Stay away. Far away! I left multiple messages for a quote to do work on my Newmar Essex motorhome after paying them over $300.00 for a hour inspection to tell me what needed to be done. Never did they call back after calling/speaking with Bobby (the service manager) over 3 times. They got their 300 bucks and never followed up. There is more to the story like I took elsewhere for inspection and they found several issues never found by Velocity. Big issues that they showed me. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to take this to corporate so they can correct lack of customer service.

My CPC 4..when out on me.i was stranded for 1 day the techs here came thru on programming my cpc4..not a good experience do to me being stranded .but a great outcome dealing with the personal at velocity. Being knowledgeable.

Set up and appointment only to show up and find out it was not logged. No big. Left truck for service/diagnostic for a week. It Was not looked at but when I stopped in it had magically been diagnosed. I was then told that I did not have Isuzu warranty coverage (come to find out a week later via another dealer I most certainly did) and was billed $881 for an oil change and a diagnostic. Not real happy so I m leaving an appropriate review.

Went in for DEF filter (2) replacement. The tech did a great job, BUT parts counter up charged the part $286.00 each ABOVE Daimlers suggested retail price. The suggested retail price is what someone would pay as a walk-in customer at any Freightliner shop. Called Velocity Corporate headquarters and was not able to get an explanation.

Triple T was Great, since Velocity has come in customer service has gone out the window. The same great people work there but Velocity has messed things up so much their hands are tied. It was a great system under Triple T why MESS IT UP!!!

I could not find the parts I needed anywhere. So I Called Triple T and talked with Buddy in parts. What an awesome person. And he not only was able to cross reference all of my parts, what wasn't in stock will be tomorrow. So I stated I will be their about noon to pick them up. And once again Buddy said that they drive by my home everyday and offered to deliver them. Thank you Triple T and Buddy I have you on speed dial for all my truck needs.

I've been purchasing parts for years, and I have to say since Covid began they've really upped their service. The parts department is knowledgeable and do their best to hunt down anything you need. The front desk is very professional and always helps me with returns/refunds and keeping my account in order. They ensure safety by practicing social distancing, sanitizing using barriers, and now offering curbside pickup. I really like that if parts are heavy they carry and load them into my vehicle. Drivers depend on their garages to repair their vehicles and keep them rolling. Down time is missed money, and they get it.

Very hard to get anyone to answer the phone in parts, also got to looking at invoice and seen they charged me 98.00 for 5 gallon pale of oil. The next time I went to Walmart I see they have 5 gallon rotello oil for 66.00.

Came in with a hard to find coolant leak and clutch problem. The staff here took real good and very speedy care of me and my truck and came in well under the quote for repair. Thank you for your professional service.

Will never go back! They refused to sell me a gallon of atf without taking 20 minutes of my time to take down all my info to create an account with them. Incredibly invasive and I detest doing business with organizations that have no respect for their customers time. Avoid like the plague unless they are the only ones who have what you need.

Called and told service I had issue starting my truck. Clicking noise when the key was turned. Was told to come in they would see me. Three hours later done. It was a bad starter and another fix. This is the second time I have called them spur of the moment and got top of the line service. Two for two ain't bad. Guys in service you rock, Mechanics you rock even more. Velocity bought out Triple T so we shall see. Nice new service center with extra lot down the road. Everyone was nice and helpful.

I purchased a 2015 Freightliner Cascadia from Triple T last week. When we drove the truck off the lot last Thursday we got 2 miles up the road and the check engine light came on. We brought it back to the dealer ship and they hooked the computer up to it to see what the issue was and was not able to find anything, so we had to leave the truck there. Well Friday they was working on it and felt as though they resolved the issue by replacing a sensor, but when they got ready to bring the truck to Warsaw the engine light came on again. Now fast forward to Monday it was told to me that the cherry pipe had to be replaced and that it would be ordered and they would have it in on Tuesday morning the next day. So as of today we have called and was told that the pipe did not get ordered yesterday and they are having one picked up from the Florence SC location. My issue with all of this is that we have paid Money down on this truck and have signed all of the paperwork and there is still an issue going on not to mention we were lied to about the part being ordered and that never happened. That should have been a top priority seeing how we have made our down payment and did the contract with you guys.

Son had work done on his windshield for his tractor. Windsheild not fixed correctly which ended up water still leaking in & shorted out the computer system, ac, & truck not starting. Was stuck in another state for over a week & a 1/2, which meant no pay

Beware of this place all the good mechanics that were here have left they mis diagnosed my truck cus they didn't want to deal with a warranty company so in return they completely screwed up my warranty. These people are pure sharks .

Plenty of room for tow ins. Pulled in a truck and trailer behind my wrecker and had enough room to turn around and back the trailer to a spot.

Service department is friendly. Problem I have is coming in for warranty work. The techs have an attitude and don't want to do the repairs correctly.
