One phone call and my catalytic converter replacement concerns/fear was abated. Answered all my questions in a manner that put me at ease & made me feel I had contacted the right business regarding my F150 exhaust issues. Appointment scheduled and results not only met but exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for professionals that provide excellent customer service , this is the place.

I called to a few places to get my Cat fixed. They all wanted over $1,500 to do the repair. When I called these guys they told me it would cost half of what the other guys said. They kept me in the loop with my part delivery and even put my car on the lift to show me all they were going to do. They finished my car the same day that I dropped it off with it looking good and sounding. I really enjoyed the experience and would recommed these guys to anyone. YOU GUYS ROCK!!Service: Exhaust

I had Henry's replace a clogged catalytic converter on my truck. They offered the best price and were able to cut out the old one and weld a universal fit converter in in under 45 mins. The guys let me go under my truck as it was on the lift to check out a leaking CV axle boot I was worried about and showed me what they would do before doing it. I had called around to shops in Greenville, Rocky Mount, Goldsboro, Clayton, and Raleigh and no one beat their price. They do great work, are transparent, and offer the best prices in Eastern NC. Can't recommend them enough.

This is my second vehicle I ve made the trip to Wilson to have Henry s Muffler Shop do there magic on my vehicles. Well worth the trip from New Bern thanks guys!

The best place to go for all exhaust installations. They are very friendly and explain what they are going to do before they do the work. I have had 3 installs done so far and I have not been disappointed. I highly recommend!

So wanted to make our Jeep Gladiator sound like something. Stop by Henry on a whim. It was a win. We talked about what I had in mind and let me tell you my mind was blown after picking it up. The look was excellent and the sound was sweet. A 1000 mileOur JEEP Rumbles.

If you go anywhere else for muffler repair or installation you're throwing your money away. I got their recommendation from a auto shop I've known for years, since then I've had three repairs and a fourth is there waiting on the parts for a 97 Jeep. Kind, upfront, honest and most reasonable I guarantee it.. spread the word they are truly integrity shop..

These guys are great!!! Young and deliver wonderful at a reasonable price. This is the 2nd vehicle that I ve brought them with a catalytic converter issue. Both times they verified the issue then changed them out in just 1 1/2 hour. Phenomenal!!!

Travis had the X-pipe on my '18 Mustang in about a half-hour & I was outta' there. Spent $101, much less than I expected. Great price, fast service. Very friendly & knowledgeable folks.

2014 Chevrolet Silverado. 2 catalytic converters replaced. They saved me $700 vs. The dealer. They squeezed me in on a fully booked day and stayed an hour late to finish it. Runs great! Dont pay for a genuine part. The aftermarket parts they use are good quality for the money. They are welded onto the existing exhaust. Looks professional and neat. No Brainer!Update: After about 2 days check engine light came back on. They had me back right away at no charge and re worked the piping and repositioned the downstream o2 sensor. No check engine light! They back their work!Service: Exhaust

These people are the best... I recommend this place. They real processional. I have Lexus is250 just got. And who ever had it befor he took out the muffler. I went by Henry's muffler. They was so helpful they fix my isuees. They price is cheap they do good work. Guy u need to check it out. 100% customer service

Absolutely recommend this place! They were extremely pleasant, honest and quick! Thankfully, the leak in my exhaust was something they could fix quickly and expensively. If you need work on your car s exhaust system in the Wilson area, this is the place to go!

The reviews online are true. I heard about this place via word of mouth and can say that I'm beyond pleased. I had a resonator delete Steeda H-Pipe put on my 2018 GT mustang for 75 bucks and was out the door in 30 minutes. Welds are clean and no leaks. 5/5

Had the folks at Henry's install a Borla S-Type system on my Ram 1500. Can't say enough good things about Henry's, the price was extremely fair, the people were very friendly and they take the care needed to make sure the job was done correctly the first time. I will happily refer anyone to them. Thanks again y'all!

I trailered my truck out to these guys after I put a new engine in to get duals ran from the headers back. I called and was able to get scheduled in, the work was great, and I'm very satisfied with the end results. It was well worth the two hour drive and now have a new muffler shop for my exhaust needs. Best experience ever when in need of necessary repairs prior to annual car inspection. A friendly atmosphere with a matter of fact approach to resolution of the problem. And reasonable pricing adds to the exemplary experience. Hats off to Henry's!

They got me in out quick like 45 min if recall . I do alot off driving on the highway and after 3 months both two hangers on the length of the exhaust failedbroke clean off . I'm was kinda bummed out that they didn't clean the surface that the weld goes to but I guess they just cut corners that day . But over all good people super nice and informative employees.
