While traveling between Missouri and Virginia we need an emergency repair on the front hub of our ram 3500. The people that run and work at this business are amazing. The prices were superior and I can t say enough good about the work they did for us, you just don t find people that go above and beyond anymore, or at least, I thought you couldn t until I met the people at this company. Five stars five stars five stars.Services: Transmission, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Auto emissions testing, Air conditioning, Oil change

Took my car in for transmission issues and the team at Grayson's went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Communicated timely updates on progress from diagnostic, ordering parts, and installation. Payment and pickup was smooth and easy. Got an oil change while it was there for repairs that was comparable price wise to other places in town. Have used Grayson's for years for car issues and will continue to do so!Services: Transmission replacement, Oil change

Grayson's has great customer service. Always been respectful & courteous. Never had a problem in all the years of going. They let you know before they do a repair on how much it's gonna cost. Estimate is always right on. Speak to Bryan at front desk. He's always helpful

Had my engine replaced at Grayson's and they did an awesome job. You couldn't even tell that they were under the hood. They did the job in just three days and Brian kept me informed during the process. Would recommend these guys to anyone. A++++++ rating from me. I have found a new mechanic for all my car and truck needs. Thanks again for a great job.

Excellent customer service very honest about repairs and very fair pricing. Saved me over $2,000 that the dealership wanted to charge and fixed my brake issues that I have been dealing with for over a year that the dealership could not fix. I will be using Grayson's for all vehicle maintenance and repair needs for my wife and I.

I have been struggling to get my A/C and blower issues resolved over the last few months, and my last resort was Grayson's Auto Service Center. My initial appointment was last week, and Brian was very helpful. I have spent a lot of time and money on these issues, but the money spent at Grayson's, in my opinion, will be money well spent. My (hopefully) last appointment will be next week, and I pray that my A/C issues will be resolved.I just wanted to add to my review. My follow up appointment was this morning, and I was in and out in less than an hour (and all is working great!!!!!). Grayson s has made my day - in fact, they have made my year!!! They have moved to the top of my list, when it comes to auto repairs in Wilson, NC. Thanks a million, Grayson s!

Taken a my cars here on a few different occasions until this last time when they over tightened the oil filter. I've taken the car now to two different places where they now have to use an impact to get the filter off. Likely will not be going back. I am in the middle. They replaced my water pump, only to find out that air was in the line. That wasn't descovered u til I called another shop, do to the fact I was over an hour away and tried to get my truck into a shop close to Wilson, NC because Grayson's couldn't figure out what it might be, and needed me to bring the truck to them.The other shop walked me through what might be the problem, and was in fact air in the water heater coolent line. I was also told that I had 15% of pad left on my breaks, and I needed spark plugs. I have always changed the pads myself. I spent the money and to my disappointment, I had more then 50% of pad left. After discovering my pads had to be replaced, and didn't need to be, I dismissed the spark plugs. I will say this. They have a loaner program, I appriciated the customer service in that aspect. Unfortunately I will pass on them the next time I need service. It's a matter of confidence in the business. I guess I was one of the unlucky one's. If I had decided to get the breaks done without checking for myself, I would have paid the additional 100 plus dollars for something that wasn't needed. Stay safe out there.

On 15 December 2017 (Friday), my Jeep's transmission failed while driving north on I-95. USAA had my vehicle towed to Grayson's--being from out of town, I didn't know if this was good or bad, or what kind of service to expect. On top of that, I was 3 hours from home, so all of the coordination was over the phone. Fortunately, my transmission was under warranty.On Monday, 18 December, I called and explained to Brian why my Jeep was parked in their back lot. After taking my info and the Jasper case number, Brian did a lot of leg work working with Jasper to get the new transmission (plus, Jasper was relatively easy to work with). Despite being a week before Christmas, and letting me know they wouldn't likely have the Jeep ready until after Christmas, Brian and the guys a Grayson's had my Jeep ready to go Thursday afternoon.On top of that, when I contacted Jasper regarding reimbursement for labor cost (per the Jasper warranty), they told me Grayson's already sent them a copy of the work order, and there was nothing more for me to do. This was above and beyond what I expected--Grayson's was already paid in full before I left, but to go the extra step was greatly appreciated.Great work by Brian and the team. Thank you very much!

I am no stranger to auto repair shops, have even worked in one, finding quality, honest and efficient auto mechanics can be few and far between. 1st time using Grayson's and not for a small job, blew the engine on a 2006 Honda CR-V and because Ricer's love tearing through these Japanese 4-cylinders they aren't cheap or easy to come by. They found me a used motor with half the mileage mine had, installed and even slapped a year warranty for parts and labor on it for just under $3000. Not bad considering.

I have been there twice. I went to get an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. They were done with my car in less then 30 minutes. My tires did not look like they were rotated. I asked them to look at my brakes. I was told that my brakes were fine. Mind you, they were done with my car in a very short time. I asked about the noise my brakes are making. I was told that cheap pads could have been put on my car. But wait, I asked you to look at my brakes, so you cannot tell me if cheap pads were put on my car. You said there "could be" cheap pads. This let me know that they did not check my brakes like I asked.After 2 months later, I went somewhere else and there was NO OIL IN MY CAR. This is the last time I will go here. This was a waste of time and money. Not an honest business at all.

After going to a chain store here for 14 years I finally got tired of trying to be upsold. Went to Grayson's got my service done in 35 mins. No hassle, just quick and reliable service.

My stepson's car broke down, out of town and the wrecker towed the car here. The staff was helpful when I came (our 2nd visit; otherwise I would have given this business a 1 star), but when my wife went there by herself (the first time) the staff member there was not helpful, didn't help her when her key got misplaced inside the store, and closed and left early, leaving her in the lot by herself. When I mentioned this to the owner, he made excuses for his staff.The owner will also hit you with a storage fee of $40 a day, which they don't let you know about until after the fact. When I complained about this, he would not work with us at all, hence this review. I would not recommend going to this business, unless you have no other option.

Cant say enough great things about Grayson's especially after my horrible experience with Mr. Tire ugh. Graysons Auto is honest dependable very pleased with them.I brought my car there to have alook at my transmission and he let me know they couldnt fix my car and would gavd to take it the dealership where they had the tools and nay have an extended warranty but the best part he didng charge me I had my credit card out and ready to pay I was flabbergasted when he said no charge...Wowwww thank you Brian fir time and honesty i will go back and tell my family and friends

Great work, and they stand by it. The belt slipped off that I had replaced on my truck and they fixed it for no additional charge. Staff are great and super helpful, the man even remembered what truck it was when calling back.
