My husband and I were headed home from Kure Beach when we hit something in the road and had a flat tire. We finally got the spare put on which was difficult because we had the car packed. We went to one of the Discount Tire stores was told it would take a couple hours to have someone assess the tire so we waited after a hour or more we checked and was told it would be at least a couple more hours. We took our tire and went up the road ! That's when we pulled in Tire House 106 my husband got out and talked to the young man I think his name is Skyler . He was a blessing he assessed the tire right away and told my husband it couldn't be fixed but had checked to make sure he had one in stock..It was so nice to see this young man take the time to get us what we needed in a timely manner. Y'all have an excellent employee that truly cares about his customers.Thanks again Skyler !!

Thank you for an exceptional service Tire House!! I had a great experience getting front brake pads and engine air filter replaced today. I was greeted in the parking lot by Mr. David after getting a quote over the phone. He was friendly, professional, and helpful. Their prices beat so many other shops in town. The waiting area was very clean with comfortable cushioned chairs and coloring books for the kids. Once again, thank you for a pleasant experience with your auto services!

The fellas here are absolute legends, I came in with my drive belt loose and broken and they fixed it on the spot. The repair took around an hour and they were very nice and professional the whole time I was stressed over my 2015 sierra having issues. Shoutout to my man Johnny and his helper who provided the quick and easy service at a great price. Y all are absolute chads.

I had a nail in my tire, most places were busy with a 2-3 hr wait. Me and my partner saw Tire house while driving, we decided to give them a call see if they do patches on tires which they do and the service was super fast and great. We were there for literally 5 mins. Paid and left. I loved the experience and definitely recommend coming here. David helped us out, very nice gentleman we appreciate the help thank you!

I ve had several great experience at Tire House. The customer service was excellent. They were knowledgable and honest about what my car needed now and what it could need in the future. They took care of my car quickly and inexpensively. I am now using them for all of my service and maintenance.

I was shopping around for tires and happened to see they were open and rolled in. The staff were professional and courteous. The shop was super clean. I ended up getting 4 tires installed, an oil change and some new brake pads. Was in and out very fast. Also, David is great and very knowledgeable and can guide you with any info you need. Highly recommend!

Stopped in by chance for a quote on tires, simply because I had another stop next door and it was convenient to do so. David, the manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me choose tires that would fit my VW ID.4 (which requires different front and rear sizes). We wound up ordering a set of Laufenn all-season tires. They came in about a week later (there were some issues with ordering, but David did a great job keeping us informed of what was going on) and had them mounted as soon as they arrived. The tires are great, the price was fair, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend this shop!

Came in today looking for new tires. David was extremely friendly. He helped me find the best tires for my driving needs. Him and the team here at Tire House made sure to inform me the brakes on my vehicle needed pads. They had the parts delivered in no time, and had them replaced quickly. I will definitely be returning for future services when they come up.

'Tire House' is a true lifesaver. There is just so much to say about these guys.The past two days have been absolutely hell trying to find ANYONE to assist me after hours with my tire issue.Walmart seemed like the answer, but I was turned away with an hour and a half left. Why? 'Two cars' were ahead of me, but the attendant didn't realize I was one of those cars.Their advice? How about the tire shop across the street? Despite the shop closing soon, I prayed for a miracle.The GM at Tire House, David, greeted me warmly when I walked in, and was very attentive even though he was closing for the day. He not only helped me pick out the right tire for my budget, but made sure my tires were properly inflated for the next day.The most reliable way to get professional, fast service is at this tire shop. I was able to get a tire changed on my lunch break. The most impressive part, however, is their customer service. You'll be glad you came here.

David, the manager, is a professional, honesty and caring person. I came in with lots of questions and he patiently answered each one. I got an alignment but the car was still pulling to the right so they checked it out again. Would definitely recommend!

As a woman you never know who is going to treat you right in the automotive department. I stopped in here because my tire was low on my Mini Cooper and David Karins got me right in and looked at what was going on, explained and fixed it, and gave me an honest estimate of the other things down the road I will need to have looked at. I will definitely be back for auto repairs! Thank you so much!

This is the place to get your car maintained. The price, service and quality of care are unmatched. I got a price at the dealership that was almost 10X the amount charged at Tire House. Can t thank them enough - Matt Wilmington NC

My favorite place to go! The workers are so friendly and go ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my car in the best shape possible. The prices, environment, and services are unbeatable. You will not find a better place in Wilmington!! Thank you David and Andrew!

I went in today with battery issues, and the guys here were very nice to me and had the best service! They checked my battery and initially told me I would need a new one, but then they found that I had a connection loose and they were able to fix it and I didn't have to pay hundreds of dollars for a new battery. They were extremely kind and they didn't charge me anything at all for the battery check or any of the other work they put into looking at the battery. I would recommend this place to everyone and will absolutely go back!

We were flooded out of our apartment in Daytona Beach and are relocating to Wilmington - my car would not start for the hotel valet, we jump started it and as I was driving it around to charge it up, was driving by Tire House and pulled in.Best decision I have made over the last few days. Dave is knowledgeable, experienced polite and his entire demeanor is all about customer service.We did get an apartment here and Tire House will be my automobile repair shop for the future.Rich Biro

I spoke with David Karins the manager and Andrew as my service writer when it came to a friends vehicle. David knew more then I thought was possible about tires and Andrew took such phenomenal care of my friends vehicle and provided both of us w/ updates unlike any other automotive center I have been to. I cant wait to return and work with Andrew in the future.

I had to have my brake pads replaced however they looked at the rotors and explained to me that they looked bad. The techs took their time to let me know in layman's terms just exactly why they suggest to replace my rotors. Thank you for being an AWESOME TIRE PLACE IN WILMINGTON. I will not go anywhere else.

I'm new to town and am fortunate to know where I can take my car and not worry that I'm being taken advantage of. They are very personable and obviously care generally about people and aren't just there to see how they can get more money from the customer. That really goes a long way because that means I'll be back as well as send others. Thanks so much to David and the guys!!

David and Andrew were big helps with my car! I needed a full set of tires, brake inspection, and an oil change. Their friendly disposition and the affordable prices make the process painless. They have a deal right now on their tires. You only pay what they pay for the tires! They beat out Black s pricing. Go in and take advantage of that!

I needed an oil change in a jiffy and Tire House got me in and out. The space is clean and neat.The store manager is highly knowledgeable and provided helpful information about tires ( I need new tires too) The best experience I ve had in a long time. Oh and most importantly a full synthetic oil change didn t cost 100.00

I went to auto zone to get a diagnostic check on my car. Their machine was broke so they sent me next door to the Tire House. They read my codes and thoroughly explained what my next steps should be. I will be bringing my car here because their customer service is fantastic. Thank you Tire House!

I went in to get a new tire and my gas cap replaced. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a tire shop. The two men working were professional, kind, and funny. I can't recommend highly enough.

Ive been avoiding getting a new tire because i had a nail in it. Most places try to pull one on you but im happy to say Tire House was out of the ordinary in the best way possible. Frank helped assist me, absolutely amazing customer service. I appreciate how helpful he was. I had so many questions and he throughly explained them all very well with a smile on his face. Im beyond impressed with not only Frank but the hard work the guys in the shop do. They were very quick and attentive. This is definitely my go to shop now and i will be back to get tires for the front because Frank pointed out how warn down they were. Im overall very pleased with my experience. I will be recommending Tire House to my friends and family. Very affordable as well. Like i said they dont try to pull one on you, you can trust this place and be relieved your car is in safe hands. Thank you again Frank and the fast service from the guys in the shop. You guys just opened but already are the best.

Amazing Experience!!!!! Great environment, energy and atmosphere!!!The staff was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional they really made me feel welcomed and treated me like family!!!! I was in and out in no time the shop was very clean, the techs were great and the work was fast and efficient!! I d Highly recommend their services to any one David and the staff was truly GREAT!!!

Honestly, the most helpful tire place there is out there! I was heading out of town today when my low pressure sensor went off. Turns out there was a hole in the wall of my tire. I called around everywhere and everyone was too busy or not helpful. I found this place driving by, pulled in, and they immediately helped me out. So grateful for them!

These guys were so helpful and honest. They could ve easily told me I needed to replace all four tires but instead they worked very hard to patch my tire to save me money. Will be coming back with all my tire needs!!
