I ordered a battery for my car online. When I arrived they had my battery sitting there on the counter ready to be installed. The associate was pleasant and had my battery installed in no time. Overall a great experience! I will be returning here when I need a battery of any kind.

Donna and the whole staff is great. I was having issues with my claim from the insurance company for my phone and it took a week and all day today to get things straightened out with the insurance but they hung right in there with me and Donna even came back to work to help me with everything so I didn t have deal with it another day longer. I was able to go home with my phone. They were awesome and patient and very friendly and I will be back for my future needs.

A great key fob experience. Dealer didn t have. The store didn t either but ordered and saved me hundreds. Not to mention the fob I needed was back ordered at dealer for 30 days. Just a rare win ..thanks

I bought a replacement battery from Batteries Plus Bulbs and it was a great experience. I had no problem navigating their website and I got 10% off of the purchase price. The item I purchased was ready for pickup the same day. I stopped by to pick it up after work and it was actually there. The personnel was very nice, knowledgeable and quick. I was in and out in just a couple of minutes.

Went and got my iPhone 11 screen replaced and had to take it back twice because the screen was not replaced correctly. Second time I took it back the screen was lifting off the phone and the manager said she can replace the screen, but I would have to pay an additional 80$. Don't waste your money here. This place is a joke. Corporate is an even bigger joke.

Ordered online for store pickup, and shipping took a week. When my very important key did finally arrive, they failed to notify me in any way, either by as-promised email or by telephone - even after I called them earlier in the week looking for my very important key. When I called back and they eventually found my key, I drove down an waited 45 minutes while they couldn't program my key. Ended up just getting a refund. In her defense, the manager offered to try to make things right if she could, but at that point I had no new key and nothing else really would have made me happy.

Went to your Wilson store this morning to pick up an online order and was greeted and helped by a very sweet and friendly young lady. I didn't catch her name, but her service was fast, friendly and effecient. Most of all wad thanked with a friendly smile on my way out. You guys are the best. Keep up the good work .

Friendly, helpful, proactive staff. I bought a replacement battery for my jetski only for the store to call me later to tell me that my old battery was still good and offered to hold my old battery and refund me once i returned the newly purchased battery. This was totally unexpected. Two thumbs up to BPB staff.

Bought battery for truck. Ordered on line for 10% savings, plus received coupon for $10 mail-in rebate. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Worked safely by asking to delay installing battery due to raining & storms in area. Returned a few hours later for quick install. Both guys thanked me for my business. I will continue to give my Wilson, NC Batteries Plus my business.

The online experience was great, and I was able to get a great deal on the battery I purchased. Unfortunately, when I went to the store for the pickup and install, I needed to assist the technicians with the job. I would have given a 5 star rating, if I did not need to assist. Thanks!

Very helpful and courteous. But when faced with a motorcycle battery they didn't have a direct replacement for, sold my wife what their catalog recommended but obviously bigger in all dimensions than the old one she had in hand. Not a winner in this case. Had to return it.

I ordered online and pick up at the store was easy, they had my battery when I got there, I gave them my pick up number and the guy came out to install my battery in my car, However he was unable to loosen the battery harness and suggest I take it to a mechanic. I left with the battery and was able to install the battery myself. I found out that the guy had been turning the bolt the wrong way that's why he was unable to remove the battery. I guess it could be considered an easy mistake but he works here and changes batteries daily.

By far the best service i have had at a place in a long time. The lady behind the counter was very knowledgeable about the different batteries there and even got me to buy a few LED light bulbs that i love. I highly recommend going there for all your battery needs. Just ask for ginger i think was her name

Mower batteries are less in Rocky Mount & Goldsboro don't fall for those prices. Price check is best! Store looked cluttered & more like a swap meet than a retail store

I forgot the Gentleman and Lady name but they when out of their way for me. I went to another place to get a battery for my riding lawnmower. They recommended the wrong battery to me and gave my exchange battery to whoever pick up them. Within a days time. Long story short...without a battery to show " Batteries Pkus Bulbs" , they were able to find me a perfect fit. Thanks guys

I received great service and they were very friendly! Also, if you re having key fob/key battery problems please go to Battery Plus first! AutoZone and any other place similar is a waste of time. They won t install your battery.

I have been dealing with Batteries Plus in Wilson for many years, and I must say the experiences have been steadily going down hill. My most recent disappointment was last Monday when I made an appointment with them to have my daughters cell phone fixed. I live in North Rocky Mount, so the trip to Battereis Plus is about 35 minutes each way. I left work early, rushed home, got my daughter and made it to Wilson on time for my 4:30 Appointment. I handed the phone to the staff (sandy brown hair shoulder length lady) and she removed the phone from it case and laid it completely on the counter. She rocked it back and forth on opposite corners and said the frame was bent and could not be fixed? First off, why is this not explained online so we know there is a chance it cant be fixed??? BUT what really frosts me is the phone has a CAMERA....the CAMERA has a lens protection ring, which is raised from the frame of the phone....SO IT CANT SIT LEVEL ON THE TABLE unless she put the camera over the edge... REGARDLESS, we wasted and hour and a half of our time and fuel because of the ignorance of the staff.. I just spoke with the Manager Michelle, and while she wanted to be helpful, the most she could offer was "I appologize". I did not expect the world, but I certainly thought I would have been treated better, as in fact she played "that is your side of the story cause I was not here" ploy with me. As an employer I know how hard it is to get good help, but I also know that customer service is what keeps people coming back.. I will not return to this store, and possible boycott Battereis Plus in general. The icing on the cake was when I got the email asking why I missed my appointment... REALLY.Since the price was almost the same as Apple I would recommend and will only visit Apple approved service centers in the future.

I went in the location on Monday, September 1, 2014. I was returning so bulbs that I purchase that was the wrong size. the employee name Frank. he is an older man, he had a bad attitude. He went in the back office and was calling me out of my name. I told him, I was going to report him. He told me he did not care. Frank doesn't belong working with the public. I know they can find someone that like there job and are not prejudice.But I told the Louis the manager, I think about my experience and he said. He was going to address the issue. How do you get mad with a guest for returning light bulbs. I think he should be remove from the store. Debbie

When I purchased my golf cart batteries it was raining, however that did not stop the employees of the store from removing the old batteries from my car and loading the new batteries. I installed the batteries into my golf cart and after charging them, they worked perfectly. When my other golf cart needs batteries, I will purchase them from Batteries Plus.

This place was great. I was lost when it came to buying a new battery for my car they were able to explain it to me without making me feel stupid. In my opinion this is the only place I will ever by batteries from again and so should everyone

I needed a key cut and programmed in Wilson NC and Candace went above and beyond to satisfy me and make sure I had what I needed. She was AMAZING!!!! Best customer service ever!!!!

Great place to find batteries that u can find anywhere else. Employees here are very nice people. Good customer service.
