Robert Harris was a wonderful salesman, and Johnny Velazquez was a wonderful finance manager. They were not pushy, they were honest and upfront, there were no last minute additions or excessive pressure. This was the best car buying experience that anyone in my family has ever had. I drove 2.5 hrs and passed multiple Buick dealerships because I trusted Medlin far more than any of the others, and my trust was very well placed. Great job guys, please never change. Congrats on the car sale and new baby to Robert - such a professional young man. I wish I was that professional at the age of 20, this guy is an absolute star.

I brought my car in with check engine light on and fans running constantly and temp gauge staying at cold. Diagnosis occurred same day with parts ordered and repair completed following day. Oil change also performed when there.Following pick up next morning I saw the 3 screws holding down plastic engine cover were loose - tightened myself. Not enough of an issue to bring back to dealer.Been week since repairs car driving well and working as should. Appreciate that work was completed quickly.

At the end of this January '24, we "thought" that we "might" have developed a problem with our 2023 Buick Envision Avenir on or during during our road trip from Illinois to Wilson to visit our family. (Our plan was to leave the next day for our next destination.) Lucky for us, Medlin Buick was right next to our hotel. The next morning, we drove the car around the corner to the Service Department at Medlin Buick. The service personnel were awesome! It was no problem that we didn't have an appointment. Service mechanic, Ronnie, came right out to talk to us to get our concerns. He then inspected the car and identified and explained to us what he had found. The whole process was done very professionally and efficiently with friendly and attentive staff. It enabled us to be on our way to our next destination in a timely fashion. Our unscheduled visit to Medlin Buick's service department was such a a delightful surprise - thank you!

My experiences there were great as always in the past. My salesperson was a great, cool and calm person while my husband and I were in the process of contemplating of buying our 2024 Terrain. We appreciated his patience while writing notes back and forth.

As I was looking around to purchase another vehicle I went on line to Buick medlin and found a vehicle I liked they reached out to me immediately got me approved but not for the vehicle I originally inquired about but for a newer vehicle. I let the salesman know UPFRONT that I could not do anything until the following week when I received my money so he knew this but pushed to get everything approved and then days later asked me for proof that I was receiving my money and I sent a half screen shot of the proof and explained to him that I could not send the whole thing without my personal info being exposed and his response was that it was safe with him and that he doesn't look good in orange and he also wanted me to send all my info on his personal phone .fast forward......he asked me if I could come down and check out the car and do any paperwork that day I said yes but money wise no .After that I got no response back and I messaged back the next day and was totally ignored. I ended up receiving my money 2 days later and went to Raleigh and baught a brand new hyundai Santa fe .I took my business somewhere else where they didn't put the customer off .

Dropped off my vehicle on Sunday night for Monday work. When picked up Monday afternoon and began to drive, noticed that the newly replaced steering wheel seemed off. Realized that it was installed crooked. No quality check to make sure work was completed correctly? Had to return to the dealership on Thursday (25 minute drive each way) to have this issue fixed. There was plenty time Monday for my vehicle to be double checked as I didn t pick up until 3:30pm. Unacceptable.

I purchased a 2020 Silverado a little over a year ago at this point from Medlin. For starters when I got the truck there was only one key and was told they were having a second key made for me, they sent some sketchy guy to my work to make the key and he couldn t even make one. When the guy was done with my truck the check engine light was on. I called Medlin and told them I was on my way up there, when I arrived they then tell me that the service department is closed and to bring it back later. I had to argue with them to give me a loaner and fix the light. As for the key for my truck it has been a year and still no new key. Every time I call, email, or even go up there I always get the run around and that my key is on back order, or they have no record of it. No one answers the emails about the situation on top of that. I also took the truck in for the first service with an appointment and it took for ever for them to do the service, and when I got the truck back there was grease on my center console. With the truck being GM certified when I bought it I had 2 free services but I only used one because of the service I have got. My salesman, or any other department has been any help to me at this point!! There is more I could list that was not reviewed with me when buying the truck!

Painless and quick transaction!! The team at Medlin was awesome! EJ was very personable and straightforward, Karen and Susie were excellent as well! Highly recommend this dealership whether your on the hunt for a new or used vehicle! The 2 hour drive was well worth it! Love my new to me Sonata Thank you EJ and team!!!

Michael at the service desk is AMAZING! Very helpful, communicative, and always smiling. I take care of my handicapped mother and explained because of that, I needed my car by a specific time... no problem. I was sitting in my car and heading to my mother's house 10 minutes before I said I had to go. Great experience. Never unhappy with your staff.

I am in the education profession and do not know all the technical terms associated with vehicles/auto mechanics. During my visit, I stated, "If at all possible, could my vehicle be aligned?" The response I received back was, "Well, first of all ma'am, a vehicle can't just be aligned it has to have an alignment". I just wanted my truck to stop pulling to the left. I did not appreciate being belittled. You knew what service I was enquiring about so why not just help the customer and not make them fell less than.As soon as my warranty runs out I will find a closer dealership who will appreciate my ignorance.

Thank you David Mitchell for working tirelessly on these deals and doing everything possible to make sure we were satisfied. After buying the first vehicle, due to medical issues, I ended up buying a different vehicle. Mr. Mitchell went above and beyond to ensure that everything was correct and that I was satisfied. Thank you so much for all you did for the first and second sale as well. Since we have bought 3 Mazdas from you within the past 5 years (1 used and 2 new) we are definitely a family of customers long term. There is no other place we would go. Overall a great, low pressure purchasing experience. Jonathan Velasco was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable and thorough and answered all of our questions. Frank, the sales manager was helpful as well. The title/purchase paperwork was handled very promptly and efficiently by Michael Barnes and he was very helpful explaining the extended warranty options to us without making us feel pressured to purchase. Overall we had a very positive experience with Medlin and we will return to this dealership the next time we re in the market for a car.

I've been a customer of Medlin Service for many years. Aside from Mike, the staff is rude and the service manager is nasty and condescending. The service is sub-par to say the least. Each and every time my husband or I have brought our 2 vehicles here for anything other than basic service, the vehicle has had to be returned repeatedly for the same issues. It took them three separate visits to attach a rear view mirror. Save yourself the money and aggravation and go anywhere else.

One of the best car buying experiences we have had to date. EJ's kindness and hospitality is like no other. Mr. Barnes is a stand up guy and bent over backwards to earn our business. We drove almost 2 hours and with the experience we had, we would've driven 4. From the initial online inquiry to signing the dotted lines, we have ZERO complaints whatsoever on ANYTHING!

I purchased a brand new vehicle, and after some inspecting, it had some interior cosmetic damages. I had them replace the part, and they told me that they were going to order the part that same day. A month later, after calling, almost every week saying that it s on its way, I find out that they haven t even ordered the part and forgot about it. After finally getting the part in to get serviced, The technicians left my windows down in a tropical storm, causing water damage in my brand new vehicle which took a week to fix.

Purchased/traded a car today at medlin, hands down best dealership I ve ever dealt with. Jonathan was amazing, Karen who handles finance was amazing. They both were honest, straight forward and personable. William was my original point of contact when I called in and was extremely helpful as well.Definitely worth the drive!

Bought a used Buick Enclave 60,000 miles started over heating before we made the first payment. Medlin Buick GMC didn t feel obligated to fix the bad thermostat, 3 coil packs, and all three of the catalytic converters within the first month.Later we take a GMC Yukon to them to have the ac fixed. They explained there was a leak, but should us a print out of 100% Freon in the system and said I needed new seals to fix the leak and was charged for the labor, seals, and freon. 1 month later A/C doesn t work at all, we take it back, they charged for refill and dye, labor and tell me the entire rear AC mechanism in the back is after market parts and they need to replace the new leak they found which is over $2300 after we already paid them over $1000 to fix it.Their management in sales and maintenance our extremely disrespectful and disingenuous. All the experiences with this company have/are borderline fraudulent and criminal.After this review I will be taking further action, be carful Wilson residents if your choosing this dealer.

On my way home from work the other day, my car suddenly started to feel like it was stuttering. The Stabilitrack warning message came up on my dash, my check engine light popped on, and I went into full panic mode. Luckily I was right down the street from the dealership.When I pulled in to the service area, 2 of the gentlemen that handle the front end of the service center, who's names I cannot remember to save my life, were stepping outside for a break. I, unintentionally, rudely interrupted that with my absolute meltdown about my car. I have a 2020 Buick encore that I absolutely baby and to have it not working properly when I was going to be driving to and from Delaware 4 days after this happened, it sent me into an absolute tizzy.I got out of my car, with it still running, and asked them for help. The gentleman, who's desk is all the way to the right when you walk into the service center, immediately stopped what he was doing to check the computer code. I explained to him what happened within the 5 minutes of leaving work and he brought me inside to see how he could help. I was doing my best to hold back tears. He ended up pulling a mechanic off another vehicle so that they could take my car back and get a more certain diagnosis. He kept me updated every 15-30 mins. He handled my meltdown with grace and absolute professionalism.It ended up being a coil pack and they had the parts to be able to replace it that day. The whole ordeal took about 2 hours and I left with my own vehicle.I cannot express enough how grateful I am for everything the Buick team was able to do for me. I have had countless terrible experience at different dealerships and mechanics but the Buick in Wilson? Absolutely amazing.

Service department is horrible!! They falsely advertised mechanic work. Bought car in for AC repair after just having the whole compressor replaced with the dealer 2 year ago and the part just went out of warranty and they couldn t do anything. Told customer that their ac wasn t working bc of a burnt out ambient sensor which caused the compressor to go bad again. Never heard of this at all and they now want us to pay another 1200 again to get another compressor when the first one shouldn t have went out that fast already so why would we come back and have y all do the work again when it wasn t done the first time! Been taking car here for years for maintenance but this was the final straw

We had a specific car in mind and searched long and hard on the internet to find just the right one. The car we wanted ended up being in Wilson, N.C. Wilson? Who goes to Wilson to buy a car? Who goes to Wilson?So I message Medlin Buick and got a great response back to include more pics of the car, a video, etc...which were available online but still a nice touch. Believe it or not, I even asked and got an Out the Door price via email. So we made an appointment for the next day.When we got to the dealership we weren't met by the person I had corresponded with. No biggie as we were quickly paired up with "J" who immediately confessed he was relatively new but he would take care of us. And he did. If he did not have the answer, he got it. And I'm old, so you know I had a lot of questions. His patience and hard work, along with his attention to the "little" things were noticed and greatly appreciated.Bottom line: The out the door price was honored, the deal was closed, the finance manager went out of her way to make a deal we could all be happy with and the car was IMMACULATE thanks to the work of an unnamed employee who really showed some TLC prepping the car.Very positive car buying experience. Highly recommend.

I called for a LAST MINUTE oil change and tire rotation and miraculously was able to get an appointment for 30 minutes later. Administrative assistant was so polite and friendly. Mike made sure I was well informed of everything they would be doing with my vehicle and also made me aware.of preventative maintenance recommended but not FORCED! I could not have asked for a better 1st time experience and I plan to be a repeat customer!
