First they welcomed me and I had no idea what what to do. They were all very nice and shared with me every step of the way. I was a little scared on how my car was gonna come out. But they more than eased my fears all the way through the process. From day one they kept in touch and made sure all my needs were met. And the finished product was amazing she was clean, fixed like new and Cupcake was ready to come home. I enjoyed the journey through the process with these guys. So if you need something fix, trimmed or painted maybe more give them a call they will help you out and make sure your 100% satisfied. Thank you very much

My husband had a deer incident and needed to get his Honda fixed. When I tell you that caliber collisions went above and beyond they really did. Everyone is so friendly. A special thank you to Mr. Ladell he was so knowledgeable and ensured my husband understood the entire process. Our Honda looks brand new!!!

Very professional and punctual! My car was ready in 3 days (did not expect that) and looks brand new!! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Jodie, who attended me, was very outgoing and detailed. Loved working with Caliber Collision!

Caliber Collision is a great repair shop. They repaired my niece's car back to perfection. The staff and technicians are very thorough and friendly. Mr. Ledell Scott was our technician. He was very polite and explained everything to me about the car.

Jodie and her team definitely set the bar for the type of service we all look for.Throughout the repair process she kept updates flowing regularly and even took care of the damages quicker than anticipated.Her team did a fantastic job on the repairs that were required and sent me home in a truck looking good as new.They even took the extra time to thoroughly clean the inside and out.It's the little things that stand out and go a long way.100% Recommend this group!

They had amazing customer service, that not only welcomed me warmly in store, but they also kept me updated throughout the entirety of my car s repair through text.They got the job done in less time than they quoted me which was a very pleasant surprise. The door don t close properly and The panel stops working and you have to open it with a screw driver to open it n unplug a plug n plug it back in to make it work or you can t use the windows out lock the doors

Joy and Emily up front were very professional and welcoming! Jodi and Rachel rock!! Darlene, the parts manager, was very resourceful in locating a couple of backordered parts that were needed to repair my vehicle! All of the ladies at this shop are top notch; very knowledgeable and kept me up to date on my vehicle repairs. Had a great experience they did the job fast and deal with my rental car great customers service they always call you and update you how things going with your vehicle. They clean your vehicle and walk you through to check if you are satisfied. I had bad experience with Capital ford they have good customer service but the painters do do a good job . I didn t have no problem at all with this company I will recommend them percent.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Customer service was amazing. My car was ready on the exact day they said it would be. They went above and beyond and had my vehicle towed to my home since I didn t live in the area. I would definitely recommend this shop!!

The front desk lady was wonderful, I don t know her name but she was super friendly! Elaine, our service advisor, she was amazing and extremely professional. She explained, in details, everything they would do and the time frame as well. The service was fast and our car is perfect again. When we picked it up, after 5:00 pm, we had a fun conversation with her, like we were old friends. We are so glad that Caliber Collision from Raleigh didn t have availability to fix our car and we had to make an appointment at Wilson and meet Elaine and the lady at the front desk. We had a great experience and we really recommend Caliber Collision Wilson -NC.Service: Body & Trim

Super nice people that do GREAT work. We rear ended a van so the front was messed up enough to get the A/C. My repair took longer (5 weeks) because they had to get my insurance to approve additional work (2.5 weeks) and then order the parts. Front desk staff were very friendly and took care of all my needs up to assisting me with getting a rental. Brandon was awesome. Kept me up to date.
