Waste of time.I called for an alignment based on a recommendation from the place that did my tires. I was given a fair price and a time for me to show up and get the work done. I asked if they needed any information from me and was told "No, just be here at 1:00 (the next day) and we'll get you taken care of". I assumed this meant I had an appointment and, given the the other reviews, that they were a competent business capable of managing a schedule.When I arrived (on time) I was told by the man behind the counter who couldn't be bothered to put his personal speakerphone call, or his chicken wings, on hold, that they didn't have time for me. I told him that I had called the day before and was told to bring my truck in at 1:00. His reply "oh that's why we don't make appointments". So I took time out of my day and off of work for nothing other than to write a review on Google and sit in bewilderment at why many local business can't understand why they are not frequented. I tried.

I could of done a better alignment with two 4 foot levels and one measuring tape. $29.99 at Walmart and gotten a better alignment don't waste your money here. Fat man had my wheels toe out by 1/8.

Greg is one of the best guys and a prompt business man. If he aligns your vehicle you can be sure it s aligned right. Anything he fixes, you can be assured it is quality work and done correctly. He doesn t add things just to gouge the customer like the quick lube and fly by night shops. Thank you, Greg Waddel for doing such great service for the Wilson Community and surrounding areas. This is a Christian owned and operated business and I completely support them. You should too!

I've been taking all my vehicles to this shop for alignment and never been disappointed, even when they find something else bad with the suspension they always let me know, in fact, the tires on my wife's van was bad and I couldn't tell by looking at them and they told me needed to be replaced and they were right.
