Michael and his staff always take great care of us. We have several service vehicles we have taken on several occasions and we always need them back promptly as they are service vehicles that need to be on the road. The staff always arranges a time that is convenient for us to eliminate downtime on our end. Once they receive the vehicle they always call and keep me updated to any findings and the costs that will be associated with the repairs. On more than 6 occasions now they have jumped on our repairs to get us back to work as fast as possible and all with affordable repairs. I ve known Michael for many years and he is a very dedicated trade professional. We run a service business and it s important that we always keep the vehicles top notch and on the road. Thanks again for all you do!

I highly recommend this business. I was told by two other businesses that I needed a new transmission. I decided to get a third opinion and I'm so glad I did. Someone recommended Aycock's to me . Micheal checked out my vehicle and told me I needed transmission fluid and new spark plugs. What I thought was going to be a $3000 to $5000 repair ended up being less than $600. I was also happy to find out they do everything for your vehicle except tires so I will definitely be back for future repairs and maintenance. Thank you Micheal!Service: Auto maintenance

I am so glad that I found this repair shop right here in WIlson, NC!I didn't really want to bring my Mini to the dealer in Raleigh because of distance, but the engine repair required dealer-level service.Aycock Import & Domestic was great from start to finish.Clean, modern appearance, professional and knowledgeable people, and best of all, correct diagnosis and perfect repair at a fair price!I you care about your car and it needs fixing, go here first!Service: Engine repair

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! We broke down on our trip to Florida from Massachusetts. We googled foreign car repairs near us and found this business on a Sunday night and was able to text the owner. He replied in under a half hour, got towed to his shop, diagnosed repair and gave us a fair price and we were on our way Monday. What a great guy! Thank you Mike and team!

I actually pulled my car from his shop before he was able to rob me.His tactic is to call you and tell you where the current estimate is as if he's still looking for problems. he called me telling me the cost stood at $250I was fine with that, he said if I find anything else i'll let you know and he came back saying he found more issues so the price is over $500 now.during this entire process he was asking personal questions relative to how deep my pockets were.I took my car out of his shop because my mother told me she let him work on her car before and when he replaced her transmission he replaced it with a used one that was shot as well. he overcharged her for a new one anyways.I took my car to Amco in rocky mount and saved over $300 dollars!!!! Avoid this place.

My mother had her Yukon Transmission rebuilt by Aycock Import and Domestic. Yukon is running great and they do NCSI also which makes it nice to have it all done in one place.My daddy also had a replacement transmission put in his dodge truck and it runs great. We are very pleased with Aycock Import and Domestic Auto Repair and Transmission Shop.

No communication with you at all. We told them to check to see if the transmission was bad. They repaired a piece on my vehicle and said that was the problem. Drove it home and it still was not fixed. Took it back a second time and all of sudden the transmission is bad. Y all should have figured this out before you charged us x amounts of dollars. Not ok! I will not recommend this business. I m sorry if you don t know or can t figure it out, then the professional thing to do would be to just say you don t know. I can respect that, but to fix a part and to still have a problem. Not 5 star at all!!

Took my truck to be flushed because wrong transmission fluid was added. They said it would be $270, then called back the 2 days later and said it would be over $400. I got my truck back and it was worse than when I dropped it off. The truck also moves while it's in park and the gear shift is broken. He said that it was like that before I brought it to him. Very disappointed in the service and the overcharge. I will not recommend anyone to this place. Highway robbery.

I was looking around for a cheap but professional mechanic to replace my water pump in my van. I called and they were the cheapest with labor and the warranty. I got set up for my appointment took it in and picked up very happy customer and will be returning for more of there service

First the people were super nice.After letting them know what was going on with the car and what had already been done we left the car with them from Thursday to the following Tuesday they couldn't figure out what was going on why it wasn't running correctly. Money paid for the diagnostic was refunded.

Had a starter replaced. Vehicle delivered at 1:00 in the afternoon and finished the same day. Great service.
