in a timely manner. I truly appreciate the wonderful job that they did to my van and would recommend them to anyone I meet who wants great customer service and quality work done to their vehicle. I am so glad that I picked Proctor's Body Shop to take care of my vehicle.

I was greeted kindly with a service attitude. My Volkswagen CC had a damaged bumper, and Proctor's immediately performed a detailed review of the damage. They were also open and honest about their costs and availability - even knowing that I had received estimates from other local competitors.I did decide to go with a competitor because the insurance company made working with the competitor more convenient , the competitor was available immediately, and the cost difference was negligible. But, I'm happy to report this good initial shopping experience.

Proctor's was fantastic! Not only does my car look as good as new and perfectly pristine, they were extremely helpful, nice, and efficient. They were great about effectively communicating as well, and even finished the work sooner than expected. I simply can't reccomend them enough!!

This review is for their towing service which I think is exceptional. James Watson came to pick up my boat trailer in a very unsafe location on highway 264. I know James could have taught the guys on "Highway to Hell" some tricks of the trade. If there was a choice for more than 5 stars I would give it. Exceptional and safe work !!! Thanks James

These guys are con artists, the moment we walked in we were asked what kind of insurance the other driver had. Once we answered with a big name company his eyes widened and he smiled with surprise. Then proceeded to take us to the office where he then asked for the mileage of the vehicle. Not important in a repair estimate at all. Then, knowing how progressive pays out insurance, then took exactly the 10% of the value of the car for the estimate. Which after further research, is exactly how they pay their auto claims. So they will nickel and dime every cent they can, they don t care about your repairs. They just want the maximum pay out from the insurance. Take my advice go elsewhere.

They are great workersThey are behind 5 months because of all the vehicles they have to fix . but you have to be patient to get your car done .

Very pleasant experience. Took my car for insurance work. Owner was courtieous and I didn't feel like I was having the wool pulled over my eyes at any time.
