I have found everybody Precision Very helpful and professional. They have been very fair with any problems I have had with my Kia soul. I do like their reminders when it s time for oil changes or general maintenance and I d like to think everybody at Precision for your great work.

Okay so first let me start by saying that I did not get any type of car service but I was staying at the hotel across the street and they happen to not have any type of first aid kit and my leg was bleeding terribly from me shaving and I had to run across the street to the tire place and they hooked me up with bandages. The fact that they were super awesome about it and they were just amazing and I was bleeding pretty bad so you know being anemic and having to run over there and I was kind of freaking out and the fact that a hotel doesn't have any been just that's on the stupid. But they are very polite so I would recommend them just because they're very considerate and very just nice.

Douglas really helped me out today, I had ONE lug on my tire that was wore out and they put a new one on for me with NO CHARGE I love it Thank you again if you looking for a good place to come get a oil change and a tire rotation COME HERE!!!!

I have gone here about a year now with no issues.A week ago, my car started overheating and the check engine light came on.I took my car to the Nissan Dealership and was told that my fluids weren t being topped off including my coolant. I was really disappointed because I have had good experiences at all other locations.I understand that balls get dropped but this could have severely damaged my engine.I won t be returning to this location.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

Great experience here! Friendly staff who recommends the right services needed for your car at the time of service. Went in for an oil change and told them that my brakes were squealing a little bit and come to find out, they were low on pads. Came out with an oil change, brake service, and money left in the wallet bcs their prices for what you get is good value. Wonderful, honest folks! We hit a big piece of debris on 95; everything seemed fine until we stopped for lunch in Wilson and then the car made a loud rattle. They fixed the issue quickly (turned out it was just a loose bolt) and refused to take our money, even for their time to look at the car and even though I agreed up front to pay for their time. Hope you never hit debris like we did but if you do, I hope this place is nearby!

Well i have paid different prices for oil changes at this location, i have 2 cars so a few buck s didn t bother me, but today I had a coupon, that was valid, that stated 21.90 for a oil change. I gave him the coupon first before the oil change. At checkout the total is 36 and change.. I usually pay around 33 without a coupon, so I stated I have a coupon .The guy tells me , the prices have gone up but I still gave you a discount Now if I had time i would have definitely checked him, but I didn t. He s lucky today. But other than that no problems besides them always trying to up sale.Services: Transmission replacement, Oil change

While the customer service was kind and courteous, I am very displeased and alarmed with the diagnosis that was given to a clicking/knocking noise I brought my car in for. After having my car for 3 hours, I was told my car was fine and that the noise would go away. I was not comfortable with this since the knocking noise seemed to be worsening, so I took it to another place. I was just informed that I had cracked and damaged axles and needed them replaced. Had my axles broken while on the highway, my wheels could have falling off and could ve ended up with an out of control car.

They do not take their job seriously. Be careful y'all because they can scam you and be changing their prices. Always question em and stop them. make sure they are in the same page as you. Always ask if they are using used and new parts as well. because they be ordering parts and not telling you in advance while ordering. And if they are checking your car demand what they actually did not a simple receipt. They really need to make detailed notes of what is wrong with the car. What's good and what's not. Took it to another auto car place and they told me that there were many things wrong with my vehicle. Today we took my wife's car to have work done, every staff member we encountered went above and beyond in fixing her car. I would definitely take my vehicle back there again. Staff was honest and gracious.

Came in today with a condensate drain blockage pooling in my passenger floorboards, the staff took care of me quickly and efficiently with a quick attempt to blow it out before I tried anything else more serious. This location is very dishonest. I took my truck in for front brakes and they claimed it need $960 worth of work. New rotors( they are not worn), said had a bad bearing( not the case), needed a new hub, not the case. When leaving two older ladies were outside and they said that they were told it would cost $700 to change the spark plugs. Do not use this business without caution and second opinion. Bad enough the economy is bad without places like this preying on good folks. I got professional courteous service at Mr. Tire in Wilson, with honest cost and quality courteous service.

This was my first visit to a Precision Tune. I wanted a simple oil change. I have had my Kia for 6 years and usually go to another place. My coworker told me to try Precision because I was complaining about how much an oil change was costing me. I usually pay over $50 at the other place. At Precision it was $29.99 I couldn t believe it. I use my car as my office because I provide a community service where I go see clients in their home. As you can imagine, lots of miles and driving. So, the next oil change comes around quickly. I will definitely be back! Oh, and they topped off my fluids as well .something my old place stopped doing a few years ago. The guy in the office/customer lounge was so nice and didn t try to sell me more than what I asked for. Thank you so much, guys! See you again soon.Service: Oil change

My car was not fixed. The mechanic did the wrong diagnosis on my car saying my air compressor was no good. I took it back and they said it was something else. I took it a third time after I talked to corporate and then they changed the diagnosis again. I spent 856.00 and the car still doesn't have a/c. I called corporate again and they will not return my call. I spent over 800 dollars and no one will return my calls. Worst mechanic I ever been to. They will receive no stars from me. Very unprofessional.

I will never go to this location again. I've never had an oil change done and by the time I'm a little overdue for the next one my engine is empty oil stick was bone dry. I brought my Honda here for a second estimate based on a referral from a friend. I was pleasantly surprised. The manager took the time to call me and walk me through the repairs. He gave me an upfront cost and told me exactly what to expect. He kept me up to date on the progress. The customer service was outstanding, the cost was fair and I felt they were honest and trustworthy. I will be bringing both my Honda s to them from now on. Nice work Precision Tune!

I walked in , met Nick behind the counter and was treated with respect and kindness. The whole team was kind and knowledgeable. Fair pricing. Nick will let you know what really needs to be done on your vehicle and what can wait. I was so glad that my car had issues near them. I would definitely recommend this shop. I only wish that all shops were like these guys. If I could leave 10 stars, I would. They got me , my car and my pups home.

Took my Pathfinder in for an alignment a few months back and it was never done correctly. Took it right back and they claimed that somehow it can't right back out of alignment and they would reset it again. Alignment was never done correctly and steering wheel stayed off center. Recently discovered the rack and pinion bushing was bad and with that there is no way they could do an alignment. Replaced the rack and pinion bushing and took it back to precision tune this morning for a easy alignment because I know the issue is fixed only to be told this time that the wheel bearings are out and that the tie rod ends are also out and quoted a $1500 price for repair. Left there and went straight to Firestone who gave me a lifetime alignment with no problems and checked it the bearings and tie rod ends and said nothing at all is wrong with them which I already knew because they were already checked before I went went to precision tune in the beginning. Steering wheel is back on center and alignment is correct. Precision tune should be sued for flimflamming people.

I will definitely NOT be taking my car back here. I went there because I couldn t get into my normal mechanic for an oil change, tire rotation, and to change the brake light. However, after leaving, I see why they were able to fit me in. Upon leaving, I heard a loud noise while driving. When my husband was able to check in, 3 of the lug nuts were so loose I could take them off with just my hand, no tools needed. Thank goodness we checked it when we did and did not lose the tire or get into an accident. Furthermore, the rims of all of my tires were scratched up and were not like that before I went in. When I called, I spoke with the manager Leon. Though he acted concerned, he said he would call corporate Monday when they opened and get back in touch with me early in the week. Here it is Saturday a week later, and I called him. No apology for the lack of update, and he said there was nothing they can do. I will be calling corporate Monday, and I will not be recommending this place to anyone due to the poor service and severe lack of professionalism.Services: Tires, Oil change

Don t take your car at this place, I took my 2015 Nissan Versa 1.6 S to them for overheating problems, I spoke with the salesman and he told me in order to find out what is causing the overheating problem, he would perform a coolant precision test, he said that test would tell us what is causing the overheating problem, he took an entire day to perform that test, he charged me around $90 for that test, then he told me, that test did not found out what was causing the overheating issue, he told me to go next day to pay for another test to find out what was causing the overheating problem, they ripped me off, they only steal people s money, they only charged me $90, but they did not find out what was causing the overheating, they told me they will charge me more to find out what was the overheating problem.So next day I went to Lee Nissan dealership, they only charged me $150 and they did found what was causing the overheating issue, they did perform the same thing precision tune did and other tests for only $150, precision tune is a scam they told me they would charge me more in order to find out what was going on. Don t go to precision tune, instead take your Cars to their dealership, they will fix your issue for less money than precision tune.If I had go straight to Lee Nissan I would have saved the money precision tune charged me yo find out nothing.Precision tune is a scam, they need to be sue .Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I went to this location on 3/12/2021 for a tire repair and was there for 3.5 hours! Upon walking in, I asked how long the wait would be and was told it would be "an hour, hour and a half". (I came to find out this is what they tell everyone who asks the same question, regardless.) My car sat in the parking lot for 2 hours before a technician started on the job. At least 3 other customers during the time I sat there were complaining about how slow the service was. I had a flat tire that needed to be patched but was told that it would need to be replaced all together. The cost of the tire that I was quoted was nearly $100 more than when I purchased the exact same tire somewhere else. After I agreed (because at this point I'm just ready to get out of there), my car sat for another hour before the technician put the tire on. Presumably, the tire had to be ordered and brought to the location, which is ridiculous if you are in the business of selling tires. When they finally finished, I mentioned to the front desk staff how long I had been there and just got a blank look - no apologies, nothing. Time is money. Definitely don't waste your time by coming here. Maybe they were having a bad day, but that's 3.5 hours of my life I'll never get back!Service: Tires

Precision Tune in Wilson gets no star from me. Went there today to have repair done on my car. Guy told me how much it would be I told him to go head and fix it. Whole 2 hours went by then I receive a car about my air conditioner is leaking mind you it wasn't leaking or never been leaking before. Tried to charge me $180 for there when I declined they fixed my first problem. Then lied and stated my air conditioning was cool and working good. While I head home it's blowing out hot air. So I call and while on the phone I'm heading back there. To still be placed on hold the representative told me the supervisor has to come to the phone. No one still didn't come and I'm on hold. While pulling back up at the place the door lock and everyone has gone for the day. So I come in contact while I'm getting out to see why I'm still on hold and notice an employee walking out and he tells me everyone gone for the night. So I will be returning on Saturday morning.

So at first I wanted to give this place a 1 star because I took our family van in to get a check engine light checked out. We had to take it back three times. LONG story short the staff and manager, James, were very nice and completely understood my feelings. They fixed the issue and even though it was no fault of theirs they took ownership. My car just got unlucky I guess but they worked with me and got my van back fixed, I hope. I literally just got it back like 10 min ago. If I don't update this then its ALL good!But the staff and James were GREAT! excellent CS!
