I rarely leave feedback and even more rarely leave reviews on sites, but the service and experience I had at Hubert Vester Toyota was so good it was confusing. From my first inquiry , I was met with prompt, courteous, and honest responses. The sales and service I received was well beyond expectations: expert, knowledgeable, zero pressure, and sincere. Mike, Kevin Li, Emily, and Leah made it a point to make us feel welcomed, valued, and supported. This was my daughter's first car purchase and I feel fortunate to have started her out with a car from this dealership. We waked away with a car that I feel we can trust, feel safe in, and could afford. I plan to go out of my way to continue doing business with this dealership. I took my Toyota Tundra in for oil change and tire rotation as well as a general look over. The mechanic that worked on my truck was Gage, I must say he is a top notch mechanic and employee. He took very good care of the truck and broke down everything that I needed to know about the truck which wasn't much. I really appreciate the hard work of Gage and the dealership as well. The other employees there both the service writer area and parts department were top notch. Highly recommended

Do not buy from this dealership! I went to look at a used car on their lot. We talked numbers and I left to give it some thought. I got 20 minutes down the road and they called me back with a better deal. I told the General Director, Adam, to give me a few minutes to discuss it with my husband. I called him back within 15 minutes to let him know I would take the deal and I would head back to the dealership after dropping my son off. While on the way back to Wilson, the General Manager called me to tell me that someone else was there looking at the car and they had agreed on the numbers so they were going to sell it to them. I was furious. And honestly, I felt like I was being lied to the entire time I was there to begin with, but it s the car I had my heart set on. So, they made a deal with me then sold it out from under me! I wouldn t buy a bicycle from this group! A bunch of shady people!!! Poor customer service at its best!

Brent Norris and Mike Daniels were an amazing team to work with. We had been in search of a new vehicle to meet our new family needs since my wife and I found out we were pregnant. After several bad experiences with other dealerships, these two guys worked amazing magic in order for us to stay in budget and get us what we were looking for. We are now the proud owners of a new Grand Highlander my wife and I, but especially our little boy since he now has his own air vents, could not be happier.

Mr. Joe was super helpful when I stopped buy to look at a specific car and take a test drive. He was able to answer any questions I had and give me all the info on the car. I recommend them for all your Toyota needs in Wilson.

I bought a used certified Toyota at this dealer.I had a great experience, especially with Kevin the salesman.If I could give him 10 stars I would.He had a lot of patience and more people like him are needed in businesses.He also had a lot of respect and helped us to buy from this dealer.

I recently purchased my vehicle from Hubert Vester Toyota and my experience was amazing. Mike was so helpful from the time I stopped by in July until the time I got my vehicle in September. The customer service was amazing and the process was very seamless and fast! I will absolutely come back when it s time for my next vehicle!

I took my 2008 corolla to have a wheel bearing put on the right front wheel. The dealership never put the part on. Plus, they stole $414.00 from me. I took the car back the next day. They claim the bearing needed tightening. Also, Ryan said the real noise is coming from the axle. These people think I am stupid. They believe I will trust them again. All they did was put my car on the lift and run the engine. They used up 1/3 of my gas. I am out of $400, the purchase of a $80-part, gas and my time. It is sad there is a shortage of quality workers. The person who called me was Ryan. That is the same person who I believe cheated me. He took my money and did not have my car repaired as requested. I do not trust these people.

Abraham Baez this guy was amazing! He made car shopping a stress free and enjoyable experience! I had unfortunately gotten hit by an uninsured driver and that whole thing was a whirlwind to go through, but once I got to Hubert Vester in Wilson it made a world of difference and they took a lot of the weight off my shoulders!Abraham helped me find the perfect car! I couldn t be happier.The whole crew provided a seamless experience, even weeks after I left they answered my questions quickly and efficiently . When I came to sign papers they knew we were in a rush to get to an important event and they moved quickly and still made sure every bit of paper work was as it should be for me to sign.I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for used or new cars! It was like working with someone you ve known for a long time! And ask for Abraham!

I had a fantastic experience at Hubert Vester Toyota dealership and am thrilled with my purchase. Kevin Li was my rep and he was very professional, helpful, down to earth, and overall a great guy. Ask for him when you want to trade in or buy a vehicle. The rest of the employees at this location also seem to be very friendly and down to earth and willing to help as well. Overall, 10 out of 10.

The staff at Hubert Vester are awesome my wife and I had a great experience from start to finish. Our salesman was KB and he was very friendly during the whole sales process. My wife and I were shopping for a Highlander and he was able to find us a model that fit our family needs. We are in love with our new vehicle and get so many compliments on our vehicle. Definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle here especially if you are shopping for a new vehicle during this crazy time.

Liars!! On the phone, Hailey promised me that she could get me a car that I liked and that fit into my budget. After driving 40 minutes, I get there to find out that Hailey is in a call center and the manager has the audacity to tell me "yea, she's got a pretty good job working on the internet" but I don't have what she promised you over the phone. Then, he walked away!!

Hands down, best car buying experience I've ever had... And it's not even close. Be sure to ask for EB! He definitely took care of us and was very knowledgeable on the models and trim levels. He understood our needs and made excellent recommendations. Dylan was professional, found the RAV we wanted, and got me out the door at the price I asked for. Chris had everything ready, and explained add on's with no pressure. In and out. No entire day wasted. Truly great experience all around, coming from a guy who hates buying cars based on past experiences. And my wife LOVES her new RAV 4!!

My wife and I bought a used Sienna here last week, and it was a good experience overall. Things moved a little slow, but KB did an excellent job considering that he was the only salesman there right then. While we theoretically could have gotten the same model year for less somewhere else, the price was fair given that this one had a warranty, low miles, and the most pristine interior I've ever seen in a preowned vehicle. We got a good price for our trade-in as well. To top it off, KB gave us (delicious) homemade cheesecake when we brought the van back to get it detailed, which was a great bonus.

I bought my car from Alton.... Two years ago. I continued going there for EVERY SERVICE. Yesterday I was there for a oil change and I was sitting outside. I was told to move from where I sat by staff. There was other places to sit but HE requested I MOVE! I told a lady in the service department and she just said, oh... Sorry. I took his picture so... Here's the proof. I spend $$$$ here... Or I used to. I'll go where I'm appreciated from now on

Lied to get us here. Lied when we got here. Dillan was supposed to meet us . Almost hit us exiting parking lot as we arrived. Emily promised more than true car but did not honor. Insulted. Will never shop or recommend Huber Vester Toyota to anyone. Never email or call us again!

I did not buy a Toyota today but I did get stranded at a restaurant with service dept. guys thankfully eating at the same establishment in Wilson. Ryan jumped right in during his lunch break to help me, called Butch at the dealership to come and jump my car and sent me to get my new battery. Everyone was so nice and helpful!!!! Thanks Ryan and Butch for saving the day!!!!!! And thank you Hubert Vester Toyota!

Everyone is super friendly and the service work is very good, but they overbook their appointments. I have tried going first thing in the morning and late in the afternoon, and both times I have had to wait more than an hour before anyone has even touched my car. It is super frustrating taking time off from work and then watching my car just sit in the parking lot.If someone wants to use this service, I'd recommend leaving your vehicle. I did that one time and used their van to get to work, the driver was very nice, and it was way better than being stuck in the dealership.

Brought our truck for service and they didn t do what they were supposed to do because it was on Toyota Cares still. It needed an oil change as it had been a year since the last. They didn t do it, so the next one cost me $225. The waiting room was very dirty and uncomfortable. Also, brought my son to buy a car and the floor manager was very unprofessional and deceptive. He badmouthed his employees to us and talked in circles, trying to upsale and manipulate. It was literally the stereotypical sleezy car salesman stuff. The vehicles are way overpriced compared to other dealers and they also tack on an extra $3000 fee. Why? Because they can, I guess. We walked out. Would not recommend.

This review is simply for their online order and shipping service. Ordered new weather mats on Thursday. Got an email confirmation saying they would email me when they have received and processed my order. They did not process it until Sunday 4 days after I placed the order. They then reported that it also wouldn t be shipped for another 4-5 days and that I should expect arrival in 14 business days after it ships. So to recap in the age of same day delivery, they are making me wait almost 4 weeks for my purchase. It should be here around August 31 at the absolute earliest according to their timeline. Again, I ordered the mats on the 3rd. After paying over $20 in shipping costs alone, I expect higher quality delivery service and you should too. I will update with actual delivery times when my product finally arrives In response to your reply Are you saying that the reason you processed my order 4 days after it was made is due to supply chain issues?? Further, if you do not have an item in stock, You should not lie and say that it is in stock. If this delay is due to supply chain issues, you never should have said you had them on site in your inventory. These mats are for an older model not even being made anymore by the supplier but you claimed to have them in your store so I took a chance. Even other reviewers have posted say you have lied about inventory before and even call Hailey out by name.

I live in Clayton and decided to take my Highlander to the Wilson dealership instead of Raleigh because they were able to get me in a lot faster for a service. I'm so glad I did! After the diagnosis they saw that a part needed to be ordered. They let me drive a brand new Camry while my car was being serviced. Bonnie was great about sending me text updates, and the work was completed exactly when promised. Everyone I dealt with from setting up the appointment to getting the loaner car to getting the actual work completed could not have been easier to work with. I will definitely be back!

The service department is very courteous and are scheduling according to how upper management says but I have had an appointment the last 2 visits and waited 1 hour 45 minutes for a tire rotation and 2 hours 10 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. I definitely will not go back and pay someone to wait that long.

Terrible experience. Had an appointment, and wasn t assigned to anyone so once we got there we got Ola. From the start, he tried lying to me about interest rates but it was very easy to figure out what he was doing, no big deal. I didn t like the original vehicle I was there for, so after thinking about it and picking one, I went ahead and got approved through MY credit union. We went back inside, was getting the paperwork, I was adding this vehicle to my insurance, when Ola says it was too close to 7 and he was leaving, and that I would have to come back tomorrow to finish the paperwork. Keep in mind, I have no vehicle to drive because I had sold my car and fully intended on buying a vehicle from this dealership. I was shocked, but asked would another salesman be finishing the deal. Ola stated that nobody else wanted to stay. The pre owned general manager came by and was just as rude if not more rude than Ola. He said I didn t have my money, and that what s he supposed to do, I have family. Well sir, it wasn t my intent to spend all afternoon at a dealership either. We all have family. We all have jobs that make us stay over every once in a while due to the customer. I then walked out, not wanting to pursue anything more. Ola chased us out to our car, and insisted we get the car. After telling him multiple times to leave and get off of our car, we finally left. After this, I have spoken to many people who have received the same treatment from Ola.

Had an appointment to look at a vehicle at 11:30. Drove over 2 hours and vehicle is not here. No phone call, nothing. Seems to be a reoccurring problem or is this the way they try to trick customers in a newer vehicle. Stay far, far away from this extremely unorganized 'dealership' !!

We went to look and test drive a couple vehicles we had been thinking of buying. Mike Daniels helped us in test driving a few SUV s. He is a great salesman that doesn t pressure the customer. Thanks Mike for your help, we love our RAV4. Also, final financing/paperwork was finished quickly and smoothly.
