The owner/manager is the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting in my entire life. From the moment I walked in he had an attitude. He also tried to make sure to embarrass me by asking multiple times for something on my car that he KNEW he was supposed to call my company for. He also made sure to call the other Mr.Tire so he could say see even they said you have to have this . So I called my company and she actually confirmed that he was supposed to call them instead of hounding me for something I wouldn t have had in the first place and he was silent after that, so I guess his 47 years of working there doesn t mean a thing when it comes to knowing what to do with a company car. Overall he could ve have handled the situation much better.

Who was the moron who decided to let Calab go. The only reason I go to mr tire was because of Calab I ve never met someone so knowledgeable as Calab I have 3 vehicles that Calab services on a regular basis and now that he is gone I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN your business left with Calab. You let a really great employee get away so to Mr Tire I say. Y all are DUMBFUCKS

Customer Service was great, the guy was answering the phone, going in the back checking on workers, & keeping customers updated on the progress of our cars. Im definitely going back for services that i need on my Mercedes Truck! Thank you

*1:00 appointment The guy said it would be 15 minutes to bring the car to the back but it was 50 minutes of waiting in a not-so-comfortable little seating area and then another 50-55 minutes to change the oil. Most people may can handle this but I have stage 4 cancer.The only reason I'm adding more stars is because Caleb was super nice and friendly

Just a great experience! Caleb is incredibly knowledgeable about tires and was able to find a better alternative to the OEM tires that came on my SUV. Pricing was just a little bit more but I only got 38k miles on the original Perelli tires. Caleb recommend the Nitto NT421Q with a 75k mile warranty! Looking forward to getting almost double the mileage. Thanks for talking your time to explain the details to me. Great customer service!!!

The two employees working were absolutely wonderful to deal with. The 4 stars come into play because they really need extra help with customers, especially as busy as that shop is.

The service was great! My truck was checked out promptly and the problem diagnosed. A bad fuel pump and filter was the culprit. The manager took the time to locate a less costly replacement and the staff made a concerted effort to fix it ASAP and get me back on the road. I highly recommend.

The guys are the best all around.Stop in because instead of putting air in my tire ,I let it out at the gas station. These guys took care of the tire and didn't make me feel like the dunce I knew I was .Also checked all my tires made sure they were correct. Yeap just made customer out of me.Will be back soon for a set of tires.Thanks again.

There was only 2 people working in the shop and both were mechanics, this meant that they also had to do front desk work and were constantly busy. Place was packed yet they did a good job. Don t know why they re so understaffed but they definitely deserve a raise!

best car place on earth, not even being dramatic. the place was extremely clean and neat. Caleb was a special big help and patient. everyone else was so kind and educated about vehicles. my car now rides smoother than a fresh jar of skippy

Ease at getting appointment was appreciated. I got mine for same day for oil change. I was in and out within 1/2 hour. Professional and courteous employees.

Had a fleet vehicle that I was setup for a appointment tomorrow morning but wasn't able to make it home today with the possibility of having 2 tires that were to the point air was showing on the inside of the tires they were warn alot more than the outside or middle but when I pulled up these guys were more than willing to get me back going again so after a few mins looking for the tool to take my spare down being unsuccessful I finally found the lug wrench that we had to have to put in the bolt to lower the spare down so we could change the front tire, after the tire was on I threw the old tire in the back said a lil prayer cause the back tire on the pass side is in worse shape then the front pass we just swapped and off I went 1.5hrs headed home then 1hr to my appointment in the am so we'll see

Rick and Mike took great care of me. They located and installed a tire that wasn t in stock the same day and got me rolling back home to Maryland in 3 hours flat. If could give 6 stars I would!

Good work gone bad because of negligence. I was on plan to drive to beach over weekend so, I came to this store for oil change on Thursday Aug 31 2017. They changed oil and told me that the main belt running the engine needs to be changed. I told them to do it. Today I was on highway. The check engine light was on. I didn't know what happened. I drove carefully to home, I opened the bonnet, I found the coolant leaking from radiator see pics below. I went to the store to check the problem. It was closing time they could not help me. I went home I checked on the YouTube to find what could cause the issue. I realized the car tubing shown in the video looks different. It has a tube going into reservoir from radiator. I checked my car again and found that the tube was not attached back to radiator. I fixed it, I took it to auto zone. I asked the guy if everything was OK to drive. he said it was OK and he said they didn't put the tube back when they replaced the belt. This was a small mistake but it comes at a price to the customer.

These guys took me in on a SUNDAY at 1 pm. They happen to have a performance tire for my jaguar, and had me back on the road in no time! Great service! Great customer service! These guys are ace's in my book!

The staff was professional and timely. Service didn't take long. Love the face that the techs understand at time you have a budget and they try to accommodate your budget and the maintained your vehicle. The gentlemen that serviced the Odyssey were almost as always. Always, helpful, friendly, kind and I have taken all of the vehicles here for several years now. They always work around my schedule and accommodate me on Sundays because they understand how important going to Sunday service is. I haven't met an unfriendly unprofessional employee here. Especially when I showed up at 7:30 am this morning because that is what Google has listed for them. The gentlemen just pulling up informed me of the time change and when I returned a few minutes after 8:00 am they had no problems making sure that they serviced my vehicle knowing I was on the way to West Virginia and wanted to make sure everything was in order. I really appreciate the effort and attention I was giving this morning.

Spent 2 hours here and they didn t do what I wanted. They would tell me they couldn t get the tire on the rim and proceeded to keep messing with it after they knew they couldn t do nothing with it. Also had me trying to help them put on the tire, which is their job. Won t come back

Worst mechanic experience ever.They kidnapped my car for 2 days telling me they're about to look at it each time I called to ask about it. When they finally get around to looking at it they tell me it's 1600 to fix the brakes. Couldn't afford it. So they kidnapped my car for 2 days and I had to pay 117 dollars for an inspection fee...thanks for robbing me Mr. Tire!

Frank here again a year later and my ac went out in a different vehicle. I brought it in and business is as usual. Its top business excellence with the caring relationship feel. Caleb is really helpful and he just hired a ac/heater/mechanic specialist if you need ac work. I would recommend to bring them the small jobs also. I tried someone else earlier in the year and there os no comparison on experience and quality of product.

In the middle of a road trip our car wouldn t start. We searched for a repair shop and thankfully found this Mr Tire shop. Caleb went above and beyond to help us. He took us in last minute, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed with us back on the road in less than 1 hour. Highly recommend to all! Very professional and outstanding customer service. Thank you!!

I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received today. I called and asked how busy they were. When they told me they were pretty backed up with customers they offered to make me an appointment. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite when greeting me and handling my service. When he showed me my filters and how bad they were he looked up the cost. When the cabin filter was too high for me to do today he offered to have the guys blow the filter off some to help a little until I was able to buy one. When it was time to check out I was shocked how well priced the service was. After I was handed my keys I walked outside and my car was pulled up for me. When I got in I realized they had sprayed a nice fragrance in the car which was much needed! Above and beyond customer service! Love it!

On August 3rd, 2021, my father, brother and I were making a trip home from Northern Virginia to Orlando, Florida. Our tire got a leak and then blew out going down the I-95 in North Carolina so we pulled over to a gas station. Upon which we looked through many dealerships who were closing or too busy to help us. We then called Mr Tires and Caleb, the store manager, understood our situation and very kindly stayed open an hour past closing in order to put on a new tire and put us on our way. Not only was the place extremely clean, but Caleb and Mike were hospitable and kind. We cannot say enough good things about Caleb and Mike. They were truly a blessing and made our trip 100 times better. They also made sure to have us call them to let them know we made it home safely! Thank you Caleb and Mike! 5 Stars across the board.

I cannot give enough praise to this business and it's manager, Caleb Peters. Without a doubt, I believe the honesty and integrity you will find is unmatched. I have had enough done there-- tires, oil changes, diagnostics, and repairs to know they are, without a doubt, my first choice. Caleb is a true professional who will go the extra mile to help. This is something I don't see everyday. I highly recommend this business to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Rick has great customers service laid back and professional at all times. Understanding to confusion that was taken place from outside company. Mike as well was down to earth and very helpful to the situation and proceeded to finish the job. Affordable prices. Great customer service place and auto work. I will definitely be a returning customer.

WOW! I love Mr Tire Auto Service. I cannot say enough great things about this location! I was driving from Virginia Beach to Miami when my air conditioning stopped working. I was of course very hot and overwhelmed. I called Mr Tire Auto and the owner said he could definitely get me in same day. I stopped and all the technicians were so kind and reassuring. Within two hours, they had my air conditioning all fixed. I only paid $150! It's so refreshed to find a car repair shop with excellent customer service, amazing prices, and the ability to repair things efficiently and effectively. I will definitely be returning.
