Caliber Auto Glass of Wilson was easy to work with from start to finish. The technician arrived at the appointed time and was very efficient. We found him to also be very knowledgeable and honest. His name was Tracy and I would recommend him to anyone needing their services. We are very happy with the window he replaced for us.

Highly recommend for windshield replacement! I got a free quote in seconds using the website. The price was better than other quotes I received online. I scheduled an appointment via the website too. The best part is that the service men came to my house and I didn t have to sit in an auto shop. They arrived earlier than expected and did a great job.

Rob was absolutely amazing. He texted me to let me know his ETA. When he arrived, he let me know how long the process would take and gave me instructions after he finished. Caliber Auto was wonderful to work with. Great communication and great customer service. Jasin did a great job coming out to our house to replace a cracked windshield. I would highly recommend this company.

Jason was amazing. He went above and beyond for our service! Unfortunately my car was broken into and there was so much glass everywhere. To my surprise, not only was the window repaired but all the glass was cleaned out. This service was the cheapest in the area but with the BEST customer experience.

Wonderful service . Came early than the scheduled time . Completed his job very quick like an hour . He was so good explaining the further step to calibrate and he coordinate with caliber for appointment and all . Got appointment for tomorrow morning at 10 am Amazing job, team caliber. appreciate.

Had my passenger car window destroyed by crooks who got nothing. Had used Caliber Auto Glass for a wind shield replacement earlier this year, so contacted them. Was thrilled they could do this at our home. Jason was great. Arrived on time, took less than an hour and let me watch to see how it all came back together. Thank you.

Installer did a real good job. The only issues are so far Caliber hasn't sent me an paid invoice/receipt or warranty yet and Caliber texted me the day before saying the installer would arrive after 9:45. He arrived at 7:39.

My technician, John D. was very thorough and professional while installing my back windshield. He answered all my questions and cleaned up behind himself very good. I would recommend Caliber Glass to a family member or friend!!

The tech called me to let me know when he was coming and then called again when he was on his way. He was very friendly and completed the job in about an hour. I was very happy with how it turned out.

I've not seen it yet the work was done at the body shop but the glass was put in on the day it was plan the service guy wow he's something so I get a text from caliber auto glass I'm driving so i was going to look at it when i got where i was going to see if i can pay it though the text i was only 20 minutes but one minute the service guy calls me tell me something about he needs payment now that he can't give the keys back to the body tell I pay him and he need the payment now
