Stoped by to get a price on a building. I was surprised at the price, it was cheaper than I was expecting but the workmanship on the Metal building was a bit disappointing. Customer service was wonderful, quick and knowledgeable! They were able to answer all my questions and print out a quote all in a few minutes! I purchased a truck cover for my F350 about 6 years ago. That also was a great experience from the order to the installation. They also sell trailers and all links of truck accessories.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work performed on my truck. I had a 6 inch BDS lift install along with 35s. that required some trimming to be done on the front end to clear 35 s. When they got done, it looked very clean cut and symmetrical on each side. They even let me purchase my own lift and they install it. Also, they completed it in a timely manner. I will definitely be back, if I ever needed anything else installed! Thanks again!They even let me purchase my own lift and they install it.

Leonard in Wilson took great care of me. Called in from the highway. On a big RV trip and needed an extra fuel tank and a tool box. They were able to get the parts in quick and move their schedule to accommodate mine. They even stayed polite when I ordered the wrong tank and they had to do the work twice. Big thanks to the Leonard Wilson crew. Could not recommend this place enough!

I ordered a shell for my truck and a front hitch mount. They helped me get just what I was looking for. They were able to work me in at a busy time of the year. They are correcting an error on a missing ladder rack. Plan on going back when it time to get a trailer. Merry Christmas Leonard's Company and thank you for helping me fine what I needed.

I'd really prefer to have my shed delivered instead of this review.Ordered on 3/25. Called 4/17 to get delivery on Wednesday, 4/19. I go measure and it's 1.5 in bigger than our gate. Cancel delivery and was told schedule is made on Thursday. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday go by with no call. I call Sunday and let them know I need a new delivery. I call again Monday to schedule delivery for the next day 4/25 at 2pm. I call on Tuesday morning and say I'm ready for delivery. 1:12 rolls around and the driver is a few hours late. I call at 5:30 and driver can't deliver. This morning, now Wednesday I still have no delivery time, date, or anything.Update: Sammy-claus to the rescue! Delivery was finally made at 5:30 pm today on 4/26.

Was sold a trailer that was had unfinished welds so the floor supports are just falling from underneath my trailer and the floor is bowing now I have an important trailer for my business out of commission and just sitting around waiting for them to hear back from the manufacturer of the trailer I guess. It s been a going on 2 weeks haven t heard anything.

Had a leveling kit and new tires installed on my truck. Awesome service Rebecca made sure everything was taken care of. Awesome prices and quality work with excellent customer service. Will definitely be back for more products for my truck!!!

I came to Leonard s not too long back looking for a trailer and that day I didn t have long before I had to leave because I was in a time crunch. Rebecca met me outside instantly when I pulled up and showed me a product that was exactly what I was looking for. The purchasing process was a breeze and I was in and out quickly! Great customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend and would purchase more products from them in the future!

I purchased all weather mats for my highlander here. Ordering was fast and easy! Jeremy even installed them for me when I picked them up. Would highly recommend this business to anyone. Thanks to Jeremy for going out of his way to deliver excellent customer service in 100 degree weather!

VERY disappointed with the customer service. I ordered a truck bed cover for an older truck. The one they got in didn't fit correctly. I was assured that they would continue to look for one that would work. Weeks went by and I heard nothing. Finally called to ask for a refund. Again, assured someone would call me that afternoon to let me know the refund would be processed. Again, nothing for days. Had to call them this morning to confirm the refund was processed. I was considering purchasing a trailer but that isn't going to happen there.

These folks are amazing. Quick turnaround on getting my hitch installed and then when my draw bar didn t have enough offset they took the old one back, gave me a credit for it and changed the ball to the new one, which worked perfect. Go see these folks for all your towing needs.

Manager Rebecca was very helpful when I purchased a 6 x 12 ft trailer and vent shades for my truck. I wasn't able to have the vent shades installed till a later date Rebecca maintained contact to remind me they were still there and ready when I was. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE. I look forward to future purchases of leonard products

I just want to take the time to leave my review of Leonard s and store #129 (Wilson NC). I have done business with them for years, purchasing many items from this business, including a 12 x20 storage building a retrax tonneau cover for my truck and many other accessory s for my truck. All of which came in/shipped in a timely manner and we re always on par or better than advertised the managers Jeremy and Rebecca are very helpful and knowledgeable about their business and products/services they offer. I recommend this business to anyone!!

Went there looking for fifth wheel hitch installation and mud flaps. They ordered parts on Monday, they came in on Thursday and install was completed on Friday (all in the same week). Very knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. Highly recommend them.

Disappointed by their inability to deliver my greenhouse shed before my party. They said they would try at every stage. It had to made at factory and was delivered to lot too late in the week to set up at my house. Because deliveries are scheduled the next week. So bummer. So if time is issue be proactive.Update: Got my greenhouse before my party! Thanks guys!!!! They worked very hard to make this happen and I really appreciate everything! Good group to work with and good products as well!

Bought a storage building about a year ago. Delivery guy broke one of our keys when setting it up. He said he would get us another, but he did not. Called 3 times and they kept saying they would order. Still no key. Been by the business twice. Never did get our second key. Nails are coming out and the door is so crooked there are big cracks on side and top. Can see all the way to outside if you are inside. Never buy your building again.

Went there to purchase a building. Found the one we wanted and was ready to buy. We were told they would call us Monday and let us know when they were going to be able to deliver our building. We gave them a deposit check, which they cashed as soon as they could get it into the bank. Did not hear from them on Monday. Did not hear from them on Tuesday. Did not hear from them on Wednesday. I finally called them Wednesday afternoon and they floundered around, finally telling us they could deliver the building the next week. There would be and additional carge to fix the crack in the back. There would be an additional charge to put the building where we wanted to put it in the back yard. In our present economy, people should respect serious buyers and help them to do business with them rather than put them off and tack on additional charges. If you say you are going to follow up....do it. We cancled the order and will do business with some one else.
