*THE PETER EXPERIENCE* If you're looking at a car on this lot contact Peter right away. Peter is the most upstanding, professional, trustworthy salesman/owner I've ever met. He does not pressure you. As a matter of fact, he''ll tell you quickly "You don't have to buy it". I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord. I had been looking for one for quite some time. The car has low miles and came full loaded. There were a few things I wanted changed and Peter changed them. Everything he told me he was going to do he did. I mean this man went above and beyond. He is not just there to sell you a car, he cares about his customers. IF there is an issue with anything Peter will try his best to make it right. If your thinking about it, just go a head and check him out. I promise you will not be disappointed with his customer service and dedication. Keep up the good work Peter! If I could give you a 10 star, I would.

To start off I ve been to many car dealerships over the years. For the most part it s been privately owned dealerships. I have to say that I was always uncomfortable with the dealership and the sales people. They are always pushy, didn t know much about the cars and seemed to tell me what I wanted to hear. I found a 2015 Explorer for sale at Coptic Auto in Wilson. Driving there I figured it would be the same pressure from the sales staff just to sell a car. Well I was completely wrong about Coptic. My wife and I arrived and were met by the owner Peter. He s very welcoming, polite and knowledgeable. He gave me the keys and we looked at the Explorer. He knew the history of the car as well the condition. The car was very clean and in great condition. There were a couple of things that I was concerned with and without hesitation he said he would correct the issues. I purchased the Explorer for a very fair price and before I left with the vehicle he had the two concerns of mine completely taken care of. This was my best experience with a dealership I ve ever had. All of his cars are clean and in excellent condition. Peter is professional, honest, straightforward and no pressure. I cannot recommend Coptic Auto enough. I will certainly be back for my next car. I highly recommend Coptic for your next car!!

HONESTY! Peter made sure I was aware of every Minuit detail of the truck before I made a 2 hr 30 min drive to come see for myself!TRUSTWORTHY! Without a doubt Peter wouldn t put a car for sale on his lot that he wouldn t drive! No one can say that about 90% of used car dealerships!GREAT GUY! He was welcoming to myself as well as my wife and kids! My kids loved him. He even had coloring books!So far a great truck and if something were to happen down the line, he definitely wouldn t be to blame. 10/10.

Incredible experience! Where do I begin! My wife and I were looking for a used Jeep Wrangler for my youngest son who turns 16 next month. We found one online late Friday evening last week... we texted the contact number listed and immediately Peter, the owner, began to communicate with us. We texted back and forth for a good 45 min and I could tell before even meeting Peter that he was just a genuinely good person. The next morning my wife and I made the trip to go look at and test drive the jeep... we both decided before we got there that we were not going to buy the very first jeep we test drove. We were wrong! Upon arriving, Peter welcomed us and told us everything he knew about the jeep. We test drove it and both agreed my son would LOVE it. ...so we get back to the lot with the jeep and said.. ok.. we'll take it...but before we could even begin paperwork Peter made a point to show me every little flaw he could find with the vehicle... he said Mr. David, I want you to see everything before you commit... I have bought about 10 vehicles in my lifetime and never once has the person selling one told me to wait before signing to make sure I saw every little flaw... he then offered me a warranty and showed me the extended warranties offered... I liked the 5 year 100K mile warranty and agreed to it... but before he would even let me sign, he said I want to make sure you read the fine print on this... and he explained it thoroughly... again, who does this in today's age?! No one... they just ask you to sign. I then went ahead with the warranty. It was a great deal. Peter then personally delivered the vehicle to us and filled the gas tank up all the way. When we initially met Peter, he apologized for the appearance of his brand new business... gravel lot... humble facilities etc... I told him none of that matters... I am a Regional VP with a large retailer and I work by relationships....not how pretty a parking lot or business office is. I saw that Peter's business had a 4.9/5 star google rating. There is a reason why folks. This guy is a true gem... a professional... a humble gentleman and I promise you, I will buy more cars from him and do anything I can to help promote his business. 5 stars across the board Peter! Honestly, integrity, zero pressure and he did so many nice little things that no one does these days! By the time we got the jeep yesterday, I also felt like I got a new friend.

I bought a 2016 Honda CR-V from Coptic Auto. The stereotype of a shady used car dealer definitely does NOT apply to Peter and Renee! They went out of their way to make sure everything was right with my vehicle and gave great customer service. I highly recommend checking out their auto dealership if you're in need of a good used vehicle.

Peter made my first time car buying experience wonderful. He was very informative and honest.I looked around Greenville, Kinston, and Washington but Coptic was by far my best experience. I wasn t pressured and he makes sure all his cars are serviced. And if you have any problems while test driving he will send it to a certified mechanic as soon as possible.He really puts his customers first!

Y all I bought the 2008 Ford fusion he had for sale. Peter was such a great help sold us the car with 88,000 miles beautiful car inside an out he was super helpful an amazing to work with so if y all are in the NC area, definitely go by and see Peter at Copitc auto in Wilson nc he will definitely get you set up right

Recently my car was stolen and I needed to find a vehicle for work. When I came to the dealership, Peter was so ready to help me. He used all of his resources to make sure that I left with a car that very same day. Not only did he put me in a vehicle, but it was my dream truck. I highly recommend Coptic to anyone who is looking for a nice ride. He's smart, genuine, and very professional.

Honestly I have bought vehicles from various other places in the past before, but I have never had as absolutely fantastic of an experience as I have had buying from this dealership. The dealer went well above and beyond expectations. I can put guarantee to the fact that no other dealer at any other dealership will be as nice, respectful, and overall helpful in every way as this dealer has been with my experience at his dealership. Folks this dealership/dealer is not out to just sell you something like many many others are, he is more out to extend a hand of helpfulness and it's clear that he actually has a caring heart for people. He is steeped in good christian values and I would and will in the future buy from this dealer/dealership again. I would suggest this automotive dealer to anyone looking for a good quality reliable vehicle and I will put promise to the fact that it will be the best purchasing experience of your life. Peter the owner and operator of Coptic auto was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My husband and I were looking for a family car due to us having a little one. We needed something reliable and safe. We came to peter with our concerns and a set budget of what we had to work with as a down payment. Peter went over and beyond to find us our next long term family car and was able allow us to stay at our budget and no higher. He made sure we were happy with the vehicle before made the sale final. He made sure we understood the contract and that we had a smile on our faces walking out of his lot. Today was my birthday so my birthday gift was a new car and I couldn t be happier on our purchase today. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK TO DO OUR NEXT PURCHASE WITH HIM I PERSONALLY DONT THINK I WILL BUY FROM ANYBODY ELSE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks Peter

I bought a car from Peter at Coptic Auto today and it was the best car buying experience I ve ever had (and I ve bought lots of cars lol). Peter was very upfront about my car needing 2 new tires and he purchased them for me before I took the car home! He walked me around the car and showed me all of the little scratches just so that I was aware. I would highly recommend visiting this car lot if you are in the market for a used car. Exceptional customer service and honesty!
