Horrible experience. Received no updates, no communication. They really didn't care if I was frustrated. Kept it over 2 weeks over promised date. And the only thing they had to do was call me and tell me it would be delayed.

Dont go here They vandalize your car. Ramble through your personal belongings. Break things on your vehicle and dont want to repair it.

Repairs were not made properly and now I have more issues with my car than I had before they worked on it. Had my car from 11/29/23 until 1/19/24 and the repairs are not corrected.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This has to be the worst business in the area. I don't know how they're still in business. My initial estimate was for 3 days that turned into 3 months. I kept receiving texts that it would be ready the following week. I called to see what the problem was and I was informed there was in issue with Geico. I call Geico and was told that they weren't following Geico's protocol for submitting documents after being told several times. Then I was told that my car was in the paint shop. I call to check again and now they were waiting on parts and couldn't give me any more information. I go visit to talk face to face and to see what had been done. Its sitting in the back completely assembled. I ask about the paint on the side view mirror and was promised it'd be detailed before I picked it up. I go to pick it up and the paint is still there. I was happy to have my car back so I had it detailed. A month later I'm fueling up and notice a part on my brand new bumper was missing I also noticed that the front passenger sensor was beeping even when nothing was even close. I go back and ask about it. Robert said well it was on there when I gave it to you. He then told me I had to talk to someone named Shane. I said fine, whats his contact info and he said he doesn't have it. He just waits for Shane to call him. I ask how was I supposed to reach him with no contact information. He suggested I call Geico and have Geico to get in touch with him. Then he suggested that I go to the BMW dealership to have the sensor adjusted. I said don't I have a year warranty for your work. He informed me that was not covered. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Both respectful and friendly, they performed a thorough inspection of my damages and provided a detailed estimate. They completed the repairs on schedule, though there was more damage and repair needed than originally estimated. The work quality was stellar. I can't tell there was ever an accident. I highly recommend them.

Was not pleased with the service. I had to call to get an update more than once as they ordered the wrong part and took longer to repair. They were nice, but even calling in advance to pick up my car after business hours, which they said was fine and they would have it ready outside the gate, they still forgot to bring it out as it was locked inside their fence. So I wasted a trip there and back that night and still was without a car for another day. They did barely enough repair work on my Yukon to get by. I still have small marks that they didn't fix if you look well enough at the repair area.

Just wanting to let everyone know don't apply here you'll be treated bad and the manager Michael Black doesn't care about his employees! I witnessed a estimator doing a paint job? Not even getting paid enough...another lady who works there doing like 3 jobs and still not even getting paid enough! Someone reach wilson times...He also came to my house!!! Isn't that weird..What manager goes to there employees house for leaving early??? That dude is weird. FEELING extremely uncomfortable.

I took my car to Petes because someone ran into my doors on my driver's side. Pete's fix my doors and my car looks like it's brand new. They did a very good job and they were very friendly and polite. Un very satisfied.

Wish I had never heard of this place. They gave me a series of b/s excuses (easily proven false) that delayed my repairs. When I DID get my vehicle back, I had ABS warnings that were not there before I gave them my car (I had driven it for a week or more...hundreds of miles for me). Several more b/s excuses, including trying to blame ME for causing the issue (that didn't appear until I gave THEM my car). I asked them when I picked it up whether they had checked alignment - "oh, yes, the alignment was OK". I had to argue over and over with them and finally got my insurance company involved, and they immediately saw issues with this company. They had bent the shock when trying to straighten my fender. My insurance company saved me on this...Pete's would have been happy to leave me hanging. Toyota said "a blind man could have seen that it was out of alignment".Regarding your response of "not having a recent record of this customer"...try looking in November and December 2016. I kept a detailed log of my experience, as did my insurance company.

My car was taken here to be assessed for damages following an accident. On May 12th the car was determined to be a total loss, I didn't speak to my insurance about the loss until the next day which at that time they gave me until May 17th to get my belongings out of the car. Although my car was in NC, I was and still am located in TX and therefore was unable to gather my belongings the next business day. Due to personal scheduling and the fact that this establishment is closed on the weekends, my appointed family member would also not be able to retrieve my belongings for me until Monday after work (May 17th). Once he was off of work he called to notify the secretary that he was on his way. The time was roughly 430pm. He was then informed that he should come to get the things on his lunch break tomorrow because he would probably not have enough time before close of business. He was also told that there was no pending pickup on the car, which I knew to be false. After he informed me of this, I called Pete's at 453pm to see if my belongings could be retrieved by the staff before it was towed at the close of business. It was at this time that I was informed by the secretary that my car had already been towed five minutes after speaking to my family member. I asked her who was going to inform me that my car had been towed and all she could offer me was akward silence and an "I'm sorry" which is no consolation and does not give validation to the unprofessional encounter that I experienced. I would definitely not recommend this establishment!

Horrible. They took twice as long as they originally estimated. Yes, I understand it's just an estimate, but this happened twice now. They allegedly close at 5 PM, but I showed up at 4:45 to get our vehicle (earliest I was able to get there due to work), and they were already locked up and gone. Furthermore, they changed a tire without telling me and expected me to pay for it. These people are very friendly, but when you run such a terrible business, you have to be friendly to compensate for the terrible business. I'll never go here again, even if it's through my insurance company. Avoid this place like the plague. You've been warned.

Never go there they will leave something wrong in the car I have been back and forth more then 5 times and they always mess something up. DON'T NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR UNLESS YOU WANT POOR WORK. They use to be good at doing body work but over the last year they have gone down really fast. They have the worst body shop guys working there and the owner does nothing about it. I had to take my car in 5 times for them to work on it cause nothing that they had done had work they did all the work at a 50%. I notice problems even days after I had gotten my car back pieces were breaking and coming off because they did a poor job removing them the first time. I DON'T NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. THEY ARE VERY BAD

Do not take your car here. They have had my wife's Jeep for a month and blamed it on the insurance company so we called the company and they say its because Pete's replaced three windows and were waiting on the check. Not one of the windows was broken or cracked so they did it for no reason and every time I call when the car is supposed to be done they move the day. They also told my wife on more than one occasion that the Jeep was ready but the insurance people were dragging their feet, also a lie. These people might do good work but are entirely too slow and will feed you bullcrap repeatedly. I will be leaving reviews in other places so people know to steer clear before they waste time and potentially money on parts that arent needed.

body shop replace rr door .call us back and said car would not start .They said it need a starter . I KNEW that was a lie . The KEY FOB would not work along with radio .i paid 250 to get it towed to lexus dealership . car fixed within hour for169$ . I called them for reimbursement. Would not recommend, they put used parts on and didn t prep and sand good enough and I can see through the paint in spots, it ran in spots too , left my lug nuts loose, and it was supposed to be done in a week and a half but 3 weeks in the called me saying it s done... went there... obviously not done.. visibly missing parts... still not right but I needed my vehicle back..
