Nancy and staff were phenomenal . We were on a road trip with our two toddlers and baby and got a flat tire. Every tire repair shop was closed or longer than an hour wait. I called Nancy and she got us in within minutes , got the repair, and beat everyone else s prices . HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This place is great for wasting your time. They literally would not sell me one tire. I didn t even ask them to do the work just sell a god damn tire and they couldn t make the sale.

Excellent service! We ordered our tires online and made an appointment for the next morning. Everything was on time and correct and much less expensive than other places for the same quality and brand of tire. I would highly recommend anyone to use Walmart auto care centers, especially the one on Carolina Beach Road near Monkey Junction.

Quick and easy, I pulled up Abt 10min. Til my appointment for tires and was immediately helped. Only took Abt 45 mins for full set to be put on. Definitely recommend and will be back. Helpful hard working guys at work that morning. :)

Never trust the "estimated" time-frame they give you. Just add 3 hours on top of it, and have other arrangements for a ride while you wait. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and was told to allow about 2 hours for the job to be completed. I waited for 2 hours and then went back to check on my car, as it was no longer in the queue where I'd left it. I thought maybe they'd completed the services and didn't notify me. Wrong. They had a car in the bay that got there AFTER me. So, I walked home, and waited another two hours. I went back to check on the progress, and my car was finally in the bay, being serviced. Nobody gives you an update, or even apologizes for the inconveniences they cause. This center is awful, and it should ONLY be used if you are truly desperate. Drive further, pay a few extra dollars, do whatever you have to do to avoid this Auto center. If you like wasting your time, this place is a 5-star facility, otherwise, have some respect for yourself and don't even consider it as an option.

I was skeptical of this auto center due to the high number of 1 star ratings. I was also thinking some of these 5 star reviews could be "artificial" to bump the ratings up a little. Just went there today to replace a tire on my car and couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Thomas was extremely professional and helpful. Initially, he said the wait would be 3-4 hours. He asked for more specifics about what happened to my tire and immediately looked at the damaged tire I had in the trunk of my car (I had put the spare tire on yesterday). He gave me the option to have them just replace the tire and I could install it myself at home, saving me hours of wait time and finishing everything in less than half and hour. Definitely recommend.

James got me in/ out in 1 1/2 hours four new tires. This is the fastest I have ever had tire work at Walmart. Good team here at this time. I had my new tires delivered to store. Go on internet pick your tires and have them delivered. The easy way.

Dropped car off for a set of new tires and an oil change. I was quoted that it would take an hour and a half. I was called an hour later saying my car was ready for pick up. I was impressed that they were finished a half an hour early until I was paying and realized they did NOT change the oil.....

They did a great job mounting and balancing my Falken Wildpeak ATs. Finished on time at the lowest price.

Poor customer service. Went in for a simple oil change. Gentleman working the register obviously did not know what he was doing. A young lady came in who did know what to do, but thought it more important to begin chatting with another employee who was off-the-clock. It was so bad, that the gentleman behind the register had to get on to the employee to shake a leg and get to work. All the while, the line for the register kept get longer and longer behind me. Then when the young lady finally came up, the oil brand and grade that I needed (pretty common brand actually), they didn't even carry in stock. Wasted a good 30 minutes that I can't get back. Congratulations Walmart, you just lost my automotive care business. I will go somewhere more expensive now to get better service.

Tried to charge my wife for rotating tires on a purchase of 4 new tires! Customer service is horrible. I had tires put on a while back and two of the new tires were faulty. Took a while for them to realize the issue. I later found out that they didn't tighten the lug nuts on one of my wheels very much at all. Don't make the mistake of having any auto work done at this particular Walmart.

Heading home from work Monday night, I pulled in at last minute to the Monkey Juction Walmart's auto center just to ask a question about my tire that had been plugged by a another tire company months ago. I was having to add air to the tire more frequently. I apologized for pulling in just when they were closing. Yet, I was still greeted with a smile from a young service tech. (Hollis), and when the service manager, ( Michael) looked at my tire he recommended a replace right away. They prepared a bay for my vehicle and replaced my tire at that moment, even though I know these wonderful people were ready to go home to their families.i am so grateful for their attention, concern, expertise and professionalism! It's unheard of now days to receive customer service to that degree! These folks went above and beyond and I am so grateful!!!

I had an appointment at 7am to get my tires done and showed up on time and at 7:30 someone finally informed me that nobody showed up to work and they couldnt do my tires.

I wish I could leave a zero star rating. I went here today knowing that I should go somewhere else but not having the money to go somewhere more expensive. They quoted me two hours to plug a tire and mount a used tire on my spare rim. 2.5 hours go by and they told me they don t even have anyone working that knows how to plug a tire but they will mount the other tire to rim and hope that someone will come in that knows how to plug tires.I asked if they would call Sigmon road and ask them if they could get me in immediately as no one knew when they would get to plug my tire. I asked to get my car back and they ignored both questions. I even asked the auto center manager.They killed my battery somehow while fixing my tires. I went to mechanic school years ago, I know things haven t changed enough that tires would require a battery recharge. I just bought that battery six weeks ago. Finally many hours later, they got me all straightened out and tried to charge me double. Also, I had to drive my own car into the bay because no one knew how to drive a manual transmission. Someone drove it out and let me say burning clutch smells horrible.I should have plugged the tire myself but I couldn t find my air compressor and it s been raining. Several other customers had a lot of trouble today also. So beware if this Walmart auto center on Carolina beach road. This is the worst car related customer service I ve ever had except at sears. Sears is even worse......but that s a whole different review.

Highly Recommend. These guys were courteous, clean, and went out of their way to fix lug nuts that were rusted and swelled to the point of them needing to just about break them off. They helped me find replacements (hard to find for my vehicle) and made sure the car was in good working order. 2 other shops just let the lug nuts be as they were. If I need to change a tire while Im traveling I can do it now...would have been stuck if this wasn't corrected. I was impressed with their work ethic, for sure. I will give them business and recommend them.

Everyone's reviews scared me. I didn't know what to expect. The manager wasn't very friendly, but I wouldn't be either if I was there alone on a Saturday morning. Overall I don't really have any legitimate complaints. They asked before adding a 5 dollar filter onto my order, I appreciated that. It was business as usual.

It was busy. But the employees took time to help me install the windshield wipers I'd purchased the night before. I thought I could change them myself....I was wrong. They did it for free in under 2 minutes. Excellent customer service!!

Not good. Last week I stopped by to get an oil change and tires rotated I was told they had some people quite and it was best to go across town to the other Walmart or come back next week. So I came back yesterday dropped my car off and later that day I get a call saying they stripped the oil plug and would put a larger size in but if I got a quote from a mechanic shop to replace the oil pan with a new one they would cover. I was like ok no problem but then I get the call to pick up my car minutes before they close and that my keys will be at the service center so I go to the service center and wait in a long line to find out nobody knows what I'm talking about so I go to the tire center that is closed and see my keys hanging behind the counter for anyone to take them if they wanted to. Then go back to the service center to pay and they needed help to figure out how to charge me. Then I get in my car to see an oil foot print on my floor and nobody vacuumed my car which is marked vacuumed on the check list. So if you guys at Walmart don't like your job don't take I out on the customer, very in unperfehinal and to Walmart take care of your employees an pay more money to hire people to give a damn.

Went to the tire and lube center at Walmart on Carolina Beach Road, Wilmington NC at 6:50 am . They open at 7am. The tire �nd lube tech did not show up so I wasted 1 1/2 hours waiting andI asked the tire and lube manager how long would it would it take before the tech guy comes in and she said it could be an hour it could be 3 and or he could be coming in this afternoon so basically she was of no help and she was not concerned whether or not I receive sservice.As far as customer service I give them a one, terrible customer service did not have any empathy or care in the world whether or not the customers got served there was a guy that was there before me waiting and he ended up leaving to I ended up leaving going to another place - and it was cheaper than Walmart and they had me in and out in less than a half-hour.Walmart may be cheap but they're not reliable I will never go to them to get a oil change or any Tire work done again ,very disappointed.

Arrived early for my 1'oclock appointment stood around for 10 minutes no one assisted me ask me if I need help, lady who was supposed to check us in worked on the cars who where there and then the cars that came in after us all I needed to do was drop my car off and now I've had to take more time out of my day to go some where else. Lost a costumer today!

I am very disappointed. While on vacation April 13, I got a flat tire. Took my car to the tire center at 6 closing at 7 they told me they didn't have a technition to put on a new tire. Came back the next morning and they only had one technition and it was going to be a 3-4 hour wait. NOT HOW I WANTED TO SPEND MY VACATUON. Unacceptable Walmart!!!!

Has to be the wost place to get tires put on. Called to see how much it would be to get tires mounted and balanced was told it would be $13.50. Got there and after waiting got called to come back to tle and was told they were concerned the tires wouldn't fit. I said look at the spare it is the same tire...it will fit. They had to call the dealer and was told the same thing. Geez!!! Then the ture guy used an impact wrwnch on the locking lugnut key and broke it. STUPUD!!! Funally had had it and told them to drop my Jeep off the lift, put the tires bacl in the back and I was taking it to the dealer. Which is what we should have done in the first place. Last time at Walmart TLE FOR US

The price may be nice but 4 tires and an oil change should not take over 3 hours when there was one car in front of me. Really???? I even bought the tires online prior!!!!

Service dept manager Michael is hands down the bes . Went in right before they closed last night cause we had something in our tire. They took excellent care of us. Highly recommend Michael and his team!

Super friendly! I had to get a quick oil change before I went on a road trip back home tomorrow and everyone was nice and they got me right in and was done super fast! Thank you for helping me get back on the road again!
