Stars are for the staff being friendly and professional. However, be cautious of the used tires they use. Got two tires and one of them was already on the wear indicator marks, the other one had a catastrophic blow out about 3 weeks after they installed.A week or less after installation I had a slight vibration in my steering wheel. I ignored it since it was so minor I figured it might be air pressure difference. Second week it started pulling to one side and the vibration became noticeable enough that I thought maybe my SUV was out of alignment. By the 3rd week I was on 440 when suddenly my steering wheel started violently shaking and suddenly it blew big time causing damage to my fender.I ve been to other used tire shops that guarantee anywhere from 5-7k miles on tire life. Granted these are used tires and there is a level of inherent risk, this has NEVER happened before nor should it. I would never go back to this shop and stick to the shops I know provide quality used tires. My fault for making a hasty decision.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE I PAID $50 FOR ONE TIRE ON MY PASSENGER REAR AND THE YOUNG MEXICAN PUT A USED DAMAGED TIRE ON MY PASSENGER REAR N IT WENT BAD WITHIN A TWO DAY TIME FRAME!!!! YOU DONT DO WOMEN LIKE THAT N MY CHILD AND I WERE STRANDED !!!! I WENT BACK N MADE THEM CHANGE MY TIRE OR IT WOULD OF GOTTEN U.G.L.Y and I DO THINGS THE LEGAL WAY SO DONT PLAY WITH ME

If you're looking for a good used tire or tires JEA is the place to go. I have used this establishment on several occasions and yet have I been disappointed. Always have the size I'm in need of. If when they are busy you can expect to be in and out within a timely manner.

I needed a value stem for a sensor in my tire asked if he can fix he stated yes cost me 30 and my low pressure light is still on so had to take it some where else. Never again.

Highly unrecommended this tire service. I called ahead and spoke with Jos�, about purchasing ONE tire, which I believe is the owner. I needed one tire to get me by until I could get my alignment done. He insisted I purchase the whole set. I told him I d be glad to come back for the set once I had my alignment completed in a couple of days. After going back and forth, and I refused purchase of a whole set until next week,(several times), he seemed to be upset. I still decided to go ahead and purchase the one (used and overpriced) tire. I brought him my debit card, bc I was $5 short on cash, He then said cash only, which was not disclosed initially. I explained I was only $5 short and would be back next week for the full set after my alignment, and asked what I should do, bc i had my baby with me and was desperate for a tire. He told me better leave and go find the other $5. In a not so nice way. By no means are my feelings hurt. This is a tough world, but the customer service experience was really just unfortunate. Over $5 and allowing me to unsafely leave on a wired tire with my baby. I would not recommend anyone putting their safety in the hands of these guys. There are so many other tire shops who will do right by you, with better customer service quality, and without being so overpriced and so bitter.

One of the best used tire shops ive ever been to. The owner always gives me fair deals and even let me use his grinder today to modify my brake caliper to make my rim not scrub. If you are in the market for a used tire to get you through until you need 4 new ones this is the best place to go. They also have great deals on new tires as well.

Got four new to me tires at a great deal over my lunch break. Always appreciate quality work with a speedy turn around time. They even recommended an alignment shop and showed me how bad my last set was. Thanks guys!

This is a family business, full of wonderful people. I ended up with two flat tires so I put a spare on and went to them And purchases two tires. Their prices are very reasonable, I would recommend this place out of any place.

My husband uses this place all the time. Their prices are decent. The last time I went they were charging $90 for 2 08 Accord used tires. They are cash only.

I ve been to JEA 3 times in the past year and have received the friendliest and best customer service I could ever expect each time. Best prices and service that I ve received in all of North Carolina tire business (and I ve been to over 20 through the years). Highly recommend!! Oh and to address the negative review by a customer who said they didn t align her tires ...they don t do alignments. Balancing, yes of course but that is different alignments. It s clearly stated on their advertisements the services offered and the services performed are done with precision! They ve got a lifetime customer with me!

The owner scratched up all 4 of our brand new rims while putting them on the tires. He wouldn't take responsibility for what he had done (we had pictures of the brand new rims before taking them in today and there wasn't a scratch on them). The owner still charged us for the job and refused to fix the rims. I would not recommend using JEA tires.

A friend told me about this place, so I stopped in. I was greeted instantly and asked what I wanted. I said a rotation and balance. He said no problem. It would be $40 I said ok and he started immediately. 25 minutes later I paid him and I was on my way. Good service and good price. I ll be back

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! The guy scratched up 2 of my rims and refused to do anything about it. He left the screws loose and did not the alignment! WORST SERVICE EVER! This shop needs to close! The owner has the nastiest attitude!!!

Beware, we will never go there again. Not only did they ruin the rim but they argued with my husband and did nothing about the rim.

I will never return to this establishment. They ruined an $800 rim and denied any damages and they took pictures of my plate as if I did something. Stay away from this place!!!
