A 5 Star Rating is what I Give This Company only because that s the highest rating it s really a 10 so I on the way to Miami get to Kenly North Carolina and my truck is in complete derate called these guys and they came right out it took a while but hats off to Jimmy Brandenburg excellent technician kept me informed on everything and got the job done they cover a lot of territory in the Carolina I highly recommend them From D Harris Enterprise Thanks Again

Paid for mobile DOT as I live out of state ($350). They passed the truck. Came in 5days later only to find the reverse lights where missed on the inspection when get to the truck. Don't pencil whip those inspections. This is how I feed my family. I need to know if there are errors to be fixed. The problem was chased down 4hrs later.

First snow of the season snuck in overnight. Roads weren't prepped on hwy64. So my Truck ended up in the median due to snow packing into the rocker arm. Magnum showed up ahead of time and took care of business their guys were professional and extremely helpful. If ever in need I would definitely recommended their services they are also stored in my phone if I would ever need their services again.

I called them for a heavy duty tow due to the good reviews, and I was definitely disappointed. They tried to charge me $2000 for a 60 mile tow. The tow truck driver had no idea how to work on a truck. That or he was just lazy..Guy had no idea how to back off the slack adjusters so the truck could be towed after a driveshaft fell out and air lines were leaking. It was the tow truck drivers idea to call road service so they could prep the truck for towing. Also, shouldn t have been my problem. I m paying for a towing service which anywhere else entails the driver to prep the truck for towing. Thus I had to pay for a tow, road service, and had to pay for the tow truck driver to sit and wait on road service all at once. I would not recommend or use again. Shop was decent they had the truck fixed although it came out to being $600 more than they told me 1 day Prior.

Driving to NJ (still over 3hrs away) and our trailer tire shredded. It was a Sunday and USAA was no help, but I found Mangum on Google and Mangum "saved the day". Ended up having them replace both trailer tires, very fair price considering the service they were providing on the spot. 2x Goodyear tires and less than 2 hours later, we were able to continue on.

I work for a LTL based out of Tennessee and had a breakdown call. They sent out a young guy by the name of Andrew, this young man was Johnny on the spot. First off he arrived quicker than any other person in the history of break down. Andrew knew his stuff he came in assessed the situation had a remedy in five minutes and the repair done in ten minutes. I would really like to personally give you and your company a high five and five stars..ThanksWillAveritt Express23 JUNE 21Thank you to the Mangum Co. and Jimmy from Pikeville NC. Today you guys bailed me out again. A young man by the name of Jimmy came out and got my tractor started after, the starter acted up. I appreciate your help in allowing me to get my job finished and making sure I was able to get back to my terminal. I hear you guys are up to bigger and better things. They might ought to stick to heavy haul, apparently that's what they are good at, when it comes to repairs, they are some crooking SOBs, inflated prices, redo work that was made known had already been done, then quote a job for twice what it turned out to be elsewhere. Never again, enjoy those 5 bills you made off of me for a 250.00 job.

Trucking with V.....made a mess of her air and electric box in trailer when they got caught in the catwalk.....The processionals at Magnums sure looked out for me in a weak moment. Thank you ....fast reliable and honest. Hard working crew here....

GREAT COMPANY!!! We broke down in our RV and had a thankfully short wait for the tow truck and the guy was that helped us towed us to a hotel and worked so hard and so fast to get us off the interstate and off to somewhere safe for the night!!!! Thank you so much!!!! So greatly appreciated!!!!

I've had mangum's do minor to major repairs, pulled up and they jumped on problems I had, I drive cryogenic liquid ( my unit must stay on the road) thanks to Rocky Mount mangum's it does. They also are very accommodating for road side service and towing.n

Mangum's was the only place that had the specific tires we needed after a flat on our motorhome. They were extremely helpful and Kyle, the technician was polite, fast and knowledgeable.

In heavy traffic on Highway. Truck driver helped me merge into the lane. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy. Nice looking truck, too!!

This company has the worst service in the world. I wouldn't recommend any trucker to come here. They are thieves, they collect a large of money and don't resolve the original problem. They are unfair and people should stay away from there. It's the worst, you're better off going somewhere else.
