Very friendly, but very slow service. Came to get a hole in my tire patched, with only one other car here. Took two hours of me sitting here for them to finish. But again, staff was very friendly and helpful.

In regards to my boyfriends previous visit to this location for tires, many issues afterward were assessed! Including gunk on multiple rims from these tires, and his center hubcap falling off while in transit, which could ve been dangerous. The customer service could ve have been better as well. This is truly unacceptable, when you pay for for an expensive service like tires you expect great quality work, which was not received! Walmart this is a disappointment do better!

needed a used tire after car had caught a flat early morning. was met by a older gentlemen who was trying to charge me 114+ for a brand-new tire. which I get. because walmart doesn't sell used. But then told me it would take two hours to do it. Which he stated wouldve been 10 am I was already there when they opened at 7am so I didn't see the reason for such a long wait. Stated he was short staff but he also 2 other employees in with him as well. I do believe that a lot of places are understaffed..but a tire change shouldn't take 3 hours either.

Not really sure right now. I don t think I ll ever be bringing my vehicle here to this location in particular anymore. Brought it here for routine oil change and found out a few weeks later when at another WTL location in Shallotte that THIS store here screwed up and replaced my oil drain cap in too tight or crossed the threads so oil change that I went in there for could not be done. Good thing they told me at Shallotte; but this is a hassle that I definitely do not need when I drive for my living to see patients.I called this locations and the service manager gave me no problems and said to bring it back and fix it. Now I m here on a Saturday getting my oil changed HERE again AFTER they fixed what they messed up instead of enjoying the weather. They cannot fix the time of mine they have wasted and the inconvenience they have created plus the potential damage to my vehicle. Now that I think of itI WILL NOT ever bring my vehicle back here again for anything and I want my money refunded.

Charles was a big help (and a nice/funny guy) in selecting new tires for my car. The install took slightly longer than anticipated due to a faulty Tire Pressure sensor but they resolved the issue. Very satisfied with the quality of the tires (General Exclaim HPX) and the smoothness of the ride compared to my old set. Saved some money on the purchase compared to others in the area.

I got the oil change package where they check some of your fluids, air pressure and clean a little. They did not check my air pressure although I sure wish they had of. I knew my tire pressure light was on and then when my car was returned I was assured it takes time to reset which I know it does but it never went off. Two days later I had a flat. There s absolutely no way they could have checked that and topped it off with air like they promised to do when 2 days later I needed air in it and my light never went off. Also they barely vacuumed and did a very poor job if they even did it cleaning my windshield which was also included in this package. The wait was 2 hours also.

Got 4 tires installed. It took longer than I would have liked because of a staffing issue. Staff seemed like they didn't want to be there.

Showed up at 7:05 AM for a tire losing air. I have road hazard warranty through WalMart. I was the 2nd person in the shop. It took them until 9:30 am to plug a tire. Replacing a tire doesn t take that long much less a plug for a nail. Worst experience from a service shop I ve ever had. Plugs take 15 minutes or less.

Tire was loosing air, walmart was close. Counter person quoted 30 to 45 minutes depending on what needed to be done (repair or replace tire) they would let me know. 1 hr & 15 mins later they pulled my car out & parked it. After another 15 mins of waiting I asked what was going on. He didn't know, had to go check. Came back & said it was all done. I asked what the problem was & what they did, he said he didn't know. I asked if he didn't know what was done how did he know what to charge me. He looked @ paperwork, one line said plug tire. I asked what was in the tire? They didn't list it & he didn't know. The repair seems to be holding so far. I would go back but I was a bit frustrated with the time frame & lack of information & notification. Thank you.

These guys are awesome! I usually get my oil changes here but today they saved me from a dead battery. They were able to install it when other places said they couldn t. They are really nice (and funny) every time I have work done.

I apparently share the experience of some others in this review. Cheapest tires in town. Uncontrollably shaking when hit 50mph. Called the location let the phone ring for over 5 minutes before someone answered. I was told that we must have lost "something" to cause it to be "unbalanced" and that we need to have them balanced again. Asked several times what the issue was and asked for the guy to speak up, because he sounded mousy, but to no avail he kept it to a whisper. Always an issue with Walmart.. Too bad they don't train employees better. No pride in their work.

I was visiting from out of town over Easter weekend when a scary oil light came on. Then I learned at Advance Auto that the hood release pull was broken. When they couldn't figure out how to get the hood open, they sent me here. The staff on Saturday night (Matt in particular) tried a bunch of different things to get it open, without success. He told me to come back the next morning, so the manager could try. Again, no luck. They referred me to a garage that could probably help on Monday (and they have). I really appreciate their going above and beyond to try to help!

Just had my oil change. They were awesome dog loving peeps. All the staff I had the pleasure of meeting were nice professional and fast. I even checked my oil and that is came out clear

Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. Didn't have an appointment. Got in fast. Found a nail in my tire. Fixed it very satisfied .

Needed balance and rotation got their early sort of 45 minutes not bad they did good job I like they use torque wrench to check every lug nut

I spent $500 on tires and couldn't even get them to plug a nail hole after waiting 45 minutes. Across the street at Porters Neck Tire & Auto they plugged it for free in 5 minutes.

Needed tires mounted on trailer. They were very accommodating. Done right in very reasonable time.

My wife asked me to come here. Said the open at 7 am, 10 after 7 ther lights are off, the door is locked, and the employee whom I assume is running this thing is just walking around. I guess it's a management issue and I should have known better.
