I promise you I will be back. Everything was reasonable and staff great everyone who was in was treated like family. They did everything to please us and explained the process and gave me the correct information for the vehicle and that is what service means.

Was told the cost of replacing my thermostat would be $250 in labor if I buy my thermostat. They stated later it will take twice the time so I would have to pay $667. It took the same amount of time of the initial quote. I confronted the clerk that it took the same amount of time, and that I should pay the initial quote. He gave me a lame excuse that even though it took the same amount of time, the mechanic was given that extra labor just in case. Rip me off with a smile. I was a loyal customer for many years. No longer.Updated: Customer service immediately contacted me, heard my concerns, and quickly made things right. I am pleased with the quick response and remedy of customer service. Thank you so much.

We do not use Mr. Tire in wilson they were dishonest and unable to fix the issue with our vehicle after four days guessing at the possible issues each guess costing us more money while not fixing the issue.

I had a defective starter that was draining my battery each time I attempted to start my car. Most days I had to use jumper cables to get the car started. I called Mr. Tire and was invited to come on by. I picked up a new starter and went by. It took two hours for the mechanic to finish the installation because of corrosion and starter position. The guys are great and do the best job possible. You can carry your car or truck here with all confidence. Grade A+ for Mr. Tire! Thanks guys.

Great experience! They worked me in even tho it was almost time for them to close. They were working on about 4 others cars with only 2 guys there but they still fit me in and gave me direct answers that gave me piece of mind. Thank you Mr. Tire!

The customer service and expertise on cars is fantastic. I African American gentlemen at the front desk is so knowledgeable and very very nice. He is a master of automobiles . The only issue with Mr. tire is that management needs to have the shop cleaned to perfection and the bathroom needs a deep scrubbing. Cleanliness makes customers happy and gives the business a great reputation. Also, they need a fresh snack machine. The gentlemen are great.

Wonderful friendly service!Bruce checked me in and kept me updated.Real all up front and honest.I came in for a oil change and a trip check and it turned out I needed tires so he got me some good ones at a decent price.Another mechanic Brian that's a Mazda specialist came in when I was almost ready to go and I asked him about the noise my car has been making going over bumps.We went on a test drive and he diagnosed it as one of the linkages had gotten loose.No extra charge!Fantastic place!

I was traveling through and called 2 hours before closing the manager Bruce said come on in for an oil change. All the prices have increased on oil changes in the area jiffy lube is outrageously 60 plus for a basic not synthetic so anyways I call this place never met anybody here before and he accommodated me by saying just come on in now very nice friendly and the work was done very happy with the service I recommend this place thanks Bruce

Was given an appointment for an electrical problem. I went back five hours later for my appointment and was told to wait 50 minutes. When they found out that I had an appointment I was told that their two mechanics doesn t do electrical problems. That they was saving me time by telling me that they wasn t going to service my vehicle. I am almost certain that all I need is a fuse changed.

I ll start by saying we are new in town and I don t write many reviews. This one is warranted.Had a major engine issue that turns out required a replacement engine. My warranty service told me we could only take it to Mr Tire Service Center in Wilson. I thought to myself, a tire shop to replace an engine? Well they are more then a tire shop!First off they have outstanding customer service! Micheal was very friendly and informative from the start. Answered my MANY questions regarding the engine replacement. How to deal with the warranty company. Even let me know about the rental coverage I was unaware of. I mean seriously, outstanding customer service.The engine replacement went pretty smooth. They had the motor swapped out, test driven and ready to go in 2.5 days. Impressive. There were only two minor issue that needed to be resolved after the replacement and those were taken care of immediately. We ve sense taken the car on a 4 hour haul and it ran perfect.I m very impressed. I will have more work coming your way on the 5 other vehicles I own you can count on it.I do have one suggestion. I would change the name. You guys are way more than a tire shop!Well done!

Fantastic! Coming back from dinner, got two screws in my tire! It was less than an hour until closing, but these great folks gladly got us in, repaired the tire and we were on our way. Really appreciate the customer service and professional people there!

Had an appointment at the tire place down the road... told me I had to wait an hour for my appointment. So... I came to Mr tire. They were courteous friendly and switched out my tires in less than 15 minutes. I will return!! Thank you for being so kind.

Sending a big Thank you to Bruce and the guys at Mr Tire, SERVICE IS AMAZING. Very welcoming, set up an appointment online guys had my car in the bay quickly and within no time I was in my way problem fixed. Definitely will be returning for future work.

Manager DJ Wallace and his maintenance crew were awesome. Having to stop half way through a road trip and not being from Wilson, they figured out what was wrong, fixed it, and got me back on the road way faster than I expected, as if I was a long-time customer. They were all polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. Five stars for sure! I m so glad I stopped here.

I'm awful with names, but I had exceptional service with one of your temporary workers. He's the one transferring to Wake Forest. He brought a self-awareness to the job that personally goes a long way with me. I felt like I was speaking with a genuinely nice person and not someone putting on a show for customer service. He helped me understand why I had my problem with my car and empathized with me over the price. I'm not good with holding a conversation, but he did help pass the time while my tires were rotated and my brakes were put on. I know he mentioned being better at working on cars than customer service, but I think whichever way he decides to go he will excel. I'm not sure who checks these, but if you see this and know who I'm referring to please pass on my compliments! I've also ordered/had tires installed with I believe his name is Robert now, but again I'm not sure, and in both cases it's been a smooth an easy experience so this is definitely the place to go!

I needed to get my inspection done in my car and of course put it off until the last minute. We were about to head out of town and it was great it done that day or wait until we get back. I didn t have an appointment and was originally told it would be a while, if they even could get it done. Bruce was great! He told me to come back in a bit and that he would try to fit me in before they closed. They got me in and out when I can back! Thank you!

So took my daughters car there to replace a side view mirror fob switch which was replaced but the mirrors still didn t work. So the and I quote the electrical guy David told me the switch is a replica to get a dealership switch because that one wasn t good. So which I did get another switch went back yesterday. David The electrical guy said it was something else come back tomorrow because they were busy. Came back today and before they spent 30 minutes looking at it I ask David The electrical guy if it was a fuse? He said 3 times it s definitely not a fuse. So they looked another 30 minutes and guess what it was a fuse smh. Also very poor customer service very inpatient with my questions. I would go elsewhere

Went to have my oil changed and got in and out extremely fast. I was very impressed with the level of efficiency and great customer service I received, especially without having an appointment. Daniel even left my air conditioning running after finishing with my car so it was nice and cool when I got back in. Will definitely return in the future.

The technician, Chris, was extremely timely in diagnosing my daughters car after having it towed to Mr. Tire, on a holiday! It was comforting for her to be greeted by a warm and friendly technician after such a bad morning! He was very courteous in explaining the diagnostic of the car, and even informed us of a recall that would cover the cost of repair. We are extremely grateful for the service received here.
