Overall must say my experience was very positive and would recommend. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is I didn't check to see but one of my tire tube nitrogen covers wasn't put back on after they checked the air. I didn't think to check that, but I would suggest that you do so. Isn't a major inconvenience, but having to order new ones isn't what I am trying to do at the same time. It was very quick and happy with their work so far.

Wonderful service. Especially Kevin and Ryan! Had our oil changed and was not pushy on selling us a filter. Showed us the difference between our filters and accepted our no thank you with kindness and respect. Everything was done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

Great service. They checked: headlights, turn signals, brake lights, tire pressure, wiper blades while another person was under the car draining the old oil, installing a new filter. Very efficient and economical. I'm impressed.

So this is a review and comparison of Valvoline vs Mercedes Benz service department. Ever since I moved here from Arizona and took my car for service to Bob King Mercedes service, there has been a ticking sound. They assured me it was in my imagination. After recording the sound, they admitted it was there, but insisted it was normal. I had the car for 2 years prior to them servicing it and never heard this sound. I had the manager of the service department take a ride with me in their loaner vehicle. Same make, model and year. No ticking. I decided to bring my car here to Valvoline because they had great reviews. I will never get another oul and filter change at Bob KingNot only is ticking gone, the car drives so much better. It drives like new. Thank you for a job well done!! I'll be coming here from now on.

Quick n easy. Got right in, no fuss. They do a little inspection of all the maintenance basics. Fluids lights etc About 15-20 mins later I'm paying and driving away. Bob's your Uncle.

Warning! Valvoline Cost me $3,300 when I had to replace my Oil Pan! They broke my oil pan and tried to install a temporary rubber plug that would get me to my mechanic for a real repair.(3 miles away) That didn't work, the plug came out minutes later and my truck died on the way to the GM certified service Dept. I filed a claim with V.I.O.C. Corporate to be reimbursed for my expense and the claim was Denied! I was told that all repairs/costs would be covered by the Area Manager at first! All that changed when they got the bill that I had to pay out of pocket. I took the GMC straight to a trusted GM certified service center at the dealership where it was purchased new 5yrs earlier. V.I.O.C. would not allow me to choose my own repair service bc/ the cost was too much... "could have been done for a few hundred dollars." according to them. They stripped out the threading in the oil pan completely breaking the plug and the housing. In order to replace the oil pan the transmission had to be dropped to gain access to the pan. Their idea was to have someone hand drill new threads into the broken oil pan by hand. No Way was I going to allow them to further compromise my vehicle any more.Quality Automotive SVC is the Franchisee that controls the local Valvoline's in this area. And It was QualityAuto SVC's decision that led to my claim reimbursement to be denied all bc/ they were wrong about the repair costs and real damages caused. It's been a few months now and every time I call about my claim I'm giving excuses about when I'll be contacted and how the matter will be resolved. They are trying to pass the Buck and Duck the responsibility of the damages they caused. I have filed with the BBB for compensation and re-payment and will continue to review every VIOC in our local area. This is all I can do to tell the truth and give warnings to the public about how I was treated. As of now 07/18/2022 I have been waiting 5 months for a response...Service: Oil change

In and out in under 20 mins for a oil change. I get major anxiety when it comes to mechanics and it being a male dominated field. My son and I were next-door at Dunkin Donuts and noticed there was no line because it was Mother s Day. So we decided to go and get my oil changed. They were so happy to see us. They were so friendly and it was a nice quick visit. But also, it s so convenient. It was a great experience. Done in less than 15 minutes. Also, if you go online on your smart phone, you can find a coupon to apply towards your oil change. I always like to save money.

I had a great experience at this location.Chris was very welcoming, like the Italian grandmother of the oil change world. Come in, come eat, we are happy to have you.All of the employees working on my van made it a point to greet me. Usually at drive through places you are mostly ignored while they yell military like sounds around you. This was a nice change. Quick and friendly service.Service: Oil change

I stopped here while on a vacation to get an oil change. Chris let me know what was fine with my car and what could be serviced. He has a great way of explaining car systems to someone who has zero knowledge. Typically when I visit other Valvoline locations, they only check my lights and fluids. I ve never had an in depth update on my car. If I lived in NC, I would definitely come back.Service: Oil change

I ve never had such a pleasant experience getting my oil changed. The guys were so friendly and prompt. I thought I needed new wiper blades but they told me mine were in fine shape rather than trying to squeeze extra $$ out of me :) this will be my go to spot forever!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

If you re a woman or you love a woman, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!I went in for a car inspection and after waiting for 15 minutes just kind of milling around, no one directed me where to go or how long it would be, there s not really a waiting area, the Valvoline person came in and said I didn t charge you, but your windows are tinted too dark, so you won t pass inspection. I asked if there were new laws in North Carolina as I d had the car registered here for 4 years. He said no. I said that it was the original factory tint and no changes had been made on the car and that s when he got incredibly rude and condescending with me like I couldn t understand what he was saying. I asked him what I could do about this and he mumbled something that I can t repeat online. So, I got in my car and left. I will never go back. I will tell everyone I know never to go there. And I took the time to write this review after having passed inspection at another place down the road from Valvoline. I also took my car to 4 additional places to see if my tint was too dark and they all said they were unsure why I was told there was an issue with the tint. I can only assume that because I am a woman, they didn t want my business because my car was fine. So, AVOID THIS PLACE.

Car inspection. These are the nicest, most courteous group of gentlemen I have experienced. I've been to this location several times and they are always extremely friendly! Consistent Satisfaction!!

Great service!! The staff were super friendly too. I loved the fact that I could sit in my car while they changed my oil. The whole process was done in less than 20 minutes.

New shop! Both times, we got our van and truck in and out with excellent care and speed. Engine check light has been on my truck for sometime. Faulty gas cap was detected on computer read out. This is 2nd time my oil service done here & 2nd time a problem! 1st time they tole me I need a $350 repair on my car which my mechanic said was not true. 2nd time oil filter improperly place & car leaked oil all over for 1 week until I noticed oil on driveway. My daughter druves the car & I keep telling her not to bring car here!!!!!So warning to all! DO NOT BRING CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!!!Service: Oil change

I showed up a half hour early but Jake White an employee there was in his truck already. He took it upon himself to help me in my morning rush. He told me whether it s officially open or not- if one more employee shows up he ll get it done. That Jake White bc dude works above his pay grade I d assume. Thanks guys. Michael M.

Would not recommend, they could not even get the change oil light reset. Was not instant, no wait but took 45 minutes. Dripped oil all over the front of my vehicle.

New place the staff was wonderful and very competent. They even gave me a discount when I couldn't locate my coupon. Great place I'll be back.
