T&T is a wonderful shop. Really quick and efficient. They are great about keeping you updated. Donna at the front desk is such an asset to the team she is on top of everything and did everything she could to make sure I had a good experience. Very honest group, won t overcharge you or try to talk you into a service that you don t need. They were extremely helpful when I was dealing with several car issues and made sure I was taken care of. Also, they send you home with fresh baked cookies. So glad to have found this shop!

Very professional and friendly. I had asked T&T for a second opinion and they provided better service and a lower rate than the garage I had been servicing my car for over 9 years! I was given a loaner car to use and the repairs were completed in one day. The lady who worked in the office was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will take my car for all future servicing to them. I highly recommend T&T. UPDATE: with confidence, I once again took my car for new repairs, and once again T&T worked on my car with great service and pricing. I have found my go-to mechanic!

For years, I got my 2006 4Runner serviced at the dealership I bought it at but was tired of their high prices and bad service. I did some research and decided to bring it to T&T instead and was BLOWN AWAY. Donna was my point of contact and was incredibly friendly, personable, knowledgeable, communicative, and quoted me at an amazing price.The service, price, and timeline were over-the-top exceptional and I will not be taking my car anywhere else now. If you are looking for a place to get an oil change, routine maintenance, or anything else, look no further!

Had radiator fluid leaking on driveway, thought it was front engine seal on my 1992 Toyota pickup (yes, 32 years old) and every time I went over a speed bump, sounded like front end was coming off. They confirmed it was the water pump and replaced, also replaced the idler arm (it was original and shot), replaced all original shocks, replaced valve cover gasket. Noticed the difference right away. No leaks in driveway. I can take a speed bump at 10 mph and it just crawls over them. Engine is clean, all oil sludge removed. Service was excellent. Answered all of my concerns and questions. I thought maybe a week to do the work, but just took 3 days, amazing. I highly recommend T&T, and I know I will be going to them from now on. I know about them from a guy I used to work with about 15 years ago. With the warrantee they give, it's better than the Toyota dealer. Truck has 177,000 miles on it and it is so dependable, will get at least 100,000 more with T&T help. No vehicle payment for last 28 years, make all the fun you want, I'm laughing all the way to the bank!

T&T is an excellent alternative to high priced dealer repairs. Very fair & trustworthy- even discovered one issue was a warranty recall & provided all the necessary paperwork for me to coordinate with the dealer. Highly recommend & will be taking both my Subarus to T&T going forward. Happy to have found them!

I have an ancient Subaru Forrester need a repair They came highly recommended by 2 fellow Subaru owners & they didn't disappoint. T&T are very communicative and responsive. They diagnosed the problem and had her back to me in the blink of an eye. The price was fair and the service top drawer. They even left the gift of a cookie as a thank you. Who does that???!!! Will definitely be going back to them for all my automotive repair needs. Thanks T & T!

I have a 32 year Miata that TNT Auto treats like it s their car. The repairs have always been completed correctly, on time, and reasonably priced. We have used T &T for 20 years and have always been satisfied with maintenance performance on our vehicle. Work is always done in a timely manner and a clear itemized invoice is provided to confirm work was completed. T &T (Nick) will always be our go to mechanic for any maintenance and repairs.

Last week I dropped off two Hondas a day apart at T and T Automotive Service, both for 120,000 scheduled maintenance. The mechanic discovered a problem with the CRV which required replacement of the rack and pinion assembly. Their service advisor, Donna did an excellent job explaining the diagnosis of that mechanical problem as well as the overall condition of both vehicles. Both vehicles run great after the scheduled maintenance and I would highly recommend T and T Automotive Service. Kevin L.

I m new to luxury cars (Used Lexus) and T & T made me feel like I was in great hands. Booking was simple, great communication, fair price, and exceptional work.It runs amazing after our first service. I m actually looking forward to bringing it back to them to get a few more things fixed on it.

I took my car in for an oil change and the technician noticed I had a paper towel in my power steering fluid holder. He took it upon himself to find a lid to replace the paper towel! I thought that was very compassionate! He went above and beyond with that simple gesture! Thank you for caring about your customers!

T&T has serviced my 20+ year old Subaru WRX since I moved to the area in 2020, and I will not bring it to any other shop. Nick has been totally upfront about all repairs & service & never looks to upsell any work that is not necessary. I recommend T&T without hesitation.

I felt well taken care of. Was given a loaner for the day. They worked with me to get the part installed so I could be to work on time. Fair pricing, and even got cookies stapled to my invoice.

I've been using T&T since I moved to the area on multiple vehicles. I was referred to them by another great shop because they thought T&T was better equipped to put in my new steering rack! What does that say? Being respected by a competitor is indicative. I continue to be impressed with the excellent quality of work and attention to detail. Customer service there is off the charts! Very efficient. Trust me , I know the difference! I worked in the service industry for over 40 years.They aren't playing games to make money either. If they say there's an issue, you can be assured there's really an issue. It's hard to find honest shops these days. When you do, stick with them and save yourself a lot of time , money and hassle. I've been living in this area for only 4 months now and I'm locked in with them already. Since the power steering repair, I recently got a valve cover gasket replaced and tune up on another vehicle. Very reasonable pricing. Same excellent service!

Take your car here! T&T was incredibly helpful, efficient, and very well priced. Donna was helpful throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had. We got low beam headlights replaced on our Lexus and we will definitely be going back for service needs in the future!

2nd time taking my Hyundai to them. They helped me in a bind when other car repair shops wouldn't take me in for weeks and my check engine light had come on and was blinking which means you shouldn't continue to drive it. They were kind and explained everything well. I received my car 2 days later even though they didn't have the part and has to order it. I expected to wait over a week for my car to get fixed and was pleasantly surprised and happy they fixed it so quickly. Will definitely be taking my Hyundai back to them for further maintenance and repairs. They definitely know what they're doing with Hyundai's. Thank you again, T&T!

My family has always taken our cars here and always will!! Nick is absolutely amazing, and it shows in his work and how he runs his business. In November 2023, my car wouldn t start at college and my dad came to Greenville to tow my car back to Wilmington so Nick could look at it. It turned out a starter I had replaced 18months ago had gone bad, and since it was still in warranty Nick replaced it completely for free ( Including labor). A code came up about a week ago that was concerning the crank shaft, I dropped my car off at Nicks and he had me fix and ready to go the next day!! Turns out the new starter was causing the code and they replaced it with a different brand, once again for free! I absolutely trust my car here and I trust the work being done! I wish I could give this place 6 stars!

They always answer the phone and seem very honest and knowledgeable. Dawn is very courteous and helpful. They accommodated 3 vehicles we needed inspected for NC.I will bring all my cars and truck here in the future. We're luck they're only 5 minutes from our home.

So professional and use cool app that allows you to see work needed, mechanic comments and the cost. Love it! I had ignored preventative mx for a long time, so I was appreciative of the clear, concise way the scope of work needed was laid out. You then accept or deny work recommended and you know how much you will be out of pocket before they begin. Honesty and efficiency is a very rare combination and they excel at both!

Great service, left my car at 8 am for an oil change and air condition inspection. I was given a loaner for no additional charge, very reasonable pricing, and very professional but polite service. I ll definitely be back for any future repairs.

Needed a water pump and spark plugs replaced on my wife's Toyota Sienna. Called T&T and the customer service was awesome. Scheduled me in and had everything replaced in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
