We have had three purchases here. Once we were given the wrong part for our car. The last time was to return a battery that failed while under warranty. The clerk that first offered to help us with the battery return had a nasty attitude. Thankfully, he was called away for something else, and another clerk finished our reimbursement. We now use NAPA - Walkers Auto Parts. Better service, more knowledgeable, and they seem to appreciate our business.

Always have parts in stock and have what you need. Way cheaper than other options with the same warranty. Yes they are a bit more than Amazon but Amazon doesn t have a store front to pay rent on in every town.

Manager Randy and his crew have taken care of me a couple of time now!! His great personality and helpful attitude goes a long way! I will be back at O'reilly again soon !!Update....another trip here with success getting exactly what I needed!! In and out quick too...see ya again soon!

Abraham was EXTREMELY helpful with solving a problem we were having with our lights. He explained the situation well and pointed us into the right direction of what was next. Great customer service!

Always willing to help! Usually the workers know cars, so they can help someone who doesn't, not like other places. That has been my experience. Also in my experience , the staff has been very friendly and accommodating.

I am able to get in and out pretty quickly. Stopped by to get new wiper blades and was back on the road in five minutes. They will install your wiper blades/battery etc. for free on most vehicles. Products are expensive but no more than they are at other car parts stores.

Ive been a customer of this store for several years. Everytime i shop there i get great service. Lots of knowledgeable folks behind the counter.

Okay, So about a week ago My hood Flew open while i was driving I went down to O Reillys to Purchase some bungie straps to tie my hood down. So I went outside trying to find ways to make it stay and Mr.Jon Oakes The store Manager comes and ask me what s going on i tell him I m trying to get my hood to shut it keep flying open every time i drive 35 or more . He took 3 looks and used 3 tools and my hood was fixed and shut right back down. When i tell y all i had started shouting i said thank you so Much My Hood kept flying up and i had tried everything myself to keep it down but again Thank you Mr. Jon Oakes and The O Reilly store y all are so much help to us.

I took a relay from a semi truck and the young lady behind the counter didn't say we don't have it she went looking for it on her cell phone and within a couple of minutes I was walking out the door with what I needed. Oriellys needs more employees like her. I didn't catch her name but she is awesome.

Usually a good experience. Not so much today. Computers are down. Parts can't be looked up. Went across street to Advanced Auto Parts and purchased parts.
