Brought my tire in to see if they could patch or replace. They checked it out, and it could be patched. They told me to give them an hour and 15 minutes. They had it done in 45 minutes and were super busy at the time. Very friendly and helpful with any questions I had regarding the extra warranty I had purchased previously. I would recommend them to anyone looking for wonderful customer service and non-pushy employees who are trying to make a sale.

All they care about is selling you new tires so far as service.. they are terrible..having to bring ack to rebala�ce..I would not recommend this store

Braxton was very nice and helpful with getting new tires for my mom s car. We were in town visiting so we needed it done while we were here. However, the store manager Dustin wasn t nice or helpful at all, he was rude and unfriendly.

If you re in the Wilson area and debating where to purchase new tires I would choose Discount Tire. Their prices seem to be right in line with Costco or Walmart and they have great customer service. I dealt with Noah and overall had a great experience.

Don't go here unless you Want to get harassed by Dustin. Spent 10 minutes looking over my truck to get tires and I ended up leaving because he wouldn't stop trying to upscale me on everything even after I said no. The topper to all this was when asked for my keys he literally tried to keep from giving me my keys. I had to demand my keys multiple times.

Price of tires are too high. Went to Firestone and got tires for at least 100.00 better.

Never again will I go here. It was ok service but not now. Thanks for wasting time. You said an hour and out me on list, I came back for service , then it became 2 hours. Don t waste my time and I won t be buying tires there again. What s the point of being put on an hour wait -waiting list if it s going to suddenly become 2?!

Went to with very low tire had rid in tread guy said he couldn t put air in my tire so I could make it home if this is policy need to review policy

Today, 10/15, I had a nail in my tire and it needed to be fixed,either plugged or new tire. store says they close at 5:00 and their website said they close at 5:00. we got there 20 after 4:00 and they were closed already. Good thing there were a few other choices around the area but they were my first choice because I always deal with them

Less than 1 hour and they rotated the tires.and put on 2 new tires. Very fast and efficient and friendly. I will go back again when in need. Thank you for your service.

Top notch staff and place. Highly recommend using Discount Tire. I have never had one bad experience at both Wilson and Knightdale locations. Just purchased new tires and rims and could not be more satisfied.

I am usually pleased with the quality of service and have purchased tires from this specific location before; however, I am unsure as to what went awry this time around.I bought four new Michelin Defender LTX M/S tires today to go on my 2018 GMC Sierra SLT. They were put on at 47,979 miles. I came directly home. As I was washing my truck, I noticed that one of my rims is damaged and badly scuffed (I am having to take it to a body shop to be fixed next week). Further, my tires are unbalanced. PSI ranges from 33-38.Nevertheless, while I bought the certificates and the Michelin tires are doing well and I can tell a big difference - although I only have thirty miles on them - I am sad to say I will not be visiting this store again if at all possible.

Great tire buying experience. Very attentive to my needs. Took me at the end of the day. Fast and efficient. I am LOVING my tires! My only suggestion would be that they begin to offer brake and alignment service at the same quality level as they do tires.

This location in Wilson NC is the best. They go above and beyond with hospitality and Great service. They are quick and precise. When they say price match, they absolutely meet any other price.
