Went to North State Battery Co. this morning to get my battery tested and was received by such hospitable and friendly service. My battery was working at 100%. The gentleman (I did not see a name tag and didn t think to ask his name) explained my negative and positive terminals were just loose. He cleaned and tightened them up and also cleaned the battery off for me. He certainly went out of his way to explain what my issues could be and even offered insight on resolving them. He did not charge for his services today and wouldn t accept the coffee money I offered. He simply said to come back if I ever needed a new battery. Glad I didn t need a battery this time but I know where I ll be headed to if I ever do

I purchased North State batteries for my Dodge 2500 7 years ago. I replaced them with new batteries because I knew they couldn't last forever. I saved almost $100 over less quality batteries. I highly recommend the brand and this company.

The worst place to buy a battery. They didn t want to honor the warranty on my battery so he Told me there was nothing wrong with my battery and that it was my alternator. Took my car to Wilson Alternator and they said it was my battery! Went to get a new battery and the technician at that place showed me and my dad the swollen battery and said it could have exploded!

I have NO idea why anyone would buy batteries for their vehicles, atv, etc anywhere else. Top notch every time for my business and personal batteries!!

This company switched my battery quickly at a very affordable rate. I m veryThankful for them cause I was getting other pricing in Wilson that was much expensive.The staff and mechanics was very friendly and they were about helping their customers. They were also kid friendly and I had 3 busy small kids with me lol. I salute to all the staff at north state battery co. It was well worth my time.

I have purchased automotive and sealed batteries from North State for more than 20 years. North State batteries are the only batteries that deliver consistent strong cranking capability in a father-son custom built 2001 Formula Trans Am with 6.0L turbocharged high compression engine. I needed a battery and my daughter and Son-in-Law found this place on line and they live in Raleigh. They made an appointment and have me to meet them at North State Battery Company.The service was awesome and my brand new Battery was a great price. This company has great customer sevice, so if you need a Battery check them out and I am sure you will also save a lot of money on your brand new battery.

Over the years i have spent money here even sent people here for batteries needs.. As of today, I won t be .. This place wouldn t sell my BLACK son a battery, after explaining his issue about his battery, he wasn t sold a battery.. He even went back home to get cash after being told they didn t take cards.. Went back & still didn t get any service.. A city i raised my son in & he was treated like a nobody, all because of the color of his skin

Stopped in for a used battery for a GMC Sierra the young man that assisted me was AWESOME he had me in & out in under 10 min with a great used battery @ a great price and walked it out to my truck for me as well.

I am new to Wilson and was referred to Glen by the man who gave me a jump. Easiest and friendliest battery change I've had so far. I was given three price points and options to pull from, everyone was social distanced because of COVID-19, and checkout was quick. Highly recommend!

Do not go there. Husband has bought $600 in new batteries from them for years for bass boat. Never had a problem. Always warranty their batteries for 1 year from purchase date. Today tried for the first tome to use warranty and there were so many stipulations and ended up blaming the customer. Attitude of lady at front desk is awful. Shouldn t they see the big picture for a customer that has spent thousands with them? No- they prefer to loose that customer in lieu of a $50 warranty claim? Not the way to stay in business.
