The staff is polite. They seem to have a good work relationship with the conversation and laughter I heard them having. Unlike other places I didn't hear a lot of profanity. They have free wifi. Water bottles are available for customers for free. There is 1 unisex restroom.

I had Some issues with my car and didn t know what the issue was, but the staff at this location assist me. They went above and beyond to help me. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The manager Logan was extremely helpful.

YOU VE BEEN WARNED! DON T GO TO JIFFY LAZY LUBE on Raleigh Rd in Wilson, NC !!!!! I got there on 12/16/23 at 4:21pm they turned my college daughter away and there was only 1 car waiting in line. A short white bald head guy turned us away stating they close at 5pm. I couldn t believe what I was hearing. He advised I go to Valvoline which was 2 stores down. So I said to him You don t want my business? Wow. No problem at all. So I did go to Valvoline and told them what happened and they said customers complain about them all the time and get their business because of service and wrong oil being put in at Jiffy Lube. Thankfully I was with my daughter who s in college because she wouldn t have known what to do. Thank you Valvoline for great service. Jiffy LAZY Lube did me a favor by turning me away to you guys.

I went in for a state inspection and the service was great. The men that work there were nice and efficient. And the inspection did not take long.

The staff at Jiffy Lube are friendly and knowledgeable. They are fair with their pricing. Some places charge a large amount of labor for something simple, light a bulb replacement. Jiffy Lube is not in that category.

Very fast service, great people skills, good communication. Had a minor problem talked about a solution and within 25-30 min problem was solved and everything that the vehicle was brought in for was complete. Thank you

I visited this location for the first time about a week ago.My passenger front tire's lug nuts were over torqued to an extreme that I was unable to take them off. The mechanic there was friendly and had them released and tighten normally in a few minutes.

Went in for oil change. Very personable and efficient! Even vacuumed my car! The guys worked together and got us in and out! Will be back for sure!

It's really refreshing to go into an establishment and all the employees are happy and enjoying their job, you can tell their manager really cares because it reflects in their employees. I just had a simple oil change but the service was great and a good price. Cassie helped me today and she was the sweetest.

Staff were attentive and friendly. Quick service on a 6 quart full synthetic oil change. $25coupon used. Offer military discount. All oil changes are expens8ve these days so expect full synthetic 6 quart to be 9ver $100

They were so helpful. I had an inspection and oil change and they truly educated me on my car and things to do. They didn t have to but definitely did. The guys are so awesome I came right back for another service just because of the customer service. Will recommend!

This was my 2nd time here to get a NC inspection. Both years those who work there were polite, gracious, efficient, knowledgeable. They had to change my windshield wipers and showed me 2 filters that would pass inspection but needed changing in the near future. I am so glad to have been there for this service.

They changed my oil and air filter.. they done a really great job. It didn't take long. The works there were really nice. I will be coming back to see y'all when I need my oil change again. They had quoted us a price and when I went up to pay it was around $80 more. As I was looking at my receipt I realized they a car on there that wasn t even mine. I asked them about it and it turns out they had more than one person with our name in their system. They fixed the charges. Also they charge for tire rotation which I feel is uncalled for as I have never Ben charged for tire rotation while getting an oil change. Needless to say I probably want be going back.

The service that was rendered was great. I got there about 20 minutes before the establishment opened and when the gentleman that ended up pulling my car into the bay arrived on 2 wheels he came to my car to assist me smoking a cigarette.He did oblige when I told him I was allergic to cigarette smoke and ask him to put it out however the fact that it happened in the 1st place was extremely unprofessional. Over all in and out and entitle everyone was friendly especially CrystalServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I annually get my State Inspection done here with great, speedy service. On Good Friday morning, it was a zoo in the bay. I am all for happy workplace and enjoying working with you coworkers. Many employees were howling with laughter, not working and it did seem like one person there wasn t even working at all. At one time, he entered the Waiting Room and welcomed all of us there. He was the director of the jokes and also smoking in the bay. It was a huge party zone and I waited twice as long as I normally stay to have the job completed. After my inspection was completed, my car was driven to the door, as usual and left with the car running and driver window open, in the pouring rain. Plus the regular paper rug was missing, so there was mud all in my car due to the mud/rain covered employee s shoes. I am questioning if I will return next year.

They were supposed to rotate my tires but didn t. They pulled them off and then put them right back up there.

I originally gave a 5 star review bc the service was fast and they were nice until I got home and realized the splash sheet wasn t screwed into place and my car was leaking oil bad. Had to go to a different jiffy lube since this was on a road trip but I wouldn t recommend this place.

Been a customer since i started driving. Lately, im just not happy with the service. I wanted the signature service to have oil changed, fluids topped off and the other little details that makes Jiffy Lube worth the cost. I have a brand new truck with barely 10k, so my truck did not need replacement filters. The only fluid that got completely topped off was windshield. Oil was spilled on engine and neither the windows cleaned or floors vacuumed. The girl tore my truck out of the bay, like she was stealing it. Not going back.Service: Oil change
