They didn't have exactly what I was looking for and the suggestion was made to look online. I was looking for floor liners for a 2009 Kia Sportage. While they had liners that may have worked, I wasn't sure whether to purchase them. I appreciate the honesty even though I have to shop elsewhere.

We can't say enough about how grateful we are for Tim C. Store Manager, who saved us from being stranded on southbound 95 headed home from Virginia to Florida. He went above a beyond to get us back on the road. His hospitality to not just deliver parts but offered a ride to the store and back to our broke down vehicle and stand by just incase we needed another part is genuine customer service. Tim C the store manager is one of the nicest and dedicated AutoZone employees I've had the pleasure to meet.While traveling from Virginia back to Florida we had a breakdown on I 95 SB outside of Wilson NC. I called the Wilson AutoZone store to inquire if I could get parts delivery to me. The very gracious female employee transfered me to the store manager,after explaining our situation Tim came out on his lunch break and picked me up. Drove me to his store and was very thorough that I had everything I needed to repair my vehicle. Tim then drove me back to my truck and even stuck around to ensure I was able to get back on the road and back home to Florida.Wonderful to know there are still dedicated and caring employees out here.Kudos to Tim C and AutoZone employees of Wilson NC...

This AZ saved us! After 13 hours of waiting for AAA to show up the night before (battery died at 7pm on a Friday night, we found Auto Zone at 8 the next morning), this store replaced our truck s battery so that we could get to Florida to care for my mother-in-law. The truck was packed from top to bottom with our belongings because we knew we would at least be there for a month. So once the battery died, my husband wouldn t leave the truck for any length of time. I don t know what we would ve done without this store and the man who changed the battery was SO nice! Thank you so much to this Auto Zone and to your amazing employee!

Great staff. Knew what I needed. Just did not have it in stock. They suggested the Autozone on Raleigh Road Parkway (that was a mistake)Nothing against this store. They did everything they could to help me.

Got right at closing, a headlamp had burned out and had to drive 200 miles. Staff friendly and helped me get the right lamp.

I had the best service tonight. My headlights went out I stopped to get headlights Asia was very helpful. The other gentleman tried changing them for me but was unsuccessful however was very pleasant. They both went above and beyond and apologized but told me to drive safely home. Asia even gave me a name and number of someone that could maybe change them for me. Service was just wonderful. Thanks again to both of them as it was cold and I had my daughter with me as they tried so hard to help me. Thanks again for your kindness.

It's not often, as a woman, you go to any type of auto store or mechanic and they honestly say what's wrong and give you sound advice. The associate that helped me was friendly, courteous, and actually asked what was happening when I noticed the change in my car. He then hooked it up to the machine and told me what he think happened. He told me everything should be fine but if I noticed it happening again what to do. Over all a great experience

Very friendly service and was able to find what I was looking for with the help of an employee from here. Even after the purchase I was replacing the part that I bought in the parking lot and the person working came out to see if I ever need some assistance so I very much appreciate this place

Very unprofessional & it's not the 1st time, everytime I go in there it's always something. If it's 30 mins before closing they'll lie or tell you anything just to try to get rid of you. If I hadn't of already called & confirmed part was there I would of never gotten it bc the guy acted like he looked it up & said it was out of stock & then I said I just called & yall had 3 in-stock & that want but 20 mins ago & then he said oh yea I must of hit wrong key.

They said they had part in store. So I drove all way there. After seemingly a half hour they announced that they were not only showing they had one in the store but they had two. Do you think they could find either one? NO!! Mike did finally deliver out to me which was wonderful, thanks for that. BUT it was after the repair shop had closed. I was told it was because part coming from their "HUB" (which was supposed to be 4:00) was late. True it was tropical storm weather but I had made it to y'all.

If you needed it they got it. If they don t got it they ll get, usually no later than the next day.

Staff was very rude and very standoffish; wound up leaving what I bought there and had to return to get it... Cashier never bagged it or gave me receipt

Little bit of a wait. When i walked in, there was 2 customers in Line I made #3. Heard someone behind the counter but they never came up front until i waled to the back and seen 1 employee stocking and there it8her employee helping a customer in the back. After asking is there anybody upfront they both came upfront the the third employee popped out from the back.

I have the worst experience, I have to return a item and the manager was rude, she don't even wear her name tag and she did everything with a ugly face, the rest of the stuff they was pretty helpful

I went in to ask one of what looked like a manager a question. I wanted to know where a part went on my car, and while I had his attention I was going to ask him about a part in my dash that was cracked. If they had it I was gonna buy it. Only problem is he acted as if he were too busy to help me, which he wasn't. And was short with me as I politely asked for his help. I was aggravated so I just left. I won't ever spend any of my money in this store, right across from Wilson NC mall. The store that used to be Blockbuster Video.

[ 28NOV2021SUN UPDATE #2 ]No worries. After we later arrived at an O'Reilly's (who didn't close until 9pm Sunday.I realized I had actually had bought the 2-bulb pack at O'Reilly's.They fixed me right up.Thanks guys, and you were closer on our 93-mile trip home. I know where to stop now.28NOV2021SUN UPDATE ] Well scratch that last review. I pulled up with a right turn/brake light filament out at 8:58pm and a guy met me with a chuckle and "sorry we're closed buddy".I had an extra bulb and only needed a tool to take out a couple screws, replace the bulb and we'd safely be on our way.[Previous experience noted below]We were nearly 100 miles from home and on our way from visiting family. When we encountered a Check Engine light warning.Thanks to Andy who waited right til 2-minutes til 10pm and read our codes and gave us a printout to study. Since I felt it wasn't a drastic code (evap pressure), i felt comfortable and reassured enough to continue our trek home.Thanks again and hats off to Andy for going above and beyond...
