I went in some weeks back looking for rivets and retaining clips for my wheel well fender. I was greeted by an employee who told me exactly where I could find them. Tthe rack was well organized and things were easily accessible.I was pretty much in and out in 5 minutes.I bought two different types but one of them was too small so I had to go back the next day.Exchanging those retaining clips for a bigger option was not a problem. I was on and out in less then 5 minutes.

Recently while traveling I experienced a potential catastrophic failure on my truck. To make a patch job I stopped at this Autozone in Wilson NC, Bobby the manager on duty and Jonah a sales person worked hard and paid attention to details to make sure I got exactly what I need to make my repair, even checked on me before closing down the store to see that I had all I needed. In a time where so many can t see past their personal space, these stand out people need recognized for their job performance!! Thank you Bobby and Jonah store 4955.

I am extremely disappointed in this store. I had a battery that was under warranty, and they gave me the run around.The only good thing they did was run a diagnostic test on the battery and gave me the printout. This was helpful when I went to another store.First, they told me there was nothing wrong with my battery. It just needed to charge. The first line on the report said Battery Condition: BADThen, when I mentioned I wanted it swapped because it was under warranty, they tried telling me the warranty only covered the core charge and not the cost of the battery. They kept repeating this like I would be dumb enough to not understand. (Side note: when the battery is swapped at the store, there is no core charge. That is only when you take it home and you are expected to bring the bad one back)I told them thank you for the paperwork, and I left. The next day, I went to my local Autozone, showed them the paperwork, and they were ready to replace the battery. They didn't have one in stock, so they went to another store that had it, and took it down ready for me. Once I had a location that wanted customers and had the battery, I was done in 20 minutes.

We came cruising from Jersey to this auto zone and our battery completely died. Mel D. Was amazing not only did he help us with the battery installation but made us laugh and feel at ease! This is the kind of employees that make a bad situation so much better! Appreciate it!!!

MEL IS THE BEST EVER! He was so helpful while trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. He was so patient with me and upfront about all the costs/issues it could be/ things to be careful of in the future. The best AutoZone ever. I came frustrated with my day but he made it better! Thanks Mel!

Found myself needing a new battery (so I thought) stopped by today and was greeted instantly by Heather..I shared my opinion of what I thought was wrong, she could have easily sold me a battery but she suggested testing the battery instead of just purchasing one. To my surprise the battery was still good just needed some corrosion cleaned off! She didn t even hesitate she cleaned the battery in this extreme heat & as I inquired on some things under the hood she was very knowledgeable & informative! She definitely went over & beyond for this customer!! This speaks volumes about her integrity & appreciation of her job which by the way she was actually the manager. Perfect example of leading by example!

Mel D was awesome today helping me with cleaning supplies for my 2017 SS Camaro. Very knowledgeable young man and I will be returning to the Raleigh Road store and asking for Mel D

Website shows they have an item on the website to find out its a lie. Employees including management slow and a joke. Female walking around looks right at me standing at the counter and keeps walking. The young male is trying to zip up his sweater, looks at me at the counter and continues to mess with the zipper. The older male is having a conversation with a guy about getting eye surgery and never having to wear glasses again. The young male finally comes to the counter but across from where um standing and says "i can help whomever is next". I look and im the only one at the counter. I show him the part online that shows its in stock and he asks to see the part so I show it to him and he walks off with my phone. I ask for the phone back and he gives it back then walks away. He returns and leans against the counter staring at the female worker. He then decides to walk towards her and they go to the back. After a few minutes they return but with 3 cameras that look nothing like what i showed him. The female looks at me and says "we don't stock that item but if you come back in 2 days we can get it for you". I ask "then why look at the computer dazed and confused and come back with 3 boxes that look nothing like what I'm asking for. Obviously it shows you have it because if you didn't have it, I wouldn't still be standing here". The female employee says "it will be here in 2 days". I tell them "no need because I'm not coming back here to shop again. Obviously inventory is not correct".At least the Nashville AutoZone store has what they show they have online in inventory.

I m going to make this quick! I only encountered with Brian while I was in this store today. All I can say is that Autozone is lucky to have such a vested employee. Polite, pleasant, fast and all around great guy to have help me. Called another store for another filter I needed too. On top of that, not only did he install my Civic s cabin filter, he literally wiped the glove compartment clean! Thanks again Brian!

Mel is a MAJOR asset to AutoZone of Wilson on Raleigh Road! He is extremely courteous to everyone that comes into his store and if he doesn t have what you need in stock, he will look it up! Kudos to AutoZone for having such an experienced worker such as Mel!

Brian Phat went above and beyond replacing the battery on my 1994 Nissan pickup. The old battery was... old. 10 years old, to be exact. When he went to switch it out with the new battery, the terminals broke.Brian spent more than an hour making repairs. During that time, he was never cross or acted annoyed. I appreciate him and the service he provided.

Stopped by here for some windshield wiper blades bc I was preparing to travel back to NY soon, the woman that helped me out (Heather) was sweet as pie, grabbed what I needed quickly & even put them on for me So grateful for that bc I would have been out there for hours

The employees were very nice and friendly. There wasn't much selection in the way of car speakers but i guess thats not a huge surprise. Ive usually find what I need here. They also have a pretty good rewards program if you do shop there frequently, so if you've got a project going, like I do, that can be helpful. Will be back for sure

I had looked up the parts I thought I needed when my phone. The store manager, Heather, searched on my vehicle and found that I did in fact have the wrong wipers. Excellent customer experience and I will definitely go back not just for wipers.

My visits are always awesome here. hands down the best parts store in town, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. they always greet me at the door and put the product in my hand and give me tips. Eddy & Jackie are always a great help with my needs. always keeping the customer happy which brings my business to this store only.

Very friendly place to go. There was a smart hispanic manager that was very helpful that i havent seen in a while. However, Marilu was there to help me understand the problems that i have been dealing with my car. although there were limations in place due to covid, she helped me understand the troublecodes that my check engine light showed with a genuine interest. I know that if i have any problems, she will be the one that i go to from now on.
