VERY POOR AND NASTY ATTITUDE FROM THE OWNER. The job was done terribly as well, basically took touch up paint over some of the areas, forgot clear coat in others, bumps and raises in paint. And the owner blamed his age of 62 and being "forgetful" as the reason for some things not even being done. Will NEVER take another vehicle there and will tell EVERYONE i can to stay away. We were very nice and tried to give him an opportunity to correct it but he just kept being NASTY and RUDE.

I was looking all around wilson for a good auto body repair shop, and found body werx! I was able to get an estimate the same day and they were so helpful and the price for the service was wonderful!! Upon going to my appointment to fix the car, they were very good on timing and the finished product looks so good! Use them if you need body work done! Nasty attitude on the phone. I mean WOW. I can understand where the man was coming from and maybe he was having a bad day. But to hang up twice on someone after talking over them is just poor ethics.. not sure how good their work is

When my daughter was living at home, we were volume customers. Now it's not so bad, but the service and workmanship are still excellent. Recent small repair was well priced and well done, on time and perfect color match!

Very nice on phone; gave us a reasonable offer on vehicle damage repairs; I ll be back with my review on their work & customer service. Excellent job and would highly recommend this business.

Great work at a fair price! Although the job took longer than we anticipated, the final result was worth the wait. The owner and staff kept us informed throughout the process, letting us know about each delay and why. In the end we were very satisfied and will return again, should the need arise.Thanks Bodywerx!

I had a fender bender and lucked into using Bodywerx. Extremely pleasant and professional staff and excellent body work. They worked well with my insurance company and rental car agency so my down time dealing with the accident was minimal. Highly highly recommend!

Its hard to find a buisness that takes pride in their work, these guys surpass that. I got my car back looking better than it did when I bought it new. My insurance company wanted to use a refurbished bumper to save money. They went through a total of 5 bumpers and ended up ordering a new bumper from Dodge. The used ones sent were damaged. This really shows their standards for quality work. Much appreciated, thanks Derick!

Not only very poor work, but a poor excuse for management as well, I am appalled that this manager would send verbal threats to my personal phone about the work performed that was unsatisfactory to begin with.
