Waited for an hour and half for them to tell me they can t change my one tire because it s z- rated whatever that means. I m like I just had my tires changed here a couple months ago, why can t they do them now? She said I m sorry they can t. So I go to leave then the mechanic tells me he figured it out so i come back in and wait more. And then the lady comes back and says she s sorry but he wasn t thinking right and he can t do the one tire. Just beyond frustrating because I ve wasted my time for nothing when I couldve maybe gotten my tire changed somewhere else. I m still sitting here when they told me 10 min ago they couldn t do it?!? Like what are they doing with my car???

They need more staff. You can't ever call and get anyone to answer. They want you to set up an appointment but you can't do it over the phone if they won't answer.

The service is good once you get in, but if you try to call the service center on the phone. Good luck. Other than that, they are nice.

They smoked marijuana in my car after I goty oil changed and got my car back it reeked of marijuana, called to talk to someone but they said come in and talk to them

Came in for an oil change. Service was fast and friendly. Would ve been five stars if there wasn t oil residue left on my center console, shift knob and steering wheel. Guessing the tech didn t wash their hands before driving, but it s all good, it was easy to clean up.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The staff is incompetent, never answers the phone( I tried 3 separate days, no answer). They have no dependability when it comes to online orders, and can't find them when you come in for repair. I will mail my tires to a 3rd party to have it fixed next time. Walmart auto is completely unreliable, do not trust them with the care of your vehicle.

Trying to call and get up with an associate in the ACC is next to impossible. Instead of being able to confirm over the phone that they had the battery I needed, I had to drive across town to visually check since my usual Walmart did not have one in stock. Luckily they had plenty in stock for that particular group size. The woman who helped me warranty swap my battery was very pleasant and professional. New battery works great!

If I could give them no stars I would've but 1 is the Lowest I can goI came in two days ago and got two new tires and not even a day later one was popped, they told me I couldn't get the hole plugged even though there was only a small hole in the tire from who knows what & proceed to tell me I have to get another whole new tire so I did and told them I'd be paying with a card over the phone .when I came back the staff was very rude and the customer service help side of things... There was no one there who could actually help and when the "manager" came over she told me there was nothing they could do but take the tire off with rude mannerism and told me after the fact I'm not allowed to pay with a card over the phone even though I've done it many times before. Rude staff.bad customer service.non attentive.Will not be coming back.Service: Tires

Called before I went to make sure they could take me because they are first come first served. I checked in with the wonderful ladies at the desk, waited about 15 minutes all bays were full. My whole experience from start to finish was maybe an hour, I has tires rotated and oil changed, they checked all fluid levels I was very please with my service and customer service. I will go to Walmart on Sigmond Road for services again. I asked about trying to take a small tractor tire off to get air in it, they nice gentleman showed me a small compressor made to keep in my car. Needless to say I got the $22 compressor and it works like a charm, Thanks for the great service.Service: Oil change

Great staff, seem always friendly so far. Only issue is the short staffing and not being able to get service due to that. At least they seem to hire good team otherwise. The wait isn't too bad either but I've never done it on a weekend. Thanks for good service though and for being nice and friendly.

They get very busy quickly. I was told about an hour wait for my tire change but waited a little over 2 hours. I think they are understaffed because i went in on a Saturday morning and only 2 men were working on the cars and 1 at the register. They were all nice though and the price was in budget. Overall i didn't have too bad of an experience. I'll be back for my next tire change.

They declined to do my oil change because they claimed the oil plug was rusted and could not get it to come out. Took it straight to Valvoline and they had no problem removing it. So Walmart wasted over 45 minutes of my time because they were to lazy to change my oil. Received great service from Valvoline.

I went to change my new tires off the stock steel wheels, and have them put on stock alloys. The girls working went above, and beyond to help me. They were quick, and efficient. Not only that, they found a way to give me a discount, because I am a disabled veteran. I must say, this Wal-Mart is becoming one of my favorite places to shop for everything.

I recently just bought a set of Douglas all season tires all season tires from here.. Both tires the metal band was broken inside of them. Had them replaced with warranty and with warranty and same problem with the new tires new tires. Apparently they do not check their tires before they put them on your vehicle on your vehicle and also want to give you a hard time with the warranty. What a waste of time!! Took my car to have oil changed and head lamp replaced as soon as they opened. There was only one car ahead of me. They took an hour and a half only to tell me they couldn't replace the headlight bulb because it required removing bolts. If they had told me this at the beginning, I could have taken my car to a real shop that is capable. Manger Stephen and Jeremy offered nothing but excuses. I will never do business with them again.

I called to speak with a tire center representative but instead I spoke with a very unfriendly unhelpful representative that seemed to only know word "okay". The lack common curiosity was unnecessary and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend taking your questions and concerns somewhere else.

I am rating this on customer service, as they could not do the work because my lug key was missing. Mr. Miller checked me in and was courteous and friendly. One of the service guys whose name I believe was Carr was no nice to me and took time to talk to me about the situation.

Just called and was just wanted to know what time they close. Before I could say anything the man on the phone said with an attitude "we close promptly at 6 and we're all booked up". First of all I didn't ask all that. I just need to know the time you close so I could come buy a tire. But with that nasty attitude I'll take my service elsewhere. If I could give a half of half of a star I would. Poor customer service doesn't even negate a full star.

I would give this venue a 5 star review, but Walmart literally just strains their employees to the max. The employees are fantastic, but honestly, they could not humanly possibly handle the demand forced among them. Shame on the executives for forcing their own employees to work at an inefficient level where customers will always be dissatisfied.

I checked in for 2 tires (with a 7 month old) at 11am and was done shoping and back waiting at 12:00. I saw my car go in the baby at 12:30 and at 12:55 they come tell me & counter help that the car is too low to go on the lift and they cant change the tires. My problem is that they let me check in and took my keys one and a half hours before they were back from lunch to even start on my car and then let it sit in the bay for 30 minutws after they figured out it wasnt going to fit.

for simple fixes involving tires and oil changes I have learned that Wal-Mart auto is very competive. never had to go back for work they have done to my car. a helpful hint would be to call first though. its first come first serve basis. they can get quite busy sometimes.

If you're looking for a deal- Walmart might have one. This location didn't even have a ratchet set to put my spare tire back under my jeep. They also don't offer the best warranty on new tires. Find a place that specializes in tires and offers a free deal if something happens to them.It took 2 hours for 4 new tires. There were no cars in the garage when I arrived. The staff is lazy and slow.

I ordered a tire on thur, they said it would be in on Friday the next day. No phone call from them on fri, no big deal? I called them sat to find out what's going on. 9 times that day I tried to reach them and was put on hold 3 times and nobody ever picked up the phone.. but I should have know better to have customer service from walmart..

They tryed to charge me 50 dollars to change my oil, when I had brought my own oil and filter because it was synthetic, O' Leary's charges 15, if you bring your own, plus they are much faster and easier on the wallet.

As much as I hate going to Walmart it is difficult to beat the prices and service I have gotten from the automotive department. They have been extremely helpful and quick. Will be coming back for my routine services.
