Bobby and his team are great! Excellent customer service and makes handling all your repair needs stress free. The whole time your vehicle is in their shop they will keep you updated from start to finish and even after the work is completed! I will definitely recommend you take all your auto body repairs and painting needs to Carstar! I've used 2 of their locations and had excellent service every time! Employees are friendly and knowledgeable about your needs and will handle the insurance company for you after you make the claim. I made the mistake of sending my vehicle to this location after I hit a deer which threw the steering and alignment grossly out of center. After being towed to their facility, Carstar Hwy 301 had my vehicle towed to two different shops: one for an alignment and one to recenter the steering wheel since the first shop couldn t properly do the job. Once all was said and done, I paid $300 for a poorly performed alignment when all along, they completely missed the fact that an axle shaft seal had been damaged in the deer impact and was leaking diff fluid at the wheel hub. Now, I am faced with a $1000 repair bill from a Jeep dealer for a problem that Carstar Hwy 301 should have diagnosed from the beginning. Live and learn.
