I I called O Reillys on Forest Hills road and asked for information SHE provided quickly, but you would have thought she had diarrhea, she should work at a rush job! I called Advance and gentleman was very helpful and in no hurry to get away from phone! Thank you!

As always I was very impressed with the service and quality of the parts I purchased. Being without my car and having to take public transportation to get the parts to fix it is definitely a hassle. I called the store and asked is there any way I could have the part I needed held at the register till I could get there and they said sure no problem. It took me an hour to get there and when I did they actually had picked the part and had it at the front for me. It was the only thing that day that went right. Thanks for doing what y'all say and for providing awesome customer service. I'm absolutely a customer for life.

The prices on the shelf do not reflect the price on the register. I let it slide the first time but it's been 8 months and there prices are still not correct. False advertising is a normal every day thing at this location. it's only 3 minutes from my house so I always make sure I pay attention to the price advertised.

Personnel are helpful and friendly! Battery testing is fast and informative. New battery installation is very efficient. Very pleased with my visit to this store!

The Employee had a bad attitude,he was mad,threatened to unplug the phone, he had 4 or 5 customers in the store,sounded off he was the only one there which wasn't true,another Employee was helping a lady outside. I left and went somewhere else. He handled the situation poorly

This is the place for your in town automotive parts list shopping, this Team will have you up and running in no time, experienced in all car's and Truck's and fast friendly service, delivery to shops may be available, great walk in service also.

Poor customer service. First, the price tags of the item I purchased was wrong. Then, the sales person gave me the wrong price too and failed to correct the error when he rang me up. When I caught the problem on the receipt and called the manager about the situation, he was ruded about it. Tried to cut me off like I didn't know what I was talking about. So yeah, I will be buying my parts for a different auto parts store from here on out.

Always super helpful..one thing I learned about this place..go online n place your order for pickup at your local store..you'll usually save 20% - 25%..so you can go to store and pay full price or order online n pickup within 30 mins n save some money..

When i was looking around after getting 2 windshield whippers for a friend the workers made me feel like i was committing a felony i got the feeling they sudspected i was gonna steal something honestly they were rather unprofessional....
