First time dealing with Lee, will definitely go back. Extremely friendly, and respectful when it came to working with my schedule. In my 45+ years of buying vehicles, I have never dealt with anyone better. So glad I went there.

Their service department is very unprofessional. You attempt to pay for your service with the rewards points on your Mopar card. None of the personnel know how to do it. So in the meantime, you give your wife the keys to go sit under the air conditioner. They send an employee Outside to take the keys away from her. Because the service has not been paid for yet. Basically treating you like a thief and expect you to tolerate it. Well, this cowboy don't tolerate it. That does not change the fact that I was still there paying a different way when your people took the keys from my wife like we where going to leave without paying my wife was already in truck waiting on me we would not leave without paying but your people basically thought we were dishonest which we are not I have bought 4 vehicles there in 4 years but never again

I had the absolute best experience at Lee Jeep. My salesperson Brandon was amazing. He explained all options and was extremely personable. I actually dreaded going to find my next car however the process was seamless. Highly recommended Lee Jeep.

Great place get your vehicle services done. They go over and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied with the service. The parts department are like a family and they always go the extra mile to ensure that you get the right parts for your vehicle. I am also looking seriously about buying my next vehicle from here.

This was my first new car I ever purchased. I had done some shopping around prior to visiting Lee and the reason I came back to buy from them was due to their down to earth demeanour and willingness to help me every step of the way. They were able to apply every discount they had a available to the car as well as come down to right around what I was asking for. I highly recommend giving them a shot.

Excellent service. My 2023 Jeep had to be towed to their dealership. They provided me with a loaner comparable to what I had. They took care of all my issues in a timely matter. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would recommend them for all services, great or small.

Service was excellent. I actually arrived super early, close to lunch time. Service Manager came out and was very informative about what was going on. Process was still very quick, and will definitely return.

Noah and the sales team were so helpful and patient with me when I was buying my new Jeep! I was so picky with what I wanted and they went above and beyond to locate the perfect vehicle. Expectations were exceeded. Robert was very engaged with me as a customer and my service request. I really appreciate the walk around we did. I was out, in about an hour. I would highly recommend using Lee Dodge.

This was my 5th vehicle purchased at this location and I shouldn't have even looked anywhere else. Sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and willing to find the right vehicle for me. They weren't overly aggressive with forcing a purchase and weren't dismissive when it came to pricing inquiries. The financing staff were quick and provided a wealth of information based on my purchase for plans on a used vehicle. Bottom line.... you can try and shop for the lowest price but the effort put forth from the staff at Lee was worth staying local.

I received a recall for our promaster van I use to get my disabled husband to appts. I made an appt with the service department via Alex. Alex was so polite on the phone. I was aware it could take up to 3 hrs for this repair. So had to plan ahead as I live 30 min away. My husband had some struggles that morning and I was a few minutes late. Alex was so pleasant about it. And the best thing was it did t take long at all. I don't think it took over half an hour really to fix the issue. It all went so smoothly and my worries melted away thinking it was going to be something complicated. So thank you to the service department and Alex at the Lee Jeep dodge Ram dealership in Wilson NC.

We were actually looking a Ram, but after several months, weren t finding exactly what we had in mind. The sales team, specifically Mr. Mandell Pone, showed us to a brand new to them very gently used 2021 trade-in in exceptional condition that had everything we were looking for, but it was a Ford. That wasn t a deal breaker for us; we just hadn t driven one before. We were immediately impressed and he was able to get us a test drive around our extremely busy schedule. Needless to say, it was exactly what we wanted. He made the process so easy for us, again, working seamlessly around our busy lifestyle of work and kids in competitive sports. We now are the proud owners of a truck we love and that will surly bring us years of safe travels. If and when we re ever in need of another vehicle, there s nobody else we d rather work with than Mr. Pone at Lee Motor in Wilson. He made all the difference in the world! Thank you sir. Their sales team was great. Straightforward, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs. Researched via online sales w/Amy. She responded to all my questions and greeted me with a smile when I arrived. Glenn took time to show me the truck, its features and spent more time learning my needs without the hard sale tactics. Matt provided a fair deal for my trade and went the extra mile dealing with my bank. Pleasant car buying experience and worth the drive to Wilson. They even mailed items I left on car. Phenomenal customer service and car buying experience!
