Nice folks, but having an appointment would make you think there would be some speed in service, but no there is not. Made an appointment for 11 am and at 1:25 PM still sitting waiting on my vehicle to be done with an oil change and a bulb replacement. No updates given or apologies made. Not exactly 5 star service.

We were getting in the car to head out of town when we realized we had a huge gouged out place in our front tire. We called and Ashley was amazing. She asked the questions to verify they had the tire we needed in stock and told us to come on in. When we arrived she was waiting for us. The team took our car back swiftly and we were on the road in no time. We weren't even late for our scheduled arrival out of town. 5 stars, highly recommend, very professional and courteous!! Dennis and his team are the best in the business. Dennis not only insures to get you taken care of in reputable amount of time, but is the type of person that would give you the shirt off his back if needed. I will never take my vehicles to another person to work on them unless it s him and/or his team.

The staff was amazing. They broke down exactly what was going on with my vehicle so that I could understand. Love their customer service. Everyone was so nice. Definitely will be heading back there if I have any more problems with my vehicle.

I had lug nuts that were over torqued on my passenger side front wheel. I went into this location and asked if they would be able to loosen the nuts.After telling the guy at the front desk, he walks around back to the mechanic. He comes back and quotes me $50 for all 4 wheels.I explained to him that I only need one wheel taken care of, to which he turned annoyed and tells me I didn't tell him that. I was quite specific, when I came in and told him 'my passenger side front wheel.'He again goes to the back and tells the mechanic. He comes back and removing the lug nuts on 1 wheel (not 4) is now $50. He now goes into asking the make/model of my car and a multitude of other 'possible' factors being an explanation for the cost. None of these 'possible' factors are detailed. Just a blanket statement with no substance.There's nothing crazy going on with my lug nuts, the wheel studs or wheel so there should be no trouble at all to loosen them with a torque wrench.It sounded ridiculous that it would cost $50 to loosen them with nothing else that can explain that kind of demand.If I had my breaker bar and ratchet set with me I would have done it myself. It takes a few minutes to do this.Although some shops will do it as a courtesy I wasn't expecting it to be free. I also wasn't expecting this shop to think people know little about cars and exploit this to make money off people's ignorance. $50 to loosen nuts on all 4 tires turned into $50 for just one tire is an over inflated price.With that being said I declined and went up the street to Jiffy Lube. They loosen the lug nuts on the tire without the mind manipulation blanket statements. It took the mechanic a few minutes to do so with zero issue.I will never return to this place again. If something as little as lug nuts is a money grab play, I can't imagine the up sell strategy on regular routine maintenance or repair.

We were just traveling through and had a tire on our trailer blow out. Luckily Firestone happened to be close and open late since we got there at nearly 6pm. The staff were incredibly friendly and we got two tires much cheaper than anticipated. Also as a little bonus, while we waited there was a Culvers nextdoor for some good food.

They got the specific tire I wanted ordered and in stock the same day for my 2018 Audi TT-RS. Dennis got me in and out in no time at all. Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Nick MacConnell was absolutely golden today! Had a quick diagnosis of my issue and it was repaired immediately. Nick also took the time on a busy Saturday to quote me prices on issues I m having on both of my vehicles. Really appreciate the customer service and quick turnaround. This is the place to go in Wilson!

I have been to allot of Firestone's in my time and so far this has been a very hopeful experience. We moved from Virginia to NC a couple months ago and haven't used our Firestone account in a while. Nick was very helpful getting my credit account straight after it had been deactivated by insisting he make the call for me even though the shop was busy. We had a miscommunication about the services requested and what was actually done so he graciously offered a discount for when I bring it back in to get those things completed. Hopefully we will be able to budget to get the brakes done soon and we will bring my Ford C-Max back to this location.

I had the absolute best experience with this particular business. Dennis, the manager, was not only patient and kind but went above and beyond to help me with a problem I was having with my car. He s truly an excellent example of professionalism and this business is extremely fortunate to have such an individual representing them. You re my Hero, Dennis! Keep up the great work! This morning Nov.7th I had an absolute best experience I believe anyone could have. I was out of town and I had a flat tire. Dennis ,the store manager took care of me quickly, with kindness of the upmost professionalism. I would recommend this tire service to anyone. Reasonably priced and most of all trustworthy!Great place!

I have visited here on several occasions for service on my cars. Everyone there is always friendly and helpful. Shout out to the manager Dennis he is always making sure I am very completely happy.

Second time coming. Was unexpected, had nails in tire. Ashley was great at explaining options and helping gather information. William the service technician was through and attentive. Really appreciate it! Especially at 5pm on a Wednesday.

Not willing to do an alignment correctly on a 2022 charger, not willing to honor employee discount just because car was not in employee name but registered to same home address been so. Very poor service will not recommend anymore.

I have been doing business with Firestone complete auto care since 1977 and the current manager here now which is Dennis Jones. Jones is by far the best store manager I have seen at the Wilson North Carolina store. He' Courteous and knowledgeable about your Automobile needs.Thanks Dennis

Seems like this place runs into a lot of traveling customers with emergency break down situations, we were no different.These guys are amazing! Our BMW alternator blew out on 95 on our way to Emerald Isle on a Saturday afternoon. Repair shops were closed nearby, rental car shops were closed until Monday, we were already running through worst case scenarios of driving two hours to our vacation house and back to carpool the rest of the family in our other car...We towed the BMW here and these guys were open until 6 and able to take a look at it right away. There was a chance they had to wait until Monday if our car didn't have the alternator brand that they already had available for replacement. However, somehow the stars aligned and they finished in, I kid you not, under 2 hours before close the same day. We were in around 2:45pm and out around 4:15/4:30pm. Stellar service and transparency throughout the process. My only minor comment is that price was a little steep for a starting system check, plus battery and alternator replacement. However, we're used to BMW repair prices, and for the professionalism and amazingly quick turnaround, no complaints here, we will happily pay up! You're also getting a warranty on the parts, as well.I will never recommend your car breaking down on the way to vacation, but if you're around Wilson, NC, seek this shop out if that's the case. Thank you for allowing our vacation to start sooner rather than later; wish you were in the DC area for us to hit you up for car repair again!Services: Electrical, Battery

We got a screw in our tire as we came to Wilson to visit our daughter on Sunday, called Firestone in Wilson and they said come on in. Service was was great and they where friendly! I highly recommend!

Very good business. A bit expensive, but the team was professional and friendly.The lobby was clean and they experience was a good one (except for having to pay $490 for two tires).Still, a very busy place, with friendly staff. I like that part.

Traveling up 95 halfway through a 9 hour roadtrip with trailer in tow, stopped off in Wilson only to find TWO of my tires had bulges in the sidewall. Called around and none of the shops had any of my tire size in stock. This Firestone had one, figured I could get that and limp along on my spare. Once I get there, they say there s a shop ~30 miles away that has a set. They drove and got the set and had us on our way in less than 3 hours, all that with a full lobby of clients they were helping out quite fast as well. Staff were awesome as well. Thanks again!

Outstanding service and facilities!! This is my second post because I enjoyed talking to the staff and the care and service they provided my vehicle as I passed through Wilson NC. Thank you again Dennis and staff!

My trailer was broken down and brought there by roadside assistance. Although they don t service trailers, the staff and technicians were awesome. Dennis (service manager) allowed me to do what I needed to recover my trailer and it s contents in a timely manner without any unnecessary costs or damages. Joe and Myron (technicians) offered some advice and support when I ran into a couple of issues with some of the tools I was using. Thanks guys!!!
