We had such an amazing experience here. They really went above and beyond for my family. We got stranded there when my car broke on our way back from Myrtle Beach. Thomas helped my husband for at least an hour in helping his air filter. The nicest lady in front ( didnt catch her name) used her own money to buy my 3 kids snacks from the work vending machine. We are so appreciative of them and it was such a great experience at this store highly recommended.

I stood in line and all of a sudden here comes a young lady to help me. I think she was on the back she had a cart with items in it. Thank you for such great customer service!

Called up here Friday the 22nd and talked to a man named Chris about a starter for my Toyota rav4 was on the phone with him a total of 30 seconds before he told me nope don t have it can t get it I asked if the vin would help and he said there was no need they couldn t get it so I called the Kenly Napa and the young man there told me that they and Wilson had one in stock needless to say I went to Kenly and picked it up and put it on not the first problem I ve had with this location will be going to Kenly for now on

We had to go back to the store 3 different times for being sold the wrong parts multiple times. They don t know what they are talking about when it comes to parts!

Today on our way back from Busco our truck kept going into limp mode. We stopped here to get two parts and we didn t have all the tools needed and they helped us find them and use them. They let our kids sit in the AC as it was scorching hot outside (we had to make the repair in the parking lot). As we were already stressed with the problems we were facing it was very relieving to find an auto parts store with such great motivation to help us fix our problem. We are amazed at your customer service and forever so very much grateful for all of your help. Thank you

Went to take some core parts to get money back and I thought I was going to have a hard time because the first guy was saying he couldn't do it because I paid using after pay. I was about to get a little agitated and tell him that's not my problem that's his problem but the other guy in the store quickly came up and took over the situation and gave me the money. So that's why I give 5 stars because it was almost closing time on a Saturday and I didn't want to have to wait till Monday to come back.

Overall not a pleasant experience, the staff seemed to be busy with other things and were not focused on customers. I stood in front of a cashier at a register for 15 minutes while other staff simply walked past me or ignored me completly.

Personnel are helpful and friendly. When you're in need of paint to repair minor damage to your vehicle, NAPA is the place to go. Everything I needed was here! Very pleased with my experience at this store!

The service was great. 3 different people were helping us, they were knowledgeable and discussed best solutions and products. I only gave 4 stars because 2 out of 3 employees weren't wearing masks, though masks are offered at the door. I understand its hard, but it is important to me personally that we keep each other safe.

Husband went there today to get a battery and was treated poorly by Mark which to my understanding is the manager. The dealer that we purchased our car from was also getting us a brand new battery and told us to go there for it. What should ve been an easy smooth transition turned into an unnecessary headache. He refused to help get the battery out that was being replaced and gave one of the employees a hard time for HELPING! We weren t expecting exceptional service just basic ol customer service. That s not too much to ask. I don t know how Mark got this job but he may need to reconsider working with the direct public. I will definitely be reaching out to whoever his superiors are because that treatment was uncalled for. My husband works long hard hours and the LAST thing he deserves at the end of his day is to be mistreated!

My wife needed a new battery on her 2016 Ford escape so she went to Napa because they advertised they will install the battery for you, The parts person came out and looked at it and said it would be to time consuming. So she went to Northgate batteries they installed her new battery for her in and out the door in 10 minutes thank you Northgate batteries. The only reason Napa got one star was because you have to do at least one star to leave a review otherwise it would be zero stars.

These guys are cool, friendly and helpful staff!! And I must say that they will go above and beyond to track down a part, even if it's$2.60 ... But they found it and made my day.. Thanks to this NAPA family!!

the associates do not seem to be very mechanically inclined. When asking for a part over the phone iclarified what I needed for times was told it was in stock just to arrive and find out they looked up the wrong part and they did not have what I was looking for it wasted in all 45 minutes of my time and $15 worth of gas very disappointed

Christy and Amber were very helpful, even though there were some errors on the website when I placed the online order. We came to a compromise, and everything is OK. The bulbs work just fine.

When you can't find the part you need come check them out they have what the rest don't in fact save yourself some gas just go there first don't run all over town
