Carstar of Wilson was amazing! They kept me in the loop the whole time. And any questions I had they had no issues answering. Angie always answered the phone with the most pleasant voice & exceptional customer service. The gentleman who went over what was done was awesome to his name slips my mind. I had written it down but forgot where I put the paper. They texted me continuously about updates. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing collision services. It looks better than when I bought it. Thank You CarStar

I was very impressed with the service, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job on keeping me informed about my vehicle. They delivered on time. Highly recommend them. I will use them again.

Excellent work and customer service. CarStar kept me updated along the way and explained the details about my vehicle in a way I could understand. They helped tremendously with the insurance company of the responsible party especially when it came to making sure my rental car was approved. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent job from start to finish!! From Hailey at the front desk to the 2 gentlemen(sorry forgot their names) who helped us with the car, we couldn't have asked for better service!! Carstar stayed in constant communication with updates and our car looked beautiful when we picked her up! Highly highly recommend!! Thanks so much!!

This auto shop is the absolute best. Everyone was really nice. The work on my car was amazing. They even called me several times to update progress. My car was delivered when promised. Would absolutely recommend this shop.

Went there this morning to receive a estimate. I was great by 2 young ladies at the desk. I asked to receive a estimate for my vehicle damages. And she asked me what insurance do I have and I told her and she said, I'd never heard of that before. And I would need to go to my insurance to get a quote from them and to email it to them. I never received this type of treatment from any of The Body Shop before. I would just take my business elsewhere.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!Knowledgeable staff - 0 StarsCustomer service - 0 StarsWork done - 0 StarsManagement - Unresponsive, just took me 8 calls, 6 voicemails, so ZERO Stars there too.If, as a consumer you care to read the details:My 2 month old truck was hit by a branch, requiring work so I took it to this body shop and I deeply regret my choice.Overall Experience - I had to keep calling to figure out if my truck was ready, even after they stated the would call. Once we were finally told it was ready, we go pick it up and the are parts loose, sealing stoppers missing and scratches that were not there before. Scratches that were clearly absent on any of the pictures taken prior to then doing any work. They denied doing work to my spoiler when in fact that was one the part that incurred the most damage. So did it magically fixed itself or are they so incompetent they didn't even know what they were fixing.I had to comeback a second time and we were still missing the stoppers to my liftgate.The store manager said I had after market parts, while someone else from the staff said they were new due to the age of my truck. SO WHICH WAS IT!!! I am quiet sure my pocket cares and so does my insurance company.I asked for the invoices and parts information and the store manager handed me an invoice he edited, I asked for the corporate office or the owners contact info and they kept refusing to provide it. Finally got a number and a name, called it no response, called another location and they too acted like no one owned any of these locations. After asking several times I got a name, this man was as unhelpful as his incompetent staff.There are no excuses for poor work, it is what you get paid for.CHECK WHAT YOU PAY FOR YOUR PARTS, THEY CALL IT PRICE MATCH, THAT IT BENEFITS THE CUSTOMER. ACCORDING TO WHAT I SEE ONLINE DOESN'T SEEM TO BENEFIT ME AT ALL, EVEN WITH AFTER MARKET PARTS.

I was very disappointed in this place. They did a poor job the first time and after they took it back to redo it the job was still not good. They scratched my fender in the process. Thankfully this was an insurance claim because their prices are ridiculous as well. I'll never be back.

Regret picking this place!!!!Horrible customer service. I had to keep calling to find out when my truck was ready. When I went to pick up my truck, parts were missing, the paint job was horrible. The truck had scratches that were not there before, they messed up the electrical system and now my car will not remote start or unlock properly. The owner was condescending, and dismissive, told me to take it back to the dealership, for something his incompetent staff messed up.Watch out for this people, part prices, if they break something they feel it is ok to send the customer to get it fix.

My fianc� Took her 21 Toyota RAV4. ( due to rear damage ) It s been 5 months so we decided to take her car through a car wash. Well the seal for the rear hatch leaks, finger prints ALL over the interior, and interior panels falling off and won t pop into place. Not to mention they told us 4 different times when we d have the car back. Would not recommendServices: Painting, Body & Trim

As previously said, had a Great experience overall, I Thought I had to take my car back but didn t have to. I realized that I didn t have a problem and that it was a overlook on MY behalf. I felt really dumb! I will bring my car back if needed in the future and will definitely recommend CarStar to anyone who needs their service. Thanks again for everything.

I've been going to Carstar for 3 years. They have repaired my car every time a deer has an encounter with my car. Carstar staff is the best. They are warm and friendly when I enter their establishment. I am very pleased with Carstar. My car looks a lot better after they repair it.

While our car turned out to be totaled, everyone here was super helpful throughout the whole process. I came in feeling like I was going to pass out and there were three separate people who went out of their way to help me. I want to thank them personally because it meant a lot to me! If you re looking for a friendly and caring business to get your car fixed I suggest them without a doubt.

This was maybe my 3rd time as a customer for CARSTAR and this most recent time was the best. Looks like a few people has been switched out and maybe for the betterment of the company. Customer Service and the work that was done on my vehicle was great

This is the second time I have used CARSTAR. I am completely satisfied with the work and the customer service. My car looks perfect. I was actually astounded that the new paint on the rear passenger side was a complete match to the original. It was a WOW moment for me! Everything was explained to me beforehand, and afterwards. The people there are knowledgeable, friendly, yet professional. I hope I don't need autobody repair work again, but if I do, it will certainly be with CARSTAR.

Best body shop in eastern North Carolina! Their customer service is outstanding! They re helpful in answering questions, patient when you don t know something, and keep you informed on what they have done and are doing to your vehicle so that you re always in the know. This crew is efficient and fast, providing optimal service with minimal wait times. I was absolutely impressed with the quality of their work today and they will absolutely have my business in the future. 10/10 recommend!

We took our car in for a small scrape off fender bender. The repairs were absolutely spot on. I have Automotive experience and put my eye all over it. Could not see where they did any repair.
