I just realized I never reviewed this place. A year ago we were driving from Florida to Virginia and the engine started overheating. By the time we got a tow truck, it was almost 5 pm, and most of the mechanics in town were closing. We saw Guerrero was open until 6 and called to see if they could fit us in. The owner quickly determined the problem (a rock had gotten through the grille and broken the radiator) and informed us that he could fix it, but it would take a few days. We had to be in Virginia the next day, so we decided to rent a car, but all the places were closed for the night. The owner was great, helping us load our suitcases and bags into his pickup and driving us to a hotel. When we got back the next week, the work was done and we could continue our trip. Thanks to Guerrero for helping with a frustrating problem.

I normally prefer word of mouth verses these reviews. But I am so impressed with Guerrero Tires I just had to share my experiences. I was recommended by a gentleman who heard me complaining of a quote from a local dealership for over $2000 to service my air conditioning system (it was just serviced by a master mechanic prior to my moving to NC). He suggested I call Guerrero Tires because "everyone I recommended has been pleased with his work." I called and for app. $70 my car was cooling again. I then asked him to tow and diagnose a car I bought which had been sitting for approximately 10years. He did and for $1200...I got new tires, oil change, tune up, engine service, newwind shield and the list went on. Most importantly I got a car that passed inspection and was safe to put on the road. Over a year later I am still carrying both vehicles to Mr. Guerrero. I have been impressed with his knowledge of cars, honesty, reliability, professionalism, pricing and most importantly his concern for my safety. Have gone there twice now and each time was told that the tire was "going to almost new" and both times it definitely was not new. The first time there was a bubble in the tire and the second time the tire was not sealed correctly and slowly leaks air. WILL NOT return.

This guy is a fraud!!! He do not know what he is doing... he will charge you top dollars for a service just to turn around and use cheap parts... I took my car to him because it was overheating and I asked him did he check the A/C compressor and he told me I didn t tell him to do that... but his the Mechanic ... worst experience ever in my life.... please save your money and go elsewhere... his known to sell bad tires also... ladies please beware of these types of mechanics ... he told me I blew my head gasket so I told he suggested that I get a used engine and asked if I could put some money down on the job... so I put 300 dollars down and then the next day he called me and said my car was fixed and that it I didn t need a motor because he claimed he replaced two hoses that were causing my car to overheat... he said that we were even with the 300 dollars and I could come get the car because it was ready.. but when I got the car back it started back overheating.. again people he does not know what he is doing and does fraudulent work

Always go there for repairs. Never had any problems. My daughter and her friend go there also. Service is always great and Guerrero is always very polite and helpful.

This guy is not good he sells bad tires and tries to get over people... I took my car to him for used tires and he tried to put the same tires back on like I wouldn t know the difference... people be aware of guys like this... can not be trusted.. he also has a nasty attitude and is very defensive
