Absolutely the worst people I ve ever meet told me they would have my part and to make it and they lock the door when I pull up but let somebody else out who bought something. I ve been on the phone for 8 minutes for them to say I don t want to be a a hole then hangs up. They refused to help and were a holes I ve never had a worse encounter I ve ever had. I drove over 40 minutes for them to be in a bad mood and disrespectful. Like it s not there job or something. I wouldn t go to them unless it s absolutely necessary for you to not drive extra for another one.

Great Service . The store is looking to be in great shape and getting better every time I come and the team here is top notch. They had a manager change recently and you can see the difference . We will be coming here more often

Terrible customer service! Brought a battery in to be check and the guy let me stand around for ten minutes b4 telling me it was going take a hour to test. Then I was asking about the battery I bought online and he tried to play stupid or at least I hope he was acting. Then gives me a sticker and I inform him I live in Nashville to which he response guess you're gonna have to wait. Great service!

I went to O'Reilly on Forest hills in Wilson today, and was totally shocked! Not only was the gentleman that helped me super friendly, he was also very knowledgeable. Mr Leland went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed. I was having a not to good day before going in, but I left in such a better mood. Mr Leland, sir it's people like you that stores like this really need. Thank you so much

Excellent I only shop O'Reilly's when I need anything for my Truck they have the part when other parts store say they can't get it it's always fast if it has to be ordered!

Got then to order a part I needed for my car and it was the quickest shipping of any of the top automotive stores. I got overcharged for a hose I was going to try but I'm planning on taking it back. Other than that it's a good place to get your automotive needs. They usually have knowledgeable people behind the counter unlike some of the other part stores in wilson who seem to just hire anyone that applies. I've never understood why you would hire someone who doesn't know what a thermostat is or that can give you the wrong part when they have a computer telling them exactly what you need. That's why I mostly order online now to take some of these folks who have no business working at a parts place out of the equation.

Fantastic service. Knowledgeable and friendly employees. I went in for brake fluid to do an exchange myself bc precision tune is a ripoff. If you want something done right you have to do it yourself..and if you don't want to be charged a ridiculous price by mechanics, in this economy.. O'Reilly is the place to get any part you need for all your DIY mechanic work. If they don't have whatever you need in stock, they can definitely order it and call you a few days later to let you know your part came in.

They can t even simply not a bend an a hose for my AC line that a made not to be bent around , I m kinda sure who did it but I m not 100% so I m not adding their name, but the lady at the desk was completely confused about her entire job and didn t even know how to work the computer your better off not going here I ve never put a bad review unless needed

O'Reillys in Wilson NC is my auto parts store from now on. Today I went to Auto Zone, 1st,the Employee was mad,had a bad attitude because the phone was ringing said he was going to unplug it,and he had about 4 customers in the store,said he was the only one there,which was a lie,there was another Employee outside helping someone,I then left and went to Carquest, they couldn't help me diagnose the problem,sent me to Jiffy lube,said they were doing their testing,went there and they had just closed, I was frustrated,heading home and I saw O'Reillys,O'Reilly, stopped in, Kevin was so nice,he checked out my truck, got me the parts I needed ,answered any questions I had., while Kevin went to get my parts,another nice Employee asked if I had been helped. This was the best shopping experience I've had in a long time,great customer service and a nice friendly, pleasant attitude and a willingness to help! Your store ROCKS!! YOUR EMPLOYEES ROCK!!THANK YOU!!!!, and thanks again Kevin!

Needed an aid filter and some wiper blades. They were able to look up the air filter I needed, and volunteered to look up the wiper blades as well. They helped me choose the ones I wanted, and even found the items in the store and brought them to the counter while I waited. They also installed my wipers for me, and very quickly. They also have great promotions all around the store, so they seem to have superior prices as well. I think they might also have a price match policy as well. I loved the service and prices, so I'll be coming back!

Edgar did a very nice thing for us by replacing our O'Reilly's purchased extra bulb out of a two-pack that we had purchased from the O'Reilly's on Ebert Street West Clemmonsville Road location about 3 to 6-months ago in Winston-Salem, N.C.After another place where we'd stopped 2-years ago, abruptly told us they were closed at 19:58.I remember good service.

The closing manager was an exceptional help. Didn't have my receipt, but he took the time with me so we could track down when I originally purchased my alternator. Amazing service!

Stephanie was Fabulous. Her knowledge of vehicles amaze me. I had my partner on the phone and he was talking to her. To me the conversation was in a foreign language. I dont know anything about cars. Thank you Stephanie you are an asset to the company.

One of the more reasonable priced parts stores, but the people who work there (especially Forest Hills) often make mistakes with parts and don't seem to have the expected knowledge that customers depend on for the care of their vehicles. Really bad.

Tried to buy a part the guy at the counter told me it was $ 189 asked him how was his part $150 more than advance and Napa? So I went to Napa got the part for 29bucks went back to oreillys and asked another person for the same part and they had it here so I showed my receipt and told the other guy what happened! The customer isn t always right, if you don t know what you are doing you should ask someone who does! I always do my research on parts and prices before I buy them!

This is a hub store that delivers parts to satellite locations, so they have a more extensive inventory than many O'Reillys. Like most parts stores of their kind, the knowledge of the staff can vary greatly. But they usually have someone around that is fairly knowledgeable.

I'm a commercial customer and have been for 8 years with oriellys in Smithfield NC. Ive had nothing but great help at the smithfield location. I went to the wilson store, for a warranty transaction and it could not be completed. Keeping in mind, the part i needed had just been gotten yesterday and wasnt correct. It couldnt be completed because I got the part from a different location. The help was very rude, and unhelpful. If I could put lower than 1 star i would have. I will not be visiting this store anymore.

Stopped here ( we were traveling on 95 north back home to ct) because our check engine light came on. America who works there was so helpful , knowledgable and reassuring . We are very appreciative of o'reillys and highly recommend them !!

This is my go to for any parts. The people that work at this location have always been kind and helpful which is what I ve grown used to from every Oreillys I ve been to here and in WA state. Cudos on the customer service.
