Outstanding dealership!!! Their customer service is incredible! I had an issue with getting one of our family 2012 Escape spare cars to clear inspection and they went out of their way to get it checked and completed ASAP.

The service team is outstanding. Tony, Jeremy, Alicia, and Chris are wonderful service advisors. I have brought my 2019 Expedition here for both dashboard warnings and routine maintenance. And they have kept me up to date with all aspects of my repairs. I would highly recommend them over other local Ford dealerships (I can attest for the awful customer service in RM!). I will be buying my next Ford with Lee Ford in Wiltson.

Went here to deliver a package. 2nd pkg of 70+ stops. Got up to the door greeted by a very attractive lady who was nice enough to open it for me. Was directed to the back. Still couldn't find the recipient. Talked to another guy who turned out to be a whiny Karen with the Beard. Karen, with the beard was helping a customer. I patiently waited for him to finish. Never once was acknowledged. Never once said just a second sir while I finish up with her. And when he was done with her, still no acknowledgement. I had to initiate the conversation. Had I not said anything I would've just stood there. He directs me to no specific point totally unfriendly . I suspect why but I won't speculate..may have had something to do with my race who knows?? So I gave up and I walk out with the package. it's going back to the facility. Here comes Karen with the Beard trying to scare me into giving him the package. Nope. You should've used better customer service skills now come pick it up. Start by learning from that very attractive young lady who held the door for me..tough guy Karen with the Beard.

The service department at Lee Ford stands by their word!! Brought our used F350 dually in for first time service. When an error was made on their part that caused a fuel line leak, they corrected it in a timely manner and provided a courtesy vehicle for me to use while being completed. Unfortunately it's become rare that companies care about their customers, but Lee Ford is one of the remaining few! Thank you to the service team!

Morgan & Anthony were amazing to work with. I highly recommend connecting with them if you are looking for a new vehicle. They listened, took their time to explain everything clearly, and you could tell they really care about their customers. The whole process did not take long at all, and I left there in am awesome new Ford Explorer. I highly recommend Lee Ford. I will be a lifetime customer! Lee Ford of Wilson has changed my mind about car dealerships. I have been to some other dealers in the past and it has been about as fun as going to the doctor s office or DMV. My son was looking to buy his first car and he wanted a Mustang and Lee Ford had the perfect one, so we decided to give them a try.We called to make sure it was still there before we drove to Wilson and they said it was. When we arrived, we were greeted by nice staff who asked if we were looking for someone. I thought this was nice of them, instead of acting like we were road kill and wanted to be the first one to jump on fresh meat.I informed them we were looking for Sal, the salesman we spoke to on the phone. The staff went and got Sal and he had the vehicle already pulled up to the front of the business, so we could check it out and test drive it.After we finished the test drive my son decided this was the car he wanted. We went in to complete the deal and Sal was very nice helping us get everything finalized. Then we met Jake the finance manager. Jake offered us an extended warranty but wasn t rude or pushy when we turned it down. He also offered financing through their lenders but wasn t rude or pushy when we informed him that we had secured our own financing.We finalized the deal and when we got back, they had washed the car and filled it up with gas. That was awesome of them. There were even two small spots on the hood that looked like a rock hit and they touched those up with paint, while we went to the bank to get them a check.I have never been treated this good by a dealership and when I experience customer service like this, I want to tell everyone. I have been telling everyone at work about my experience and one of my coworkers is going to check them out for his new car needs.Jake and Sal, when my son, my wife or I need a new car, we are definitely coming back to Lee Ford of Wilson. Thank you for making us feel like a customer and not just a number or stat for your monthly records.The Neal Family.

UPDATE: Reg cost $3,508.90 ($25 too much) I had to go to clerk pay $8.64 to have City Wheel Tax removed-I don't live in city. Will update if refund $300, $500 rebate or signed docs actually arrive. Ford says they rec'd rebate on 10/13/20.5 days later purchase of a new vehicle from Lee Ford is still incomplete. They weren't willing to budge a single penny on their initial offer (I have email from them stating that!), they couldn't tell me what steps to take to successfully obtain rebates offered by Ford. Initially, I was asked to log into a secure website from THEIR computer, which I did, but once logged in, didn't have the documents on my person necessary to complete. I was later given a link and followed that process successfully, but it still was not good enough. They then needed a "certificate number" which was not available via that link. I had to locate the correct link online and navigate that system to get something that is labeled "confirmation." Their accounting office personnel were required to complete my purchases because I had my own loan through USAA. But they don't work weekends and didn't stay Friday night when they knew I was coming to be able to finalize the purchase. All dealership information from USAA was emailed before I left to drive to the dealership, they just didn't look at them until after I arrived. So, I have been told I must return to their office DAYS later, once they have verified that my USAA funding has been DEPOSITED into their account to pick up my temp 30 day drive out tag.Because I live in and will register the vehicle in another state, they use a third party to license the vehicle. The company added on bogus charges, like wheel tax that my state and county does not charge and up charged actual costs on other items, like title fee. Additionally, they also charge $49 for US Mail and an $85 "processing fee" over and above the inflated charges for miscellaneous bogus items. My invoice for tax, title and license was based on a higher sales price than the vehicle less discounts and rebates and added additional charges OVER the actual costs. The dealership wouldn't process my sale unless I agreed to pay all the bogus charges, even though I gave them the information to call and prove they are bogus. They didn't reach out to the company processing to question or ask them to re-verify the costs with my specific county, even though I provided them the phone numbers to do so. They did not advocate on my behalf in any manner. They claim the fees charged are what MY State will charge them, but I called to verify and was told by my county clerk's office that dealerships can add on whatever they want and there is nothing they can do about it when consumers are overcharged for non-existent items or over-inflated costs.The finance representative faxed documents to USAA at 9am Mon and advised he didn't "feel it was appropriate" to contact USAA to verify receipt until AFTER LUNCH. I called USAA immediately (10:05am) and was informed that the documents had arrived and everything was included and the loan would fund the same day. The response to my email letting the salesman know was "Awesome thank you. That is what I needed." Two days later, their bank has not given them access to the funds and they want to discuss that with ME?Be prepared to spend HOURS at this dealership, no matter how much documentation and information you send them in advance. They didn't know the "next thing" they were missing until after they were provided the thing they needed right now. I have never been required to do so much of a dealership's portion of purchasing a vehicle! Lesson learned. Please end this nightmare!I asked to speak with the sales manager three different times and have not received a call yet. So, there's no access to help when you need it.If you have your own financing, are looking to negotiate or take advantage of a Ford rebate or plan to register the vehicle outside of NC, I do not recommend using Lee Ford.be one of great labor. I will NEVER return to this location!

A better than 5 star rating for their service department, a suggestion from their service advisor saved me over $ 14,000 and they did the work extremely fast and the truck has never run so well. They are wonderful people to deal with, all that I have met through this truck break down. They will be getting my business from now on. Great company.

I am extremely grateful to the entire staff at Lee Ford, with a special thanks to Chris Simms, Service Advisor. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would. I was driving my husband s F350 dually and towing a cargo trailer from FL to NJ alone. The truck had a catastrophic failure on I95 in NC and I was lucky enough to have my rig towed to Lee Ford. I was a bit of an emotional mess and they were extremely kind and helpful in every way possible. The failure was a diesel crank case ventilation filter and it took out an inner cooler hose. I have had this truck serviced at 3 different dealers in NJ and FL and no one ever told us this filter existed or needed changing every 30k miles. Live and learn, my fault. Chris Simms and the knowledgeable diesel mechanic had me back up and running in 5 hours which exceeded all of my expectations. I will forever be eternally grateful to all the staff at Lee Ford. THANK YOU!

Lee Ford could not have been more hospitable! They set me up with snacks, drinks and Wi-Fi to work. They checked on me regularly to see if I needed anything. Even better than that they ran the diagnostic on my truck, had the part in stock and fixed it right then!If First On Race Day shopping, this is the place to go!

Fantastic service department and their customer service and communication were wonderful! Chris was great at keeping me updated on what was going on with my vehicle status and what to expect as far as work being performed and when I would get my car back. Everyone I spoke with on the phone or encountered in person at Lee Ford was friendly and had a smile. We appreciate the care Lee Ford took with our car and will definitely use them in the future!

Started experiencing an issue with the sync system in my 2017 Explorer and called to see if I could get the vehicle checked. Chris was fantastic in getting me help with the issue. I did not have an appointment but he managed to work me in and assess the problem. The part was ordered and my vehicle was back on the road and no time. Everyone that I dealt with there was very professional friendly and caring. Would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership this is my fourth Explorer and will be going back when it is time for number five. Thank you very much for helping me!! Awesome people!

I take my car to get service and I don't get the stiker for my next service, they don't put the adapter to lus the tires and also they left a stain by the door

My experience is always great, the service department is always attentive and caring. The sales department is always on point trying to make sure you're comfortable with the choices and decisions you make with no pressure and the conversation is well understood and respectful I really appreciate the entire crew.

Chris Simms was an excellent service advisor. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. Not only did they get my vehicle fixed, but quicker than we expected. Previously we had a bad experience with a salesman and had written them off for future purchases. But after dealing with such a great service department, we will consider Lee Ford Lincoln in the future just because they take great care of their customers. Chris made our experience so much better and we appreciate it!

Everyone who works here is SO NICE and VERY HELPFUL!!! I got stranded on the side of the road with my Lincoln, and I called and got the best service. Everyone that works here did the best they could to help me. I ended up having to leave my car for service, but they had someone drive me to the rental car company. I still don't have my car back, but I want to say that these people are very sweet and kind and care about customer service!

I had good experiences with this place before today. Tried scheduling a appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. On the website, it says to download an app to check in for an oil change, which is fine, but it specifies in large letters OIL CHANGES ONLY. A normal person would think this means oil changes and not tire rotations, so I scheduled the service regularly. I get an automated confirmation. When I go in at the stated time, I am told "you have to check in with the app" and my reservations about it not saying tire rotations were brushed off. The service advisor said he would tell me if he could slide me in while I wait. After a half hour of waiting with no update and my car still parked, I told him I would come back later. Only then did he say the tire rotations came with the package. So I did it the right way on the app and came back in later. I came in at exactly the time it said was estimated. I checked in, was told I could get a customary wash, which I didn't mind, and waited. For an hour and a half. For a job that takes 20 minutes. No updates whatsoever. Then to have the gall to charge almost $100 for what I can get locally for $20? Also, I brought my own oil, filter, and drain plug gasket, and they were all in the seat next to the window clearly in view. Not a one used. They saw fit to charge me with no questions asked. When I try to call the number specified on my receipt for "If you did not receive 5-star service today Please call Jeff Dailey, @... Anything less we have failed you!" I get the front desk and then transferred to regular service. Hours of my day and $75 that I could have saved by simply going elsewhere. Some of the nicest people at any dealership, but I would've preferred to get good, efficient service instead.

A couple of months ago we spoke with Molly at this location. We were looking for a new Ford Bronco Sport. While these are not available on the lots Molly had some on order. She was upfront about how the pricing would work considering the current market and about the possibility of a couple of months wait. Today the Bronco arrived and Molly worked with me via text to get the financing approved very seamlessly. When we arrived the vehicle was ready and Molly was great. The guy we sat with in finance was also very helpful in working with us to see different options. Again, as with all car dealerships, there are conversations about warranties and moving money from one spot to another. As long as you are happy with the final terms then all is good. We left happy! We will be back when I am ready to trade my truck in!
