I bring my car kn the 29 of June and I pick up today July 10 and NOTHING was done!! The secretary was very RUDE AND NEGLIGENT,James you are the most irresponsible person in the state of NC, the bodyguard broke the spoiler when he moved out of the shelter

I really enjoy my experience at Bunn's Auto. Mr. James is always respectful and nice. He always let me know what is going on with my car before he makes repairs. I will continue to be a valuable customer. I do not take my car anywhere else because I love the great customer service and never have to worry about any issues with my car when leaving. Recent buyer of BMW and have used them on 3 different occasions and the service has been great. Would definitely recommend to foreign car owners. I was referred by a friend and am in love with the customer service. Will fix what's wrong without trying to sell you services not needed

Very happy with the knowledge of the mechanic(Mr. James)he was able to answer all of my questions. They fixed my problem with my car in the time limit that was set. I would recommend Bunn's and son for all your foreign car needs.

I took my Land Rover to Mr James Bunn, because I had a lot of people tell me he was a good honest man and would take care of my problem. Turns out that was not the case. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE DRIVE TO ROCKY MOUNT OR RALEIGH. Mr Bunn was supposed to fix the engine from over heating, long story short. 3 months go by no phone calls, kept getting a voice message and would never have a returned call as many times as I called. I put $900 down and we agreed I pay the other $900 when my car was ready. Well another 2 months go by and he still had not touched my car, he finally calls me to tell me he replaced the blow head gasket and it should be done soon, another month goes by and he calls and says "so I ran into a few other things so I went ahead and basically rebuilt your whole motor, so now you owe me $1,600. Seriously? How unprofessional to not ASK for permission to do a whole engine repair, he wouldn't come off the bill even after keeping my car for 6 and a half months then I pick the car up and make it 10 minutes down the road and the damn thing starts overheating. Well he swore he drove it 5 times before he called me which is hard to believe, very piss poor customer service & communication. It's just the principal of the way you should handle things. Will never spend another dime with these people, Take your money somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was in distress coming off the road and this was the closest repair shop that popped up on Google I had no idea that they only did foreign cars as I came off the highway and was from out of town however the work that would have had to been done to assist myself and my 7 week old grandbaby that was in the car with me could have easily been done.Furthermore I find it rude I pulled up to the bay to get their attention cuz I didn't want to leave the baby alone in the car and they completely ignored me except to try to wave me back I guess to get the other vehicle out but didn't inquire about what was going on.After that car left I pulled into the bay where the old man once again completely ignored me the younger man that was driving the car out of the bank came back and said well we don't serve domestic cars here I said this is an emergency I'm about to break down with my grandson in the car I don't know what's going on with my will on the left side it's shaking a lot he said you'll have to go 6-7 miles up the road to the repair shop that works on American cars we only work on foreign cars here only thing I can offer you is to see if we can call a tow we used to work on American cars but not no more.I said sir this is an emergency I'm about to break down with the baby in my car I really need some help this shouldn't be a hard fix or a hard find out what is wrong with it so my car and myself or my grandson he only insisted that I needed to go to the auto repair place for American cars as I drove a Chrysler Town & Country minivan with taxi lettering as I am a cab company this did not make it any easier for me I had more than enough money to be able to compensate him for the repair for the safety sake of myself and my grandson but he still declined me service.They may be good at what they do but they're completely heartless and I would not buy anything from these people or service recommendations for them at all I ended up breaking down on the way to the shop but I still got help from local people and the Sheriff's Office it's these type of people that don't need to be in business at all because Money Matters more to them than Humanity.If I can give them a lower rating I would it would be zero but I can't give them anything smaller than a 1 *

Paying a $100 for labor just to put headlights and brakelights in isn't my idea of consumer friendly service. However, if you have a German automobile this is the place to go!

Lennie Bunn is a great guy.My daughter's car broke an alternator belt on Sunday afternoon while driving on I-95 near Enfield. Lennie stopped to help, drove to Roanoke Rapids for a new belt, and helped my daughter locate Lloyd (another great guy) in Enfield who installed the belt.Thank God there are still good people in this world, particularly in Wilson and Enfield, N.C.Written by E.D. Very disappointed with this place they have my bmw for more than a month n they call me said ur car is ready I came to pick it up they charged me $1000 n still has same problem I talked to a man his name is Jamis he started with could be this or that I told him can you give me a break on the bill cause you didn t fixed it he said noI won t go back to this place

It took us a year to find them. Even though the yard is filled with cars, we got ours back within 2 days. Price is reasonable.
